The hotel has been recently remodel, it has great location, just what you need, a very good option if your intention is shopping.

I was really surprised about the location, and was pleasantly surprised with the room and service. The front desk manager was very attentive and very courteous. The room had just recently been renovated and felt very new. There were some issues with it, but were easily overlooked. All in all, this was the most bang for my buck.

This hotel was really clean, the bed was comfortable also. Johnny made us waffles the next morning, wonderful experience in McAllen Tx.

Customer service was excellent, room recently updated and VERY nice for the price, great breakfast (waffles!), and convenient to the freeway and a nearby HEB. I can see how parking might be a problem is you arrive late on a weekend. Club nearby, but no noise in room or trouble in street.

The hotel is just as it is presented, with one exception, breakfast is an expanded continental style. We will stay there again. P.S. My wife is very pickey and she had no problem with this hotel.

No elevators restricts or at least makes handling heavy luggage very difficult.

I only stayed one night and had a very comfortable stay. The Hotel is within walking distance of the airport, the mall, shops, and many restaurants. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly and the room was comfortable, roomy and well priced. This hotel surprised me. Very plain on the outside. I had an upstairs room which is accessed from the outside 1st floor and then you walk up stairs. Feels more like an apartment with a large room, large screen TV, large bathroom and walk in closet! Good long term-low cost option if you need one. I will be back. We were in town for a wedding, and were traveling with pets, so our options were limited. We chose this hotel and were not disappointed. The location is great, walking distance to food, convenience stores, grocery. Easy to highway and airport. We had a second floor room, which was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. […] Full size refrigerator and sink. Bathroom was a little small, but clean. Housekeeping staff were accomodating to clean when we were out with our dogs. Management was helpful in resolving a minor issue we had. The only caveat; this hotel does charge a pet fee which is not disclosed on this site, give them a call prior to booking. Læs mere

This is a basic two-story motel on a side street. The parking lot is a bit cramped and the furnishing were modest but that's what we were expecting and we feel we got a reasonable value.

Only needed a hotel for one night but would have stayed longer! Quiet hotel, nicely furnished and clean! Close to many restaurants and the concert I attended. Will stay again when in town. Friendly service.

THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL WAS BECAUSE WE WERE GOING TO A FUNERAL AND THE MANAGER WAS VERY PLEASANT AND COMPASIONATE. SHE TRIED TO MAKE EVERY THING AS EASY AS POSSIBLE AND PLACED OUR ROOMS CLOSE TO EACH OTHER SO THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY PROBLEMS BREAKFAST WAS AVAILABLE AND VERY GOOD/ THE ROOMS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS.

This is the first Ramada that I actually enjoyed staying at. The room was clean and very large. The bed was brand new and very comfortable. Location is excellent, right next to HWY 83. 10th street has everything you need on it. Will definitely stay again!

After they finish remodeling this hotel, its going to be great. Also not enough parking spaces.

Numerous hotels in the area with lower rates, pool, hot meals, better parking, and with outside better appearance. The staff was nice and helpful.

This hotel was very accomodating to our needs. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel and staff. What i will say i that once we left and got back home, we realized we had forgotten my son's medication if thier refriderater. We called they shipped it to us at no cost and no problem what so ever... I was very impressed. The hotel was about what was expected for the price, but the bathroom had a sewage smell and something was leaking by the toilet... also, one of the hand towels had a brownish stain on it. The shower wasn't bad (pretty good water pressure)... rooms were updated and nice... beds were super comfy!! loved the pillows!! Location was pretty convenient (highway/restaurants […] were nearby)... also, I think i had read a review that said that breakfast was a "hot/deluxe continental breakfast", but my dad said all they had was cereal and some cold items (I didn't see the breakfast for myself - I was wanting a hot breakfast). I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a tight budget. Absolutely nothing wrong with the accomodations and the staff was more than helpful. However, it was an older, hotel with lesser ammentities than what I expected. The breakfast was great and again the staff more than accommodating.

I spent the weekend at the hotel it was great, the staff was wonderful the room spaciuos and very clean and quiet, bed very confortable, made me feel like being at home away from home, will be back next month and I highly recommend the Ramada Limited, thankyou and see you soon........ ..............Enrique

The rooms are OK, but the parking lot is very limited and we had to park in a different hotel or leave the car in the street. Plus there was no hot water!

We stayed 5 nights. A young couple, who are the managers, were very attentive and devoted to good service. They are in a continual process of improving the property and doing the best possible job. We were very pleased with the very large room (at no extra cost), comfortable bed, cleanliness, and attention we received. I found out that reserving through […] a hotel's website matches any price on the internet, which best helps their survival. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again. A nice, clean hotel at a great price. The room was good sized, the bed comfortable, and the chair and foot stool a great addition for TV watching. The purpose of our trip was a concert at UTPA. I didn't know until I saw the program, but was surprised and pleased to see that the Ramada Limited had donated rooms to the guest artists playinging in the […] tribute concerts.
