Værelset var lille og morgenmaden var lidt dyr, men fantastisk beliggenhed og personalet var rigtig søde og hjælpsomme. Alt i alt en rigtig dejlig tur.

Mindre hotel med en rigtig god beliggenhed i et område med mange gode restauranter. Tæt på metro og gåafstand til mange seværdigheder. Hotellet ligger i et roligt område med begrænset trafik om naten. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale og eget rent hotel.

The room was adequate and the hotel a bit outdated. The toilet was located in a strange place and if we were older and / fatter would struggle to get in the shower. It was situated in a decent location but in hindsight we would have went cheaper as we were barely in the room. The breakfast was not too bad

Staff was very accommodating even though my French is minimal. The location couldn't be more ideal. It borders the 1st and 2nd arrondissement yet is on a relatively quiet street. I ran out of days and didn't visit a restaurant twice while managing to limit myself to places within a 10 minute walk.

Of course it is small- its Europe. It is clean, close to the metro and if you are travelling on a budget this is great. You can walk to the Louvre there are close restaurants and an adorable wine shop next door. Yes, it looks just like a basic hotel no Parisian decor but honestly how much time are going to spend in the room awake?

Room small and shower an exercise in problem solving, how do you get into such a small shower and close the door! Wouldn't like to be too big but made for an interesting shower every morning. The shower was so small you couldn't close the door or bend over. The room wasn't much bigger. The WiFi was absolutely unuseable. Packet loss was so great a connection would not last more than a few seconds and VOIP was impossible. The last two days, the WiFi network was totally down. The hotel interior is being renovated. Walls have been painted and floors appear to be next. The staff indicates the process has gone on for a while but it is clean and neat during renovation. Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms in a good location convenient to the Louvre and the Bourse metro stations. Very friendly staff and very clean and well kept. Would certainly consider staying there again.

While the hotel room was small ( we were warned beforehand) the location was perfect for a first time trip to Paris. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Paris.

The Timhotel Palais Royal Louvre is centrally located to Opera and of course the Louvre. We were able to walk to most of our destinations, but it was also located in a quieter street so also able to sleep at night. The rooms were clean, but not large. Timhotel Le Louvre is in the perfect location. Each day, you stroll thru the Palais Royale and the Louvre. It's a simple hotel with just the minimum.. (i.e. a bed, a bathroom, a few comforts(tv,breakfast and free wifi). It's fairly inexpensive especially if you're looking for a good place (safe), great location and reasonable cost. The bedroom and bath […] are really small but if you're like me, you didn't spend a great deal of time in the room. Don't go there for a romantic night or expecting to find a luxurious experience.. Not the place. The only real improvement that I believe is necessary for this hotel is possibly the staff. You had a mix of people from the cleaning crew as well as the front desk. My only issue was that for the $$ you did pay, the service was mediocre. If you want a clean and safe place to stay, and are just looking for a place come back to in the evening and quietly relax after a huge day of touring - this is the place! The staff was very nice and friendly. When we arrived. We were able to store our bags in a locked room, before checking in at 2PM. This was a good hotel with a very good location. It was accessible to most of downtown Paris, just a few blocks from the Louvre and many other sights. The service was good and the facility was well maintained for an older bulding. It was convenient to a number of good restaurants.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel as it is in such a great location near the Louvre. The room was clean and air conditioned. It was not noisy at all at night which was a welcome change from most of the other hotels we stayed in during our trip through Europe. great location and very nice staff (thought not helpful), but the room was beyond small (to the point that i put the chair and coffee maker on top of the armoir so we could get through to the bathroom- and we are fit young folks). the room was dirty when we got there and we were not able to check in early. there was no converter and i had to rent the […] hairdryer at the front desk for a refundable 20-euros. we are by no means high maintenance people but teh timhotel was a little dissatisfying in quality overall. I would consider it again if I was on a really tight budget next time, but i think i'd rather spend another $100/night and stay somewhere more comfortable. Læs mere

By far the best thing about this hotel is the location - 10 minutes walk to the Louvre museum and the Seine. Not much further to Notre Dame and Rive Gauche. 2 Metro stations within 10 minutes walk, so the whole of Paris is readily accessible, making this an ideal base for sight seeing. This was our third visit to Paris. We were only staying here two nights before heading off to other parts of France. We had read some reviews concerning bed bugs, robberies by staff and small rooms. We were very happy with the room, the service and the staff was great and we never felt unsafe or threatened. This hotel is very central although in a road that is quiet at night. Rooms have aircon and Wi-Fi, hospitality trays and safes, although no hairdryers or fridge. I found the bed comfortable, although the shower is a bit cramped, so tall or heavy people might have a problem. We knew the room would be small but the odd shaped toilet cubicle took some getting used to. One wall of the bathhroom area was glass bricks. Everything was functional but a bit shabby and the bed was hard with only one bedside table and light. The shower head needed a good descale. The lift does work but is very small. It is noisy with doors opening […] at all hours and we did have an early morning call with a fire alarm due to someone smoking somewhere. Restaurants in the area were expensive and it needed a bit of a walk to get to more reasonable ones but the Bourse Metro is close by and easy to use. The walk to the Louvre is easy and the Opera is close enough if you are using the Roissy bus (just beware the many exits for the roads and make sure you have a map handy). If you want basic and just a place to sleep it is fine but we would pay a bit more just to get a better night's sleep. Læs mere

I have to laugh...Tiny Tim...what we called our shower. But Eurupeans are not as large as we Americans thank heavens I lost weight before the trip. My bacon and eggs for breakfast husband angonized about the impending continental breakfast but we chose the hotel breakfast every morning. The buffet was wonderful (hard boiled eggs, salami, ham....and […] anything else you might have wished). This allowed us to get an early start each morning without wondering around a strange city looking for breakfast. Pricier than grabbing a hunk of bread from the bakery...but remember I was travelling with bacon boy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfy. No hair dryer,,guess the tv worked....didn't go to Paris to watch tv. We were able to get to the Lourve after a very short walk. Anyone going to Paris MUST get the city museum /metrto/red bus/boat pass. It saves so much time getting into the museums that it was worth it. We bought the 6 day pass from Flat Tire Bike Tours. We ducked into another Timhotel to ask directions and that one also had a friendly front desk person and the lobby was very inviting. We would highly recommend this hotel. Læs mere

whilst the hotel is conveniently placed for all the main sights being just a short stroll from the Isle de Cite it redifines the word basic - the staff are friendly and helpful enough but everything has been crammed in I defy most normal sized people to sit comfortably into the amazingly cramped bathroom - a problem which could have easily been solved […] by only putting a shower in and not a half size bath which is only of use to children the breakfast would rank as one of the poorer offerings we have had in our many hotel stays waht was there was ok but again it was the minimum they could get away with (and at 10 euro was two euro over what seems to be the pan european price of 8 euro per head) The hotel has been squeezed into an old buiding on a fairly grotty side street in a pretty run down area it was cheap for central Paris but as the saying goes you get what you pay for and in this case not a lot got not a lot Læs mere

This was a really nice hotel on a small street close to the metro. I would stay at the Timhotel again. Only drawback if your a big guy/girl... Shower is very small. However this is pretty consistant with Europe.

Hotell med bra beliggenhet, men rommene trenger oppussing. Spør personalet ved hotellet om frokost er inkludert før du begynner å spise. Frokosten er dyr, og utvalget av mat er ikke helt det store.

イースター休暇ということで、料金が特に高かった時期ではありますが、部屋自体は狭く、インターネットのwifiも弱いので、本当に寝るだけ、というイメージです。メインの観光地には徒歩でも地下鉄でも行ける利便性は評価できると思います。

Både läge och service var något som var riktigt bra. Vi var där för att se Eiffeltornet, Louvren och andra klassiska turistmål, och hade nära till Louvren, och en härlig promenad till Eiffeltornet och Notre Dame mfl. När vi anlände till hotellet så hjälpte receptionisten oss med att först och främst ordna billiga platser i en flygbuss som skulle ta […] oss ifrån hotellets dörr och tillbaka till CDG när vi skulle hem, vilket kändes väldigt bra så att man slapp tänka på det under sin vistelse. Frukosten var helt okej, men kommer man ner vid niotiden så är det ganska utplockat och inte påfyllt. Men jag antar att man kanske under lågsäsong inte vill fylla upp för mycket heller, för att sedan slänga. Vad gäller rummen så var sängarna obekväma, men man är inte där för att sova hela dagarna :) Så för att summera vår vistelse så var det god och trevlig service, toppenläge, helt okej frukost, men ett minus för sängarna!
