Comfort Suites - Haverhill

Basic but good. Free breakfast was pretty good. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

I run a bed & breakfast, it was not a clean room at all and had a wierd odor, which we couldn't place. The weekday breakfast personel was snarly and surly. The weekend ladies, although busier, were nicer. The front desk staff was courteous, but too busy, long line-ups. Much of the time, I saw the supervisor working all hours, I think they are understaffed […] and overworked, hence all the problems.I would definitely reevaluate my cleaning staff if I were them. It is a nice hotel with friendly staff, however i didnt like that they charged me a few dollars extra for a room that was exactly the same. when i booked i thought i payed extra for a nicer bathroom with a jaccuzi because of the price difference and because of how it was advertised but i got the same thing as the other room i booked that cost less. […] when booking deluxe suite and suite mean the same thing nothing more nothing less. My wife and I thought that this hotel suited our needs beautifully. Close to Boston and Cambridge Mass, which is where we wanted to visit. The complimentary hot and cold breakfast was really great. For the price we would say that this hotel is a great place to stay.

This hotel is just off the highway so very easy to get to however we would never return nor would we recommend it. It was extremely noisy......you can hear every conversation in the adjoining rooms so a good night's sleep is unlikely. We felt that the hotel was very overpriced for the accomodations provided. The lobby looked decent however the rooms […] are run down and the carpets are filthy. We have stayed at many "Marriott" brand hotels for the same price (or less) and they are always spotless & well maintained. First room I got the AC compressor was dead so no cool air which was a problem given the outside temp and humidity. With the second room assigned to me, the AC compressor died the following morning. The AC units are on the old side and quite noisy.

Comfy room...clean safe..pretty good location. Only problem I had was when they mean Breakfast is from 6-9am...THEY MEAN IT. The breakfast lady started taking stuff down,whether you were there or NOT and right out from under you.I was rushing to get what i wanted before she took it away and barely made it! Otherwise,enjoyed the room.

The hotel is conveniently located just off 495. The young lady at the first desk was pleasant. It was clearly obvious they were short staffed as I waited 10 minutes to check-in. The guest rooms and baths are in deperate need of an upadate. Carpets need cleaning, walls need painting. Light bulbs needed repalcing and bathroom sinks drain slowely. Stayed here during a conference with a local business and found the place to be accommodating. The rooms were decent sized and clean, the breakfast was a nice perk, and the staff was friendly. When staying here one has to keep in mind it is a two star hotel . . . and for that market this was an OK place.

The room had somewhat of a musty, digny smell. Hard to describe, but most hotel dwellers know. Dusty in places, with a couple hairs in the shower left over from a previous guest evidently. A/C seemed to function not at full capacity. We will be going back to the Best Western next time, but at least we gave it a shot. Breakfast was good though.

Our stay was fine. The room was clean and stocked. The hotel itself is a little hidden away but lots of signage. Staff friendly. Good place.

I've been staying at the Best Western in Haverhill and decided it was time for a change. The Comfort Suites was a considerable upgrade for the same price. Rooms were larger, cleaner and brighter. The staff was pleasant, but a little inattentive. I had to wait 10 minutes to check-in. They gave me someone else's receipt at check-out. These were minor […] inconveniences. We've stayed at this hotel before and it is a great room for the money. Unfortunately, this time we were asked to move from our room at 11:30 PM due to plumbing problems. We were exhausted and had to get dressed and pack. I'm sure it couldn't be helped, but it did put a damper on our stay. We weren't sure why we couldn't wait until morning. The room was not as clean as we would have liked. The mirror had many streaks..looks like it wasn't cleaned or rushed through.

Although the proximity of the hotel fit my needs it was an unusual location overlooking a car dealership and I was surprised at the Sat. nite stay of groups of young adults (20-28) that occupied several rooms and brought in their own cases of beer to party in their rooms. Now I am not a prude and I suppose some might consider this way to party as a […] safer and more responsible action, as a room across the hall can attest it was distracting until the early morning hours. I did mention this to the font desk at checkout on Sunday and was told that this particular hotel has a large weekend business from the local area unlike most of the other hotels in the area which cater to business clientele. Cela fait deux fois que nous y allons. L'endroit est propre et les gens sont gentils.Nous sommes proches de la mer et des magasins grande-surface et des kittery. Nous recommendons cet endroit aux familles et les gens qui voyage avec leur animaux Cependant les fenêtres de la chambre ne s'ouvre pas et il n'on pas de ventillateur dans la chambre de bain! […] Pour le déjeuner est tres bon. Il manque un peu de table car quand il y a beaucoup de gens pour le dejeuner il manque de place. Mai j'adore cet endroit et nous y retournerons surement l'an prochain!! Læs mere
