Had a great stay, nice clean cozy rooms. The beds were good, the cleaning was in top, and the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Quite neighbourhood, but good access to tube and busses. Deserve it´s four stars.

Et fint hotel i et dejligt kvartér, men hold da op for nogle små værelser ! Der er hvad man har brug for i værelset (på nær en lampe ved sengen), men det var da godt nok svært at nå ned til fødderne for at vaske dem i det lille bitte brusebad. Havde værelset været bare 1 kvm mindre, havde man ikke kunnet vende i det.

Utrolig venligt spansk personale. Værelset var meget lille, og sengen var hård med lagen og tæppe og et par hårde hovedpuder, Værelset var dog rent og pænt, Lidt problemer med afløb i håndvasken.

Fantastisk beliggenhed - specielt forår/tidlig sommer med alle smukke parker og grønne pletter omkring sig. Hotellet ligger i et stille område. Hotellets personale er spansktalende og serviceorienterede - kunne dog være bedre til engelsk. Værelset er lille, og vi fik et meget mørk værelse, Rengøringen er ok.

Super beliggenhed i dejligt kvarter. Meget små værelser. Latterligt tyndt tæppe, der skulle udgøre "dyne" - havde vi nok ikke lige forventet af et 4-stjernet hotel.

det var et super dejligt værelse. fitness rummet var dog ikke det jeg havde forventet. Den langtids holdbar mælk var ikke så langtids holdbar, den var sur:o( Men rigtig god betjening. alt i alt rigtig godt og jeg kommer gerne tilbage.

Gå-afstand til Paddington St. Tæt på offentlig transport til centrum. Meget venligt og serviceminded personale hele vejen igennem. Værelset var lille med lille badeværelse, som til gengæld var helt ny-istandsat. Alt rent og fint. Kan anbefales.

Hotellet var fantastisk, super venligt personale, central belliggenhed, rimelig pris og dejligt roligt kvarter.. lidt små vaerelser, men det er meget normalt i London. Jeg ville til enhver tid komme tilbage til dette hotel.

Dette hotel ligger super dejligt - et lidt mere stille kvarter og meget centralt. Du finder hurtigt ud af hvilken togstation der er nærmest og kun 3-4 stationer til centrum. Meget nemt. Vi havde lejet bil som skulle afhentes meget tæt på - så alt i alt et meget dejligt hotel, som varmt kan anbefales. Super service og nyistandsat.

Hej Vi fik efter vores egen opfattelser klart et enkeltmandsværelse i første omgang. Ekstremt lille værelse og på ingen måder en "king size bed" som vi var blevet lovet. Vi gjorde opmærksom på det og blev flyttet til et andet værelse på dag 2. Dette værelse var helt ok og levede væsentligt bedre op til vores forventninger. Vil dog stille spørgsmålstegn […] ved om dette er 4 **** værd. Hvis der kun er en stjerne tilbage, så der det sløjt ud med værelserne i London. Resten af hotellet var dog i super god stand og moderne indrettet med god stil. Men det er et rigtig skidt signal at de starter med at give os et enkeltmands værelse der er ekstremt lille når man har bestilt og betalt for et dobbeltværelse :-( Læs mere

Rooms are unbelievable small. Definitely a London 4 star but not in the rest of the world. Room was however nice and clean. Bit arrogant service but I survived. Remember to ask for price if you decide to stay for another night. Foolish I assumed that when no one said differently I would be charged the same as through Hotels.com - negative.

The hotel itself was OK but the service was very bad as when i asked for a wake up call they did not wake me up and i suffered the consequences. Also when i asked for an iron, as all of them were lended out then i was told that they will try to ask people if they are done ironing and will get back to me. THE CAESAR COULD BE A LOVELY BOUTIQUE HOTEL, EVEN WITH SMALL ROOMS. HOWEVER, IT IS IN NEED OF MUCH SPRUCING UP.THE HALL RUGS WERE STAINED AND WILL HOPEFULLY BE REPLACED SOON. STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND CORDIAL.

I did not enjoy this hotel. Although clean, the room was so small there was only a foot of clearance from the edge of the bed to the wall. The window along the bed was about 3 feet tall from the top of the mattress, and the sloping ceiling began right at the top of the window. No way to relax here.

The room was small, but tidy and quiet. Close to both Bayswater and Paddington stations. Hyde Park around the corner. Very price worthy!

I would highly recommend this hotel for a brief visit to London. They have a spartan-like decor and location is convenient to public transportation. It is only a 5-min walk to Hyde Park. The best part of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant is decent and breakfast buffet was a good deal.

What made the stay so pleasant at the end of the day was the friendly service. All the staff were very helpful and made the place feel very much like home. I would definitely stay here again. The actual size of the single rooms in the hotel are quite small and I ended up upgrading to a double which was more comfortable. The rooms themselves though […] were clean and comfortable. Have stayed here a number of times and keep coming back. Its clean, modern, friendly and well located. The single rooms are too small. Corridor noise travels into some rooms. Other than that cannot fault this place.

I've stayed at the Casear Hotel previously, Nov 2011, and found it OK. On this trip, Jan 2011, it was for 2 days, room 111 is not great. It wraps around the elevator, so is small (even by London standards) and there is lots foot-traffic traffic noise outside. The shower door doesn't close properly. The sink is missing a grate, so don't drop anything […] in the sink. TV channels 1 and 2 (BBC1 and 2) have lots of interference so are near impossible to watch (had this problem on my last visit). The hotel internet is slow, almost posible to Skype (audio only). Overall, a much poorer experience than when I first stayed back in November. When you check in be prepared to change rooms as some are not good. Unfortunately when I checked in I had to get on a conference call, it was late, and with a packed schedule I simply did not have the time to deal with arguing with the front desk on the room. Note to the hotel - don't put returning guests in your worst rooms, don't expect them to spend the time arguing with you on the room, many are simply too busy to deal with such hassles during their visit. I stayed at this hotel for three nights and wanted something as good as possible for the lowest price I could find. I also wanted a hotel that was close to Paddington, preferably at walking distance. I must say that I was mostly pleased with my stay at Caesar and I don't have much to complain about. My room was tiny but included everything I needed. […] The bed was a bit too hard for my taste but it worked out pretty well anyway. Something that also annoyed was how warm the room was. Thankfully there was AC but it made a lot of noise so earplugs are recommended. The breakfast, that wasn't included, was a continental breakfast including toast, cereal, yoghurt, meat, cheese and a large fruit salad. Although it was expensive, it was worth it. There were waiters asking if you wanted tea or coffee so you felt well taken care of. The staff was overall nice and helpful. Læs mere

EXCELLENT STAY. COMPFY BED. LOVELY STAFF

We took our baby moon to London and stayed here for 5 nights. We couldn't be happier. Cozy hotel, soft comfy bed, a bit limited with storage but we made it work. Room service was reasonable for late dinners as it is difficult open establishments after 9 that are nearby. Didn't have breakfast there because it was too pricey and seemed limited in the […] selections. Very helpful staff. Internet always worked well on 2 computers in lobby business center. Fast walk to Paddinton, Queensway, or Bayswater tube stops. Bus stops nearby too. Læs mere

Late arrival, early departure. Chose hotel as its close to Paddington station for Heathrow Express. Pleasantly surprised by hotel & quality of room. Certainly better than most similar style hotels in the area. Good value, will recommend to colleagues on similar trips and ideal for weekend stays in London.

My stay at the caesar hotel was great. When looking at previous reviews there were some unsatisfied customers. I found the hotel to be clean, staff friendly, room clean, and location perfectly situated. Our room was on the forth floor and was small but not too small. It had it's own bathroom and was bright and clean. I was not expecting a huge luxury […] room, after all I was going to London to see the city not spend the day in mybroom. First room rated as a deluxe was very small, they saw our luggage from a cruise and gave us a larger room but still too small for 3 suitcases and us. They offered us an upgrade for very little money and we did it, no more space problems. Could not be more helpful about anything, would stay there anytime..

I read the reviews going in, so I knew the room would be small. Pretty typical for this neighborhood. But a super convenient location, so worth it in the long run.

I had a single room. Windows opened. Bathroom and room was spotless and single bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and very polite. Corridor noise and light leaking under door were minor annoyances, other than that I would recommend.

Had a great stay at Caesar Hotel, it was conveiant to where we wanted to be and overall a nice clean friendly hotel. Staff where good and the bar area is good, but over-priced. Room was on the small side, but tyhat is to be excepted in London. Continetal Breakfast was way over-priced even with the discount voucher we where given. I don't really know […] why people pay so much for so little when you can walk around the corner and get a Full English for less than a five, rather than paying £11 quid for some bread and cheese. The hotel is conveniently located close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations. The area is quiet. The service is excellent. The rooms are OK, the taps leaked so the bathroom door must be closed to block out the dripping sound, and TV control worked 50% of the time and then it would lock-up - ended up watching BBC iPlayer instead. Great location on the edge of Kensington Gardens. Price was probably ok for the area, although the room was very tiny even compared to other EU rooms I have stayed in. Biggest issue I had was the fact that the hotel's boiler broke, leaving the hotel without hot water for the duration of my stay, with no offer of compensation. very pleased with our night stay at the caeser .if i had one down side it was the walk to the tube station .but thats a small complaint we found the staff friendly and helpfull

Nice looking hotel on the website and it appeared clean and modern. My room was tiny but very clean and modern looking. However there were two major problems that made for a very uncomfortable night. 1. The bed was a cheap string mattress and it was I think the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on (and I was in the military) It was so bad I […] had to take the cover they place on the bed to allow you to unpack your suitcase and fold it into quarter and place it on the mattress to stop the springs hurting me as I lay on it. 2. My room was next to the lift and all night long I could hear the lift going up and down and people getting in and out of it. the two things made for a very uncomfortable stay and I left the hotel feeling tired. We spent 1 night and were very pleased to have chosen this little gem in a great neighborhood; close to train and tube stops; walked from Paddington - Heathrow-Connect train simple and easy. Enjoyed the stoll down Bayswater Rd on Sunday for the artist displays. Will definately stay again.
