Prisen var incl Continental breakfast men der var kun 2 slags kager i plastic, æble og kaffe. Det er ikke hvad jeg forstår ved Continental breakfast. Værelserne var rene, men gang og foyer var meget beskidte. Beliggenheden var fin, kun 10 min kørsel fra Lincoln Memorial.

Vinduer kan ikke åbnes så dårlig udluftning. betjening meget sur. Førsøgte endda at sælge transport til lufthavn for en "vennepris" af 200USD. 4 personer med super schuttel kostede 65USD ialt. Og en alm stor taxa "Red Top Cab" 60USD. Transport til Georgetown taxa 15USD og til det Hvide Hus 25USD. Morgenmaden tynd kaffe og en kage og et æble, heldigvis […] 150m på den anden side af gaden stor kop kaffe og smurt donuts 3USD. Når man ved disse ting kan man som godt bo der det er rigmeligt i pris og ikke for langt væk fra centrum. 7-11 tæt på og hyggelig restaurant 1000m. Læs mere

First of all I would say the people are very friendly and helpful. I specially thank Janet ( front desk lady, when I checked in) was very helpful. The room I stayed was pretty clean, bathroom was clean . The carpet was not very clean but what you can expect more in DC area from a hotel that costs ~$100/ room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, mine was a bit on the small side but adequate enough for me. I loved having the refrigerator a microwave! The staff was helpful and pleasant. The hotel was nice in a great location, if you're looking for a place to sleep without tons of amenities that's close to D.C. this is the place for you.

Nearly all the outlets in the room were out of order,it was really disappointing. But the frontdesk clerk was extremely friendly and I like the distinctive room decoration.

Staff are excellent and very helpful; this is the strongest characteristic of the hotel. Hotel is clean and reasonably freshly decorated. Excellent power showers. Breakfast is a little uninspiring. Biggest drawback is that it is not near a Metro station.

The bus is served by bus No. 3A which stops at Rosslyn (Metro) Station, which makes travel to attractions easy. We enjoyed our stay there.

The reason to stay here is price and location. You can jump on a no. 3 bus that runs on Lee Hwy in front of the hotel and go to Rosslyn to catch either the Orange or Blue Metro lines into D.C. The Inn was wonderful. Great views, great rooms, and all at an affordable price. My only complaints are that the Inn is not located around any Metro stops (though it is located down the street from a grocery store and other shops) so we had to take cabs everywhere (which can get costly), and the continental breakfast was lackluster (limited and rather […] unhealthy options). Though the rooms are small and the sound of a noisy neighbor can carry, the place is fine for a brief stay if economy and cleanliness are the goal. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is no more than coffee, a piece of fruit while it lasts and a packaged muffin. Good location for getting in and out of D.C.

We were very pleased with the amenities and quality of this hotel for the price. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi is available. The staff at Inns of Virginia were very helpful and courteous. The hall smelled of stale smoke but the room was very clean and the heater worked very well. When asked, the staff gave very good directions to the subway and local busses. Well done Inns of Virginia. I will stay with you again.

Not a top-notch place but good deal for the price. It was clean, comfy, had a (sort of) continental breakfast, was walking distance from where I needed to go, and the Internet worked, so that added up to a good stay! Only downsides was the walls are thin and staff & other guests can be kind of loud. I always travel with earplugs, luckily.

We have used this hotel before. The rooms are small but do have refrigerators and microwave ovens. The beds are reasonable but are getting old (squished where people sit and watch TV). It is inexpensive for the area and has close access to public transportation.

I strongly recommend that guests thoroughly inspect the overall cleanliness (particularly around the boxsprings of the bed) of the room as soon as they're checked in.

Certainly it was a clean and reasonably well maintained hotel. It was very quiet - no road noise nor the slamming of other's hotel doors, which is almost always an annoyance elsewhere. Clerks were polite but disinterested. The bathtub/shower had significant mold in corners and seams. Every room had a "No Smoking" label on the door, but the smell of cigarette smoke was pervasive in the hallway. Easy to come in and out. Don't know if it's normal on that neighborhood or just a coincidence, but power went out around 2:30-3am and didn't come back by the time I went to sleep, by 4. C'mon, the toilet doesn't have a full lid?

We arrived to spend one night / one day to enjoy the National Mall before heading to the rest of our vacation. I wanted something cheap and as close as I could get to the Mall. We had a rental car so getting places was easy and there's a bus on the hotel's road that will take you to the Roslyn Train station, although taking a cab to it is much quicker […] and almost as cost effective. To stay here you really need a car to get around unless you know the bus schedules. There seemed to be plenty of parking on the Mall on the Wednesday we were there, so I think just driving there would have worked fine too. Proximity and neighborhood were good (and safe) - supermarket, restaurants, coffee places, etc. However, the room was small and not very comfortable and breakfast was almost non-existent (prepackaged orange juice and danishes, and a couple apples). It fit the bill for us for a quick stay but wouldn't stay there for any longer than a night or two. If we go there again, I would stay in downtown Roslyn, right next to the train station with shopping within walking distance. Læs mere

This was my 2nd visit. Owners/management have done a nice job upgrading rooms and grounds. Clean, well maintained. Extremely convenient to Arlington National Cemetery. A great value for the area!

We had a nice pleasant stay at this hotel. Very quiet during our stay, in a nice neighbourhood. Grocery store, pharmacies and a great Italian deli were a quick walk down the street. Metrorail (orange line to downtown D.C.) station a 20 minute walk from the hotel, again in a nice neighbourhood. The restroom door needed to be pushed hard to be closed properly. The front-desk lady was not friendly. There was strong smell of smoke in the walk-way, though not in the room.
