Hotellet ligger rigtig godt i forhold til både museer og centrum. Der er en park lige ved siden af hotellet, som er god til en løbetur. Der går en bus, linie 197, lige fra lufthavnen til hotellet, det tager ca. 25 min. og koster 4 euro. Lækre værelser og super god japansk inspireret restaurant og hyggelig bar. Hotelet er ikke levere dårlig service, der skal betales ekstra for alt, 49€ for pakering på døgn. Det er ingen varme på badeværelserne. Hotelet er slit og bliver ikke vedligeholdt. Anbefaling find et andet hotel.

Rigtig dejligt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed tæt på bådstop, rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, shopping og restauranter. Det var helt nyrenoveret og jeg synes stilen var både stilfuld og hyggelig på samme tid. Dejligt værelse, god seng, velfungerende klimaanlæg, gode badefaciliteter, venligt personale særligt rengøring og lounge personalet (receptionisterne […] var ikke noget særligt). Gratis film hvis man var til det, en del kanaler bla. CNN. Vi spiste morgenmad ude i byen, men via roomservice vil jeg vurdere at restauranten (momo) var helt fin. minus: 24 t internet koster 20 euro ekstra - så dette kan ikke anbefales til forretningsrejsende. Hotellet er super placeret lige i centrum, men stadig lige væk fra det inderste del af centrum. Det tager vel 5 min. at gå så du rammer de første shoppinggader og undervejs krydsrer du en af de lækre kanaler, der er overalt i Amsterdam. Ydermere er det tæt på Tram. Og der er ikke langt ud til Museumsplein. Alle tingene spillede på hotellet, fra hotelværelseskomfort, […] til rengøringen til adgangen til Fitnesscenteret. Dog manglede der nogle enkelte detaljer. Internet er muligt at anvende på værelset men alligevel skal man betale en urimelig høj pris for at bruge internettet (f.eks. til at checke in på vej ud eller se vejrudsigten for de næste par dage). Det samme gælder for TV generelt, man kunne ikke se TV før man igen skulle betale en urimelig høj pris for at kunne se bare de mest normale kanaler (f. eks. tekst TV for at se vejrudsigten eller 5 min. tidsfordriv mens man venter på sin bedre halvdel i badet...). Da vi ankom til hotellet, fik min veninde og jeg tildelt et lille hummer af et værelse med kabiner til toilet og bad. Håndvasken var i selve værelset og vinduet kunne ikke åbnes. Formentlig et værelse de booker og benytter, når alt andet er optaget. Men det var ikke den standard, vi mente, vi havde betalt for. The hotel really looked nice and had everything needed to accommodate the 4 stars. But the room was simply to cheap. Bed and facilities was great, but elevator stopped one floor below, one of the windows was taped shut (with packaging tape) which was a little discomforting, the bed sheet had a blood stain on it and the whole floor had a moldy smell […] to it, like if it had moisture problems for some time. Service was adequate but nothing more and the very expensive breakfast at restaurant MOMO was nothing more than you would expect from any other 3-star hotel (so quite disappointing at a 4-star hotel known to have a good restaurant). Roomrate was good, but I now understand why. Maybe a better rooms would have been worth the extra money. Læs mere

Very nice hotel with perfect location, great restaurant and service. Go for the junior suites if possible :)

Vores værelse lå på syvende etage med udsigt over en af kanalerne og med frit syn ud over Amsterdam. Virkelig lækkert værelse og hotel i det hele taget. Venlig betjening. Desværre var værelset uden morgenmad, hvilket ville betyde en temmelig høj ekstraudgift. Det løste vi ved at spise morgenmaden på en irsk pub lige over for hotellet. De åbner alle […] morgener kl. ni. Parkering i hotellets garage var ligeledes ekstremt dyrt efter vores forhold. Det løste vi ved at bruge Park and Ride ved det olympiske stadion. Der findes fire-fem sådanne P+R steder. Vores Navigon GPS kendte og ledte os nemt til P-huset. Her parkerede vi bilen, fik vores billet samt gratis tur/retur billetter til offentlig transport. Bemærk, at man skal bruge de anviste sporvogne - det er nemlig ikke alle bus- og sporvognsselskaber, der er med i ordningen. Billetterne skal valideres ved første påstigning - både ud og hjem. All the major museums are practically next door. We had a 24 hr layover at Schiphol, so we decided to take advantage. For 4 euros each you can take a bus to the museum station which is only a short walk to the hotel. Great shopping and dining is close by. Trams and canal boats are also convenient. Hotel accomodations are very good with nice rooms and the Momo restaurant. Close to everything to see in Amsterdam, including water canals boats, shopings, the Museum District and nice restaurants.full recommended.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to most of the sights with clean and comfortable rooms with friendly helpful staff. The rooms toilet and shower separated by a semi transparent glass wall so would probably only want to visit with a intimate other. The only slight down point that we found with the customers service was that after checking […] out we asked if we could use their "free for guests" internet to print our boarding passes and even though we had just stayed for three nights they wanted us to pay for this. This hotel is just perfect. Its located just mins walk to central Amsterdam there are many shops including H&M and River Island. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are of a high standard and I would recommended this hotel to anyone. The only problem I had is that on arrival you are given a €100 bill which is a deposit for the room […] AND you have to pay city tax which was €4.21 per night (the rate changes everyday) the receptionist told us we have to pay to sleep in the hotel which we were surprised about as we'd already paid for @ booking. The receptionists attitude was basically you should've read the fine print!! But anyway other than that the hotel is great the rooms are cleaned everyday etc. location is perfect. Shuttle service from schipol airport to hotel very convenient, especially after long haul flight. Staff were extremely helpful and respondent to every request. Room was pleasant and the bed was super comfortable. Had a really good nights sleep. Very close to Vondelpark and museums, ideal location. Achei o quarto bom mas não gostei do banheiro que não proporciona privacidade. O aquecimento do qurto estava quebrado e trouxeram um portatilo que eu acho uma folta por se considerar um hotel 4 estrelas.

Pleasant stay in park hotel. Ideal location for tram from the airport. Within walking distance of Heineken factory,Anne franks house, van gough museum, canal boat cruise and lots of nice restaurants and bars. Room comfortable , ask for a room facing away from the tram line, friendly and helpful staff. Felt wifi was too expensive 9 euro a day.

Have stayed twice at this hotel over New Year. Good location, nice reception area and handy for shops, restaurants, museums etc. Rooms are a little small, but have everything you need.

We had a very nice room on the top floor. The only problem was that it got a little cold in the room, but it was early January...

walking distance to heart of the leidsplain but quiet room if facing the back. excellent service, warm friendly hotel. Everything it was described to be. would definatley stay here again.

A short tram ride from Central Station, 2 mins from Van Gogh and Ryks [spellings?] museums, next to canal boat rides, Holland casino across road, very posh shops round corner, walk to 'Leicester Sq', bars, cafes, restaurants on doorstep, tram stop... this is the second time we've stayed here and I don't think it can be beaten for location. The rooms […] are clean, well furnished, have mini-bar etc. The food in hotel is expensive so for breakfast we just went to a cafe round the corner for a third of the price. Restaurant Momo is very good -buzzing even mid-week we ate there once each visit as expensive, but worth it for a treat. I would definitely stay again. Læs mere

The hotel located very near of Leidseplein with good public transportation connections. The hotel was very nice and the room was decorated with high-quality materials. We really enjoyed our stay! We, however, would have liked to have a free Wifi connection in the room.

The bed was very comfortable and access to local sites was very convenient ie Van Gogh Museum, Rembrandt square

Having read mixed reviews about this Hotel I went ahead and booked because of location and their on line pictures. I like to be honest so I will be. First impressions were excellent, beautiful foyer, smelled amazing and prompt, pleasant check-in with very friendly staff. they obliged by giving us two rooms on same floor in fact beside each other although […] we had not booked together. Was with friends and we booked executive rooms as all that was left. They are smallish, compact, but bathroom was good and powerful shower. Fresh towels each day, we stayed 3. As this was a city break with girls we actually spent little time in the Hotel, isn't that what most people do, so have not one complaint about any of it. We were on the first floor, had heard there no elevator but of course there is and road noise in morning is not as bad as most cities as most of the traffic are bicycles . i would definitely go back to this Hotel and would recommend it for a city break, we walked everywhere in the city we wanted to go from here and museums are literally behind hotel on next block. Never got to eat in MOMO rest as was booked out so would suggest you book it when making your hotel reservation. Læs mere

I went to Amsterdam with my girlfriend for the weekend. We both liked the hotel and the location but were abit disapointed with the room (superior room). It looked very modern and up to date but on arrival had a stuffy- off smell to it as if there had been no ventelation in the room for weeks. The smell thankfully went after we open the windows the […] full 2" but came back once the toilet was flushed-great! Might be ok for others but the shower and the toilet were 1metre from the bed and housed by glass so if you went to the toilet, it felt like the whole word could here. So i had to go downstairs to use the toilet and give my gfriend some time in the room alone- great fun walking around the hotel!!! With a view of the back of buildings, having to walk from elevator @ level 4 to level 5, smelly room and having to go to the toilet downstairs means I wont be staying there again, unless forking out for the Better rooms with a balcony! The rooms were uncomfortable. The windows barely opened and with an unusually warm fall, the air conditioning would not work for more than a minute at a time. Elevators were broken. The price oif wifi internet was outrageous. The staff was not very helpful in making the experience any better. Surrounding neighborhood has some good museums and cafes. […] Look elsewhere. Læs mere

This hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance to the Rijksmuseum (5-10mins), the Van Gogh Museum (10 mins), the Heineken Brewery (10 mins), the 9 Streets District (15mins), the Leideseplein and its trams (5 mins) and Vondel Park (2 minutes). The room was very clean and the bed is very soft. The staff is helpful with questions about […] local sights and directions. I would definitely suggest staying in this part of the city as it is close to the sights, but not located in the rattier sections of the city near Dam Square and the Red Light District. For easy airport travel, there is the 197 Bus from the Leidseplein to Schipol that costs 4 euros and takes 30 mins. It stops in the Leidseplein every 15 minutes. There are lots of food and shopping areas very close to the hotel, so you have a lot of different options. Læs mere

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years. I've learned that when it comes to European hotels, you have to drop a star in order to get the US equivalent. This was not so with this hotel. This hotel was everything you would expect a 4 star hotel. The location was excellent - just around the block from the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum, and a beautiful […] 15 minutes walk from downtown - across canals through shopping and restaurant areas. Right across the street was a canal boat ride and easy access to trams and buses. It could not have been easier to get around to all the sites! Staff was very accommodating. I got there early so I needed to check my baggage. Everyone was helpful and spoke very clear, high-level English, so it wasn't difficult at all to communicate. The hotel design was modern and clean, as was the room. Some complained that the mattress was too soft. Well, it felt like I was sleeping in a cloud and I loved it! Anyways, it's far better than some other 3-4 star European hotels that have gotten their mattresses the same place that US youth camps get their mattresses from. Instead, this hotel seemed to understand that a mattress is key to a good nights rest. It may not be your taste, but it was definitely mine! I could not have been happier with this hotel. I did a lot of research going into this decision as I was a single female traveling alone. I could not have chosen better. In fact, this was the safest I've ever felt traveling. As I was walking to the hotel from the tram stop with all my luggage, it began to pour down rain. I was struggling to get my umbrella out and some man walking down the street came over and covered me with his umbrella until I could get mine ready. It was a simple nice gesture that contained no ulterior motives that you might expect in other countries. I am a seasoned traveler and I am very aware of my surroundings. We upgraded our room and were very pleased with our new accommodations. The Staff was wonderful. They showed us different rooms in the hotel until we found the one that fit our needs.

Nice hotel with a trendy vibe. Rooms are good size for Amsterdam with a very nice bathroom (executive room). Internet is expensive at 20 Euro per day, as well breakfast is 23.50. Location is excellent with restaurants everywhere, very close to Leidseplein, across the street from Vondelpark for running, and on tram line #5.

We chose the Park hotel because it is in between the museum district and the rest of the city. And it was one of the cheaper hotels around that still looked half way decent. The location is great! Very easy to navigate around. Lots of restaurants near by. We never tried the one inside the hotel but it smelled good. The best part of this hotel is that […] you can buy museum tickets at the front office. The lines to get in were insane! It was so nice to breeze by. Also the beds were so comfortable. Some other reviewers mentioned that they were too soft but I loved it. There was like a down pad on top of the mattress. My husband normally complains about beds being too soft but he was happy as well. The worst part of this hotel is that I felt like I was being "nickel and dimed" at every turn. Which explains why the base rate is so much cheaper than comparable hotels. Internet cost 20 euros per day!! We never ate breakfast at the hotel which was fine because there is a good pancake place across the canal in front of the hotel. There are only a couple of parking spaces which you have to reserve in advance and the parking garage is super expensive - 68 euros a day. At least it is secure because finding street parking seems like a hassle. So even though the location was great and the beds were awesome, I don't think I would stay here again. Actually, I am not sure I would come back to Amsterdam. It is a pretty city but after 2 days, I had seen enough. The museums are packed with tourists, which is one of the main reasons to visit the city. It was not a pleasant experience to be jostled around when trying to view and read about art. And the Van Gogh Museum didn't have some of the more famous pieces there. I am not sure if they are at the Lourve or on tour or something. Comfy quiet hotel room, and an excellent location, my only quibble is that breakfast was an extra £23 per person in their smart restaurant. There are many restaurants within minutes walk, that were excellent. Very near is the pleasant area of De Pijp, that is sometimes bohemian, has a lovely market, lots of coffee shops for smoking what you want, pubs, […] and numerous restaurants, that are less touristy than the ones within the inner part of Amsterdam.The museums are very close too. A fantastic hotel with lovely rooms. Next to the canal the location is great and is only a short walk from the one of the main squares in Amsterdam. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

I stayed in this hotel, payd full price for an executive room. Room was very small, no sound insulated windows, no separated bathroom available so your room-partner is confronted with the hard reality of an open bathroom.
