Hôtel Auteuil Tour Eiffel - Paris

Good experience: Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out, nice room. The only problem I had was the free wi-fi service. The quality was poor, as is the case in most other hotels. I have trouble understanding why hotels advertise a service of poor quality.

Udemærket - gå afstand til Eifeltårnet. STOR oplevelse, store bygninger, store pladser - Paris er kæmpe stor :-) Morgenmad på hotellet virkede kedelig og dyr, så vi tog på cafe. Gode parkeringsforhold i hotellets kælder, som man da også må betale en god pris for.

Stilrent, velholdt og komfortabelt. Venlig og imødekommende personale som servicerer på flere sprog.Morgenbuffeten er merprisen værd. Beliggende i roligt område tæt på og alligevel ikke lige midt i det hele. Ca 500 m til RER (Kennedy) og bycykler kun 100 m fra hotellet. På dette hotel får man fuld valuta for pengene. Pænt hotel. God værelsesstørrelse, super service,gode senge og god rengøring. igtig pænt i forhold til at det kun har 3 stjerner. Vi prøvede ikke deres morgenmad.

Det eneste minus ved opholdet på hotellet var morgenmaden. Den var meget intetsigende, utiltalende og ikke særlig indbydende. Der var intet andet at sætte en finger på.

We were very happy to stay at Hotel Auteuil Tour Eiffel. The staff was friendly and polite - and they were well informed about the various ways of reaching attractions in Paris. - Though the walls of our room could need painting, the room was clean and everyday it was tidied before we had "counted to ten". We could have used one more chair in our room, […] as there was only one for the two of us, but the bed was excellent. The hotel is in a quiet nabourhood with nice restaurants, not too crowded, reasonable prices and good food. The breakfast at the hotel Auteuil is very good! hotel service was severely lacking as there was a shortage of an iron and a board so could not iron clothes. cupboard door was broken and safe needed looked at which did not fil me with confidence. bath/shower was not cleaned properly.breakfast was terrible with a buffet with srambled eggs lying out all dried up sausages were cold.I would never stay […] here again Læs mere

We reached 3 hours before the scheduled check-in time and had to wait for our room till noon. The hotel staff was courteous enough to help us with a map and Metro/RER location...Metro is less than 3 minutes walk from the hotel, connecting us to every corner of the city. Eiffel tower is a 10 minute walk along the Seine river and thus could be visited […] a few times during the stay, if you so desire. There is a Carrefour and another convenience store closeby in case you want to pick some food / drinks etc. The room was fairly comfortable and was kept clean everytime we returned after a 'hard days work'!! The only problem I faced was that the porter service was not available while checking-in and out and we had to carry our luggage all by ourselves. Too bad the hotel staff has a typical French attitude towards service, meaning they just don't care about helping their guests. Can the front desk call for a taxi? Nope. Can the food service clear off tables for new guests to eat? Nope. Room has only 1 (one) electrical outlet. Well run except the free wifi did not work properly and you had to sign in with two complex passwords every few hours. Otherwise good location near Metro and bus line to the centre.

The hotel staff spoke excellent English and where very helpful. The hotel is situated near the Eiffel Tower and is close to some amazing restaurants. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets. The hotel was very modern and clean with nice decor. It lives up to it's 4* rating.

After reading some of the comments on Trip Advisors I decided to go to this hotel as most comments were favorable. Indeed it was a very pleasant surprise. Nothing negative about the facility, friendly and helpfull staff, good size room for Paris's standards, everything was clean and everything was in working order. Shower did not run out of hot water […] and the bathroom itself was large enoughf to be comfortable. Located in a dormant neighbourhood this hotel will meet most traveller's tight budget. Metro and train station are a short walking distance from the hotel and both metro lines connect to the main arteries within minutes. A short 20 minutes walk will take you at the Eiffel Tower or at the Trocadero.There is a corner store and a grocery store right next to the hotel where you can buy fresh pastries and bread as well as a wine store on the street beflow. If there is one small dark cloud it's the price of the Continental Breakfast. At $14E per person, might as well go at the corner store and get a full jug of Orange juice combo with fresh pastries for less than $5E. We had a winter stay, so I do not know about summer pricing and comfort but I would certainly encourage whoever to go and give it a try. We really appreciated the place and the entire area. Læs mere

Overall, I would have to review my stay as a "definite room for improvement" with this hotel. Cons: First off, the outside of the hotel had random dog poo on the side and near the entrance. Not a great first impression with the lack of hotel being up-kept on the appearance. The room was cold and stayed pretty cold despite adjustment of the thermostat. […] The bathroom shower leaked so much and the toilet would flush whenever it felt like it. Really NOT happy about that. There was a big water stain right outside my room on the carpet, again adding to the lack of up keeping on the appearance. I booked this hotel thinking it was a "4 star" (with a 4 star rating on the outside of the building) yet the brochures in the room rated it "3 star" so idk what the confusion was there. With all the considering factors, I did not think it was worth the price I paid. Pros: The staff was very nice during our stay. The room servicing and cleaning were adequate and the wifi was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Hotel is ok, nothing special. Very friendly reception staff who made us feel very welcomed. Clean room but the chambermaid did not empty bin. Room size is average. Nearest metro is Mirabeau or Javel RER which is only one stop from the Eiffel tower. There are two supermarkets nearby and a couple of restaurants.

I spent 5 nights at the hotel. It was supposed to be a 4 stars hotel, but the comfort at the hotel, particularly at the room was poor. My bed had an old mattress, which when I did the complaint was assured to me had been recently changed, and when we checked with the reception staff the bed they confirmed my claim that the mattress was old. They changed […] the bed after but I spent most of my stay in a bad mattress. Besides the hotel provided supplies for the bathroom just when I arrived, after I had to ask at the reception. The hotel has four stars but should have three stars. The room was adequate but somewhat dated. The bathroom was very good. The hotel has AC but it did not work when I needed it. The hotel has WIFI but it did not work during my 5 day stay adding to my mobile telephone costs. A 4 star hotel should have concienge service but there was none available. […] Breakfast was not expensive but the quality of the cooked breakfast left much to be desired. On a positive note, the majority of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. In summary, I know Paris quite well and have stayed in many hotels. I will not return to Hotel Auteuil Tour Eiffel again. Helpful staff; great breakfast;clean and quiet, close to metro & train; reasonable. Too bad they failed to ring us for morning wake up, not once but twice out of three mornings-my only real complaint

I stayed here with my 14 year old son and chose this hotel to be close to Roland Garros for the French Open: it was an easy 25 minute walk from the stadium. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful- reception was staffed at all times. We stayed in a superior room and the extra expense was well worth it: our room was spacious and maintained to a […] very high standard with a good sized bathroom with bath and shower. The room was thoroughly serviced every day. Bed large and very comfortable. There was also a reasonably sized balcony. Kettle and small fridge in room were very welcome. We didn't use the restaurant- there is a great Italian restaurant just around the corner, and a small Carrefour supermarket at the bottom of the road. Plan on using the Metro/RER a lot if you stay here. The closest major attraction is the Eiffel Tower and it's about a mile away. Hotel was clean and service was good. Excellent hotel which had nice spacious rooms and very clean. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Eiffel Tower and the RER Train Station. Also there are useful local ameneties in terms of a supermarket and multiple restaurants.

this hotel is a few blocks away from the statue of liberty, a 30min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Its in a quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants. It is also close to a Carrefour City (local supermarket) that we found really convenient. We bought snacks and chocolate crossaint every morning:)

I absolutely loved this hotel! Room was spacious, modern, comfortable and surprisingly 4 star quality. Its conveniently located with lots of cafes around. We especially loved Cafe Les Ondes! It was a nice little hotel. We didn't spend much time there as we were site seeing, but for the price we had nothing to complain About. It was not in the hustle and bustle of the city but easy to get to everywhere and metro was easy to find and figure out. Overall it was good for us.

This hotel is in a very nice location near the river and not far from the Eiffel Tower. It is pretty close to metro and RER service. The staff is ok, not overly friendly. There is an ATM (PNP Baribas) and market steps from the entrance. There are good restaurants (Mini Festin) nearby. Good value.

My wife and I spent 8 days at this hotel during our stay in Paris. The hotel is old and is need of an overhaul. However, it is very clean and in good condition, it's just old. The beds are not at all comfortable even for Europe standards. If you have a bad back you may not want to stay there. Rooms are small but their food is very good. Hôtel Auteuil Tour Eiffel is a nice place to stay. The room we stayed in was clean and big enough. The hotel's location is not the best possible considering Paris's attractions. However, the reasonable pricing makes up for this.
