One thing we did not know is that we had to pay 17 USD for parking. We were not very happy about that. The hotel otherwise was nice, convenient, quiet despite being on a major intersection and 5 mins from the airport.

The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than the stated time. The room was also very clean. In addition there is a $10 roundtrip shuttle to Dolphin Mall; couldn't ask for more.

This is a very nice hotel in the center of Duval St. Fantastic location. We had a great room with french doors leading out to a balcony overlooking the street. Noise level with doors shut was not a problem. it is far enough down Duval that you're not by all the noisy bars, so it quieted down much earlier. Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean, bathroom […] was a bit small but very nice with walk in marble shower. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks in the 1st floor and a nice restaurant that leads out to the street. We had a rental car and the valet was easy. Never needed the car again until we left because of the location. We could walk to everything and also rented bicycles a block away. Definitely would recommend this place. Good value for the money! Læs mere

We chose this hotel because of its close location to my son's apartment. I was very impressed by the property overall and it's easy access. The staff was courteous and efficient, except for one ocassion in which I was not acknowledged for several minutes at the front desk. Although it is very close to the airport, we did not hear much noise from airplanes, […] which was a plus. There are a couple of cuban places to eat nearby, which was also a plus. The first room had no internet service and this could not be resolved by help-desk. The next room had a musty smell of wet dog or wet carpet. I advised the fron desk and it was never resolved. The front desk took long to answer the phones or respond to concerns.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights prior to a cruise. Very clean, well equipped hotel. Staff is friendly and courteous but seemed pre-occupied during most conversations. everything was fine for what we needed. Getting picked up at the airport by the van service was ideal, the room and the pool was enough to keep my daughter occupied. The restaurant does need improvement. Our server was great but the kitchen people were kind of slow with the food output.

We stayed twice -- on arriving in Miami late & the night before an early flight. We made full use of the hotel during our short stay: 2 dinners at the restaurant, 2 swims in the pool, husband used the gym, and took the airport shuttle the morning of our departure. Everything was easy -- even with 2 small kids.

I don't expect much from Airport hotels but have to say that the staff at this Marriott were exceptional, none of that corny, scripted, slightly starchy speak that hotels use these days. The food at the Champions bar was simple but excellent. The prices about what you would expect. (Beer, burger, tip equals 20$ approx). The rooms are good but was particularly […] impressed by the pool, outdoor, area which is well laid out. Plus you can eat at the restaurant at the other Marriott though I did not get the chance. The location is a bit of a problem if you are without a car and plan to visit downtown miami. Taxis are a ripoff! But u can take the shuttle to the airport and use the train which will have u downtown in abt 20/30 minutes and is only $2. I even walked from the airport one evening. No noise from airport either. Very nice hotel if you need to stay close to the airport. It's also very good if you need to take a cruise ship the day next. It's not very expensive and very close to both port and airport.

I had an overnight layover in miami and chose this hotel because of it's free shuttle to the airport (I had a 6am flight). Desk services should smile and be friendly but if you want to rest in a nice bed, this is it folks, I ve been in many hotels but The Courtyards never dissapoint me.

Very nice simple hotel, lobby is good, staff are quick and easy to deal with, gym is big, well equiped and nice, also the pool is right for everyone, elevator is a bit old, and the rooms are pretty simple buy clean and comfortable, breakfast is like every other courtyard or marriott. I liked and would comeback again in the future.

Great rooms, very spacious and comfortable. Nice large gym open 24 hrs. Nice pool outside. Free shuttle service to Miami airport, which is great. Starbucks at the hotel lobby next door, restaurant/pub in lobby, fair prices.

GREAT place. Clean, friendly, attractive decor, good neighborhood, airport shuttle clean/friendly driver. Great hotel. Champions restaurant awesome food, slow service, EXPENSIVE, but convenient. BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED. Breakfast buffet $15/person. Family of 4, $60 breakfast. WHEW!

What would be nice to have disposible cups and glasses. A flat remote control which makes it easier to clean. A card that says the room was wiped down with sanitizer wipes. Be the first do do such a thing. A card that assures that bed bugs do not exist in your hotel. But you must follow up on the these cards by putting in the effort.

It is a very nice hotel like all the Marriot hotels, it would be better if it includes the parking as in other cities.

Poor customer service, lousy shuttle service. It was such a hassle staying there. I think we had to ask for almost everything we needed twice. We also requested to speak to a manager about our experience and noone contacted us.
