Quality Inn and Suites - Romulus

I was disappointed the tub didn't have a jets like the description said. If I would have known that I would have just booked the standard room for half the price. Staff was absolutely fantastic though.

This hotel is certainly one of the best hotels I have EVER stayed in for the price. The breakfast was great...rooms, very clean...staff, very friendly! I will choose this hotel EVERY TIME I'm in this area!!

Staff was courteous, helpful, respectful! Park and Fly was great! Breakfast selection was pathetic, (white bread and 2 sugared cereals). But I would definately stay there again!

This wasn't a fabulous, luxurious stay by any means, but I wanted a budget hotel by the airport and I got it. Front desk service was great. I could tell it was a busy night, but they were very cheerful and helpful. When we missed the airport shuttle because the driver departed two minutes early, they called him back for us, which was very much appreciated. The […] room was older but well maintained. My only major beef would be with the complimentary breakfast which consisted of "eggs" (looked like they were pulled out of breakfast sandwiches as they were perfect circles of yellow sponge), waffles and coffee. No fruit, pastry, yogurt, or other beverages though there were serving trays out on the counter to indicate that normally they would be there. I overhead another guest ask the breakfast attendant if this was all that would be put out, and her incredibly rude retort was, "It's the last day of a busy week. The truck comes in this afternoon to restock if you want to wait." What a charming representative of the hotel staff - I hope she was just having a bad day, otherwise, she needs to be let go. This sorry excuse for a hotel was repulsive. There was hair in the shower drain, the tv was dated and channels didn't come in clearly and children were running around and screaming at all hours of the night. I was thoroughly dissatisfied.

OK for overnight stay for flying out Detroit airport...other than that, I wouldn't stay.

I felt like it was a bait and switch. Hotel parking is free, but ONLY for the night you are staying there. If you have to leave your car, they will take it off site and then charge you $7.00 a day and bring the car back the day you arrive back in town. At the point you find this out, you're stuck. My only complaint would be that they didn't have any of the ESPN channels. My boyfriend is a sports fanatic and now he refuses to stay at this hotel until they get it. Everything else was great especially the price on hotel.com and the continental breakfast!

Hotel was nice for the money. Room could have been a bit cleaner and the breakfast was a little slim picking. Good for quick stays.

We wanted to compliment your staff. Christa and Galila made us feel like they had known us all our lives. Nicer people you could not ask for.They were helpful in giving us directions to all we asked about..

Room was very clean. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety. Staff very helpful.

coffee maker broken. air condition nob to adjust tempreture was not there. so you cant set ur tempreture. we have toask for a bed setting..

Front desk staff is clearly not trained in customer service and made four people wait in line for one hour while they tended to phone calls. They overbooked the hotel and they scrambled to fix the problem only to give me a room key for a room that was already occupied by two men. Go somewher else.

Very friendly staff, clean room. nice breakfast. right across the street from the airport. Would stay again.

I chose this hotel because it is next door to the Detroit Airport and I had an early flight out the next day. When I checked in (about 9PM the previous night), the counter person was very nice and said she was putting me in a "quiet" room, which sounded great because all I wanted to do was sleep. I figured I would hear plane traffic, but that wouldn't […] bother me. In actuality, I never heard a single plane. However, I heard the people next to and above me every time they turned water on and off or flushed the toilet... the walls and ceiling seemed paper thin. It was distracting and loud enough to wake me up. For the money, it was fine, but the next time I will probably try one of the other hotels along the strip outside the airport. Læs mere

Although it was a cheap room the general public would still like to see attempts made at correcting little problems like removing stains from seats. Additionally, if the room is advertised as non smoking then it should smell like a non smoking room. The cleanliness was very good, but the maintenance was just good.
