The hotel was under renovation making the breakfast room, fitness center and business center unavailable. Bummer! Didn't know until we got there. The front desk was very friendly and gave us ideas of places to go in the area and offered a beach ball for our children to play with in the pool (the pool area is also under construction, but we were still […] able to swim). I enjoyed my stay here. It was centrally located to shopping areas and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The hotel was being remodeled but it didn't interfer with anything. I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at several hotels in the last year, many of which have been Hamptons. This experience was not good. I hardly slept because of a very loud noise in the room that turned out to be the refrigerator. After waking up several times, and laying awake for over an hour, my husband finally moved the furniture to unplug the frig. When I told the […] front desk at check out, they were mildly interested. We enjoyed another Hampton Inn stay. Everything was very satisfying except for the very strong chlorine odor while checking into the hotel at the front desk. I even thought I could catch a whiff of chlorine in the upper level hallway. Room was clean, comfy and relaxing. Great place to stay. i have been staying there the past three years when I am in town, as other family members stay there also. Conveniently located. A super nice staff of personnel. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.

As we prepared for the Ohio State Fair, the front desk staff was so professional. While having a sold out hotel, someone on the phone, I was treated like my request for bandaids were just as important. Breakfast was wonderful. I always enjoy staying at Hampton Inns. They are always extremely clean and their beds are very comfortable. I always feel confident that when I book a stay at one of their hotels that I will be pleased with the accomodations and amenities at these hotels!

My biggest complaint was I booked a room to accomodate 5 people and when I arrived it only accomodates 4. Then they charge me for the roll away bed to sleep the 5th person. The chlorine level in the pool was so high my wife's eyes and mine were both burning from being in the pool area to watch our kids. The air conditioner did not cool off the room […] the entire night; it stayed at about 78. Last but not least the lights in the parking lot shined directly into our room and there were no black out shades to darken the room. Rooms are neat and tidy, pool and hot tub are nice. We liked the fridge and microwave in te room. There are many restaurants and stores in walking distance of the hotel. 15 minute drive to downtown.

The Pool was Ok. It seemed to cold, even when it was 100+ outside. The hottub was a chlorine making machine when the jets were turned on. I couldn't stay long as my eyes actually started burning from the chlorine! The room was nice, but the bed seemed hard (I'm use to my memory foam mattress). Breakfast was good. They seems to have really good waffles […] that you could make, but the apple juice was not so great. All in all, it was a good Hotel, but I think next time I will try one of the other Hotels at the same exit (which were priced cheaper then this one). Læs mere

This is the weakest example of a Hampton I've stayed at - certainly no more than 2 stars while many achieve 3+. Single elevator was woefully slow & inadequete. Clenliness & condition of rooms was just OK and the room layout was poor at best - no plugs on or behind / above the desk and ony i underneath it requiring crawling underneath to accesss!

The only negative comment I have is the pool chlorine levels were too high. One could not sit in the pool room without their eyes watering and those in the pool could not rid themselves of the chlorine. We own a pool and know the intensity was too high. Loved the hotel overall. All employees were friendly and courteous.

I chose to stay here overnight with three children while traveling for a sporting event. the hotel staff was very professional; the room and bathroom were very clean and the swimming pool was in a clean and enjoyable state. The breakfast bar was staffed, filled and very good considering what I have had in the past. management at the front desk advised […] me on a good pizza joint and gave me competent directions. we retyurned to the room, had some great pizza and went swimming again.
