The front desk staff very helpfull provide us with directions to carlisle and endorsed our selection for our evening meal also offered all the help we needed to make our stay very enjoyable and put us at ease.

Great bed - love my sleep number bed! Unfortunately, there was no cart to help me carry my suitcases to the room. Besides, I had to go up/down some steps which was most difficult to get from my car to the room.

My husband and I were somewhat reluctant to book a room because of some of the negative reviews, however, we went ahead and booked because the event we were attending was in the hotel convention center. The only major complaint we had was that our room was only accessible by way of a short set of stairs that we had to drag our luggage up. The staff failed to mention that when they directed us to the room. This is a huge convention center--a little intimidating if you're just stopping for a night or two. although it's a nice hotel, I wasn't lucky. since we arrived the room had a smell of damp. The beds were not comfortable at all. The beds also made me feel like I was sleeping in the shore. It turns out there was a huge leaking in our room and the carpet was absolutely wet. At first I thought it was cold because of the AC. We only found out about the […] leaking at check out time, because I spent the entire day out in training. Since the hotel is only two stories high you could hear everything and every kid running on the hallways. The guests upstairs me made noise until 4 am. My stay was not pleasant but had I noticed the leaking before, I am sure they would have moved me to another room. Bottom line people, if you feel a weird smell, DO COMPLAIN, don't act nice like me. This hotel was only about 15 minutes away from Hershey Park. It was comfortable with full range of cable t.v. and sleep number beds. A good place to stay if you are visting the area attractions for a night or two.

We called from the downtown area lost, asked the girl who answered the phone for directions, street names and she said she did not know any street names "just get back on rte 15" and hung up on me. I felt that was discourteous to "out-of-towners". With much confusion we managed to stumble onto the hotel. Very pleased with my stay here, i would definitely stay again. Service was good, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast from room service was reasonably priced, delicious, and enough for two.

THE HOTEL HAD SLEEP NUMBER BEDS, WHICH IS A GLORIFIED AIR MATTRESS. THE BED COMPLETELY COLLAPSED AND I WAS SLEEPING ON A HARD BOARD. TERRIBLE SLEEPING EXPERIENCE. I RECOMMEND THAT THEY GET REAL BEDS!!!!!!!!!

Room Door was hard to close. Dual bathroom sink faucets operated oppositely. (One side you turned clockwise the other counter.) it was odd.

There was nothing special about this hotel which we found to a bit out of the way. We had one meal there, that was at best mediocre and the standard of the fittings and furniture in the room was acceptable.

This hotel has a nice location near a waterfront with a great view. It was very close to Hershey Park which is where we took the children for the wweekend. The drive was less than twenty minutes coming and going. Downtown area was close to the hotel also. 5 minutes driving. Quiet and serene.

The number beds were not as comfortable as I would have thought. There was a wedding party that the Management Staff could not quite down. And friends had to be moved to other rooms because the roomed had not been cleaned. Found cigerette butts in their beds. I have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times and find it coneninet to Camp Hill and to Harrisburg. The rooms very comfortable and well appointed. This stay, I was given and "executive room" that was recently refreshed and supplied with a refrigerator and microwave which was useful as I brought in take-out food. My only disappointment was on my day […] of departure, the water needed to be turned off to the area of the hotel where my room was without notice. Hotel needs updating. Has been around for a while, hallway creeks and cracks when walking. Can hear through the walls. But staff was accomadating. Was there for a wedding and ballroom was much nicer then the rest of the hotel. Price was fair.

Although the hotel was generally OK, there was definitely some issues: shortage of parking, bathroom in need of upkeep (shower whistled terribly, toilet seat loose).

Room was adequately appointed and nicely decorated upon quick review. Although, it was discovered that the bottom part of the comforter had the entire ribbing/seam ripped out and was completely frayed. The service staff tucked the bottom part under the mattress to hide it, which made for a short blanket on top of the bed. Room #3120. On Sunday, we went […] into the Bridges Cafe at @12:30pm to 12:45pm to eat lunch during our breaktime. There was only one waitress working so our lunch took almost 2 hours to just get soup & sandwiches. Since we had sat there almost 15 minutes waiting for service, we offered to write our own orders down and give them to her to help save some time and she accepted. We got up to get our own drinks. It all worked out in the end. Please be aware there are NO elevators in the hotel. I had a very heavy suitcase and a heavy cooler. It's a long haul up to the third floor. I asked for a room close to a lower level outside door, she said "no." there was no explanation given, just "no." Læs mere

Dust on lamps, sheets didn't fit the bed, dust and dirt under headboard. Didn't have a clean feel. However, booking, check in and check out was quick and easy.

I have stayed in a number of different hotel chains before; however, this was my first visit to a Radisson. I was not what I was expecting. The bed although a Sleep Comfort bed was not comfortable, so my husband and I tossed and turned all night. The bathroom was extremely small. The shower/tub, sink and toilet were practically on top of each other. […] Reminded me of the set up in some of the very old hotels found in big cities, but this isn't an old hotel. I thought this was a great value for my $$, though I heard other people complaining. My room was very clean; quiet and the bed was extremely comfy. The drawbacks were the bathroom--very small and though it had an updated vanity, the tub was old and the light fixture rusty and the fan too loud. So the bathroom wasn't the best.
