Embassy Suites Boston/Marlborough - Marlborough

We stayed a Saturday into Sunday. Our room had a separate bedroom which we really enjoy. It also had a balcony off the bedroom. The hotel is near a little shopping plaza which comes in handy if you forgot something or want to grab a bite to eat. Breakfast was AWESOME! The made to order omelettes were fantastic.

Comfortable bed, nicely kept rooms, everything you could need. Convenient, good breakfast, friendly staff. The only bad thing was the coffee! Otherwise, a great hotel.

Clean, friendly and easy access.

We were heading to a tournament in Boston and were looking for a Sat. nite hotel reasonable for a short one night stay. The Embassy was great, 30 minutes from Cambridge and we zipped right in to town the next morning. The hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. This is a wonderful place to stay, the room is nicely arranged and very clean , the staff is there for anything you need. The breakfast is incredible, the clam chowder at night was VERY good. I am looking forward to my next stay. Thank you to the entire staff and a special thank you to the "Chef" making the made to order omelets.

My wife & I stay here every year when we attend the Nat'l Guild of Hypnotist Convention where we both teach. We are in the hotel for a week and look forward to the stay every year. The Staff is always accommodating, the free WiFi in the rooms is a godsend, and the breakfasts are superb!

Staying at this hotel was the best stay of our week long vacation! The hotel is nice but the staff is AMAZING! Every emplolyee of the hotel was very nice and bent over backwards to make every member of our family feel like they were the most important guest they had. We were traveing with my husband, two kids, and parents (needless to say, it was a […] stressful situation). My father is a very picky person and has never spent the money to stay in a place that had more than two stars because he believed that a hotel is "just a place to sleep." After his stay here, my father was extremely impressed (which is a complement to the hotel in and of its self) and actually said that it would be worth the money to spend more and stay in Embassy Suites when he travels...MY MOM WAS THRILLED!!! As for my family (who stays in hotels frequently), this was our first Embassy stay and the hotel sold us on Embassy for all of our future stays. The place was CLEAN, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was beyond anything that we could have asked for. And as I said, the staff was amazing! My 6 yr old was in like for an omlet and giving me orders about wanting ham but not cheese...etc...his order was too demanding and I ordered him something easier to make but the chef had been listening to the conversation (while he was cooking for the person in front of us) and he looked at my son and repeated his demanding omlet order. The chef not only caught all of the demands but according to my son, made the best omlet that he had ever eaten. I was blown away!! Læs mere

We were very pleased with our stay at Embassy Suite. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Although the rugs in our hall and room were a liitle worn, the room was very spacious and comfortable. We were most impressed by the lay out of the room. It allowed my daughter her own room with the use of the pull out couch while my wife and I stayed in the […] bedroom. Both rooms had their own wide screen TV. Opt for the breakfasrt package, it was worth the money. Unlike other Hotel contintenatal breakfast, this one offered not only a wide variety of buffet breakfast foods but had a cook to order selection, such as omlettes and blueberry pancakes. The staff in the dining area was just as courteous and helpful as the rest of the hotel staff. We would definetly recommend this particular hotel if you are in the area. Læs mere

amazing breakfast buffet, good location in town, great for families

We had a wedding to attend close to this hotel, and my husband and I were delighted with cordiality and cleaniness of this facility. We will be back very soon .

We were in town for the Boston Marathon. This hotel was pretty convenient to the start of the race in Hopkinton. Although it is about 30 minutes to the closest T stop, it is right off of 495. I was extremely impressed with the hotel staff - from the moment we checked in until we left - they were extremely helpful and kind! I was not overly impressed […] with the prep habits of the "cook to order" chef - as he didn't clean his cutting board inbetween each item he chopped. Overall, we had a truly wonderful experience and would definitely choose this hotel for race week end again! Læs mere

We live locally but wanted to get the kids out of the house. The pool is wonderful - clean and warm! Great ful breakfast too. I have always loved the Embassy Suites Hotel.

unlike other embassy suites I've stayed in this one did not have a kitshen setup. There was a mico and mini fridge, but no utensils. Picked up paper plates and forks from the bar. Pool was clean and relaxing. Maid serivce came at 7:45 and it was a key swipe, light knock then opening of the door. Glad we were close to push her out before she even waited […] for a reply from us NOT to come in. Læs mere

great place to stay and free cook to ordeer breakfast cant beat that

Great rooms, nice gym and pool area, very friendly and helpful personell. Only bad comment would be alot of the breads and the happy hours foods were stale.

This is our 4th year at the Embassy Suites Marlborough. We come every August for a convention where I teach for three days and then present at the 3-day convention. Both my wife & I need to spead out w/ our computers and the room layout works great. The breakfasts are excellent, too. We'll be heading back for year 5!

excellent value. The rooms were very comfortable, especially, the beds. The breakfast was super. I did not attend the Happy Hour but I understand it was just okay. No alcoholic beverages. I would recommend it. In fact, I intend to try to use them again this summer.

I booked a "smoking" room for 3 nights and it was by far the worst room that I have stayed in for quite sometime. Being a smoker, I expect some smell but this was so bad that I was ill with headache and nausea for 2 days. The check in clerk was cold and not very helpful. I've sent my thoughts to the general manager who states that they will look to […] improve but I doubt it. If I hadn't been there as part of a wedding party and somewhat trapped, I would have certainly checked out and stayed at another hotel. Læs mere

I liked the mother and baby ducks that live in their water feature, and their breakfast was OK, as was the pool. But the furniture felt like it was upholstered in a plastic fabric, the beds were too soft for us, the bathroom wasn't entirely clean when we arrived (though they were appropriately apologetic and did send a cleaner up real quick) but overall […] it just didn't feel as nice as it should have considering it's one of the more expensive places in the area. Our family would definately recommend this hotel to anyone. We all agree that it was A+. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the pool area was great for my kids, and the breakfast was made to order. My kids loved and had chocolate chip pancakes every morning. Thank you for making the trip with my family great!

As usual the Embassey Suites has a great place and we got a great rate. The only problem with this particular trip to this hotel was the food delivered to the room. The service was great and courteous but the food was lacking enough that we didn't eat much of it. Could have been just a bad night for the restaurant?

We enjoyed our stay. Everything in the hotel was very nice and in good shape. Our only complaint was that the "cook to order" breakfast in the mornings was very slow. They definitely need to add more staff to speed it up. Allow yourself plenty of time, or go immediately when they open.
