"close to outlets"
well not our best stay ever! Hallways reek of curry smell! Indoor pool was closed and boared up should be using breakfast bar all stale just a poor poor place to stay other than close to outlets

"Ramada in Kittery, Maine"
Our stay was very pleasant. The continental breakfast was great. The location is very convenient for shopping in Kitttery.
This Ramada certainly did not live up to the image Ramada want to present. I was not impressed with the hotel, however the room size was good. The plumbing in the room did not work properly and constituted sometime having to pour extra water into the toilet. Overall my impression was not favorable.

Hotel General Manager "Raj" needs work on his customer service as he hung up on me when I questioned the pricing before booking on hotels.com....Hotel is rather dated but as clean as it can be given age... There was an open soda can in teh minifridge that wasn't ours also. Would use if in a pinch again and just needed a place to crash for a couple hours […] as we did this past trip. It was a very foggy night and it was difficult to find the hotel, it didnt help that I was looking for the Rodeway Inn which had been changed to the Ramada Inn. However the hotel manager went above and beyond actually meeting me at a convience store so I could follow him to the hotel. "Decent place to stay"
If you are like me and want to spend your money at the Outlets rather than on a hotel, this is a nice place to stay. It's clean, the man running the front is very nice and very helpful. Our room did smell a little moldy, but other than that the place is nice. The hotel provides a continental breakfast which was good, they have a good assortment of food […] to pick from and you can make a hot, fresh waffle. "Ramada Hotel kittery Maine"
This hotel should not be linked to the Ramada name. Their are certain standards u expect and this hotel does not meet them. Our bolt lock did not work the door at the back of the hotel has no security. The floors creaked on each floor. Their was no screen on one window. Cleanliness is an isse. Thought u should know and I would like the head Ramada management […] to be aware. Thank u I must also acknowledge the friendliness of the staff and the front desk. "Great Beds & Pillows"
We were satisfied overall with The hotel, a little long in the tooth, showing signs of wear, no elevator. Beds were the best I've ever had in a Hotel as were the pillows, I would stay again for the beds alone, they were great !! (10-14-11)
The rooms were not clean at all. Motel is directly across from a fire station. Luckily there were only sirens once during the night we stayed there. Breakfast was fine.

"nice hotel for the money"
though the building seems to be a bit old, it is still kept clean and comfortable. If you are looking for perfection and a flawless room, this is not your place but if you want a clean, comfortable room for a decent price, the Ramada was perfect.
"Ramada Kittery - you get what you pay for"
If you're looking for a fabulous trendy hotel, the Ramada Kittery is not the hotel for you. But if you're looking for a clean, cheap hotel in a safe, convenient area, the Ramada Kittery is a good choice. The hotel is definitely dated, but it is clean. The indoor pool was too cold to use and we couldn't get the lights to work in the exercise room but […] neither of these amenities were very important to use so we didn't mention it to the hotel staff. We did however have an issue with our sink in the bathroom which they took care of right away. My only concern with this hotel, was that side door had no visible lock on it - even when we came back home after 11 p.m., we did not have to swipe our key card or anything else...the door just pulled open. "Ramada Kittery - VERY close to Kittery Outlets"
This hotel was very conveniently located about 2 mins drive from the Kittery outlet boulevard. I did find that the hotel building is a bit dated but the rooms were kept very clean and comfortable. "No elevator?"
This hotel wasn't bad but I was very disappointed to find that there wasn't an elevator to get to the third floor where we were staying. Although it wasn't a problem for me one of the people in our party definitely could have used one due to medical issues. Most disappointing indeed.

Front desk service was friendly, but upon arrival to our room & after a long drive myself and 3 others were lined for the bathroom. On the bathroom counter there was a power drill & a huge mag flashlight, which I should have taken into consideration before using the toilet that wasn't even functioning. Immediately went to front desk and got a different […] room, only to find pajama bottoms simply laying next to the bed. Has anyone checked any of the rooms? The showers had hair all over the walls, as well as, the carpet. It was extremely hard to sleep comfortably thinking about how clean the bedding must be and worrying about getting someone's hair in my mouth. DO NOT waste your money. The water pressure was low, the faucet was too close to the backsplash which made it difficult to operate, the internet service was the worst I've ever had in any hotel, the breakfast was a joke, the hotel itself was very dated and there wasen't even a hot tub. "Great price everything we needed"
The hotel was all we needed for our one night stay. Close to Kittery and Hampton, ammenitities, and good rate. The bathroom floor was a bit dusty behind the door, but otherwise everything was well kept.

Stayed at this hotel with friends and family. Requested an adjoining room. Door was broken. My phone did not work in the room so I could not call the front desk and the toilet was clogged when I got to my room, as well they had not filled the toilet paper dispenser. The hotel was fine for an overnight stay and the staff were just wonderful to us. Hotel.com has made an error and would not correct it and the Ramada Staff came to our rescue!
"it's okay - good enough for a night"
The room was not extremely clean, but alright. (Couple hairs on bath floor, stains on bed skirt). Quilt and sheets were clean. Could hear noise from hall and lower floors more than other hotels. Desk clerk said our floor was the quietest (3rd). Might help to ask for 3rd floor if you don't like the pitter patter of feet. Typical chain hotel experience. We just stayed for a night so didn't really care. The hotel was clean and just off the highway so it was convenient. A less expensive option for people visiting Portsmouth, NH.

"Don't waste your money"
Hotel was empty when we first arrived to check in, when we came back later the front desk attendant was VERY rude. We requested non-smoking rooms and got smoking rooms! When we asked to be switched to non smoking the front desk woman told me it was not her fault that we got a smoking room and we would be charged an additional 130$ to switch rooms. The […] room smelled like an ash tray... Probably because there was still a dirty ash tray in the room from the guests before us. We checked in at 3 pm and had to check out by 10pm bc the smell/service was so awful. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Læs mere

We encourage all guests to reserve their rooms with great care The room type you select, is the room type the hotel will hold for you. Often times, smoking rooms are deeply discounted therefore, they are quickly booked without noting specific types, conditions or restrictions. If you want "non-smoking" and the only available information is "2 Queen Beds" it is better to contact someone before booking the room, to be certain the room type you desire, is the one that will be reserved. Every effort is made to accommodate room type changes requested at check-in, however, rate differences may apply. Additionally, weekend, holiday, and peak season inventory is extremely limited. When we are completely sold out of specific room types, and have only higher priced rooms available, this makes it impossible to accommodate the change being requested, without the guest incurring an additional charge.
