Very comfortable. Appreciated the clean fresh smelling linens. Lots of fluffy pillows. Complimentary breakfast seemed to have a variety of items however there was very little available. Most items were depleted and trays and bowls were empty. Very limited space and people were looking for a place to stand let alone sit.

This hotel is one of the friendliest I have ever stayed with. Out side of a small mix up at check in, everything was fantastic. The staff is patiently accommodating regardless what hour it is. The breakfast is STELLAR. Worth more than what they charge, in my experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I wasn't sure what to expect by the other ratings but we are glad we took the chance. This place was AMAZING for the price! Definitely Recommend!

This is a hidden gem among hotels in the Herndon area. I have stayed at several of the premier hotels and this one leaves them all in the dust. If you are into preparing your own meals then this is the place. This is the only place in the area that I have seen that has a full kitchen. I mean a real stove to cook upon not a stove top that has only two […] burners. If I had a complaint it would be to change the bed to a king instead of a queen. The employee's alone make you want to move in and stay until your last day upon this earth. The attendant and front desk clerk took such great care of my wife and I that we are planning on celebrating her 46th birthday here because of how close you are to the attractions in Herndon. All the comforts of home in a convenient location. The only complaint would be that several of the tabletops were marred and should have been repaired/renewed. Wonderful breakfast every morning. Overall, a good experience.

It was more than we expected and the price was excellent for the DC area. Amenities were excellent with all the latest features and comforts. The free breakfast was out of this world. No continental treatment here. I would give it 5 stars. Chuck

Had problems getting clean towels, poor communications with spanish speaking who did not unerstnand English...Was not allowed to take my wife's breakfast to the room in a box, she had a stroke six weeks ago and could not come to breakfast..once again the attendant (male) could not speak English ..you folks have a problem here..

This room was incredibly nice and comfortable for the price! It was extremely roomy and obviously newly redecorated. The hotel felt very secure--only the eight people in your building have keys to that building. Tons of green space for our pups, and sliding door to conveniently take them out. Also a great location with Reston Town Center nearby (great […] shopping and restaurants). Close proximity to DC, Dulles, and Leesburg. Would definitely stay there again (but will be moving to the area soon so won't need to). Highly recommended! Every time I've been a guest at this hotel, I've been very pleased by the attentive employees, always ready to serve and make guests comfortable.

Clean, spacious, well-provisioned room made us comfortable. Hot breakfast included a nice variety of tasty foods. Staff was amiable. Grounds were attractive. Value was compelling.

Everything worked well at our stay. I wish it was a little bit more upscale, but for the price, it's a great value. We will definitely stay there again.

My girlfriend and I stayed two nights here in June, 2011. The hotel is so very comfortable. It was like being in an apartment. The best part was a full size, 12 cup coffee maker! We enjoyed a continental breakfast both mornings (It's offered every day). Many convenient services. They even do some grocery shopping for you if needed free of charge! This hotel is probably a well kept secret. It's unassuming, but the rooms are spacious, clean , supplied with any and everything you'll need on a vacation or just overnight and the smell is "fresh and clean"! We were there for four days. The staff from front desk to dining service was absolutely wonderful. Rooms were great, we had the two bedroom suite. Loved the kitchen and three TV's. Location was great everything you need (including church for Sunday) was within walking distance. Bus pickup was right across the street. I called the hotel to confirm there were two beds in each bedoom. Not! one queen bed in each bedroom. The rooms were dated and they ran out of breakfast each and every morning of our stay! Nice location, but a run down hotel for the price. Not much of a value.

This was an unusual typr of hotel. The rooms were all suite hotels with full kitchens and a small living area. The rooms were in different building simular to an apartment complex. We were a little unsure as to what to expect and then found our building and got into the room and was very surprised when we found a bright refreshing very clean , very […] modern mini apartment type suite room Great experience and great bargin. The only reason I would give the overall a 4 is because the breakfast was served in a make-shift area different that the usual because of the remodel project and it was quite conjested and they did not keep up with replentishing the food very timely. This hotel is fabulous - clean, spacious rooms, great food, convenient location. The only negative is that there's no on-site health club - instead, you get a temporary membership in a Gold's Gym about 3 miles away. Gold's Gym is a great facility, but if you're in a hurry, traveling to and fro adds 20 minutes to your workout time coming and going. […] I would have preferred a much less functional facility on-site. The Reston Hernon Residence Inn was outstanding!!! We very much enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We visit Reston quite often because we have family in the area. The Residence Inn is definately our hotel of choice.

Awesome hotel, staff is amazing, you'll love the wonderful rooms and amenities. The only down side was that the pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, cereal, yourt, bagels, donuts, make your own waffles, milk, juice, coffee, toast and more. The pool looked nice but it was so hot outside. (102 in the shade) event boyscouts were passing out so we didn't go swimming. The Inn was across the street from two shopping centers and down […] the street from a nice grocery store. Room is spacious, w/ comfortable chairs, TV, and full kitchen. Rooms are in detached 8-plex buildings, thus quiet and removed from traffic noise. Breakfast buffet is ample and varies somewhat daily (scrambled eggs, waffles are staples). Pool (seasonal) is pleasant & well kept. Safeway a block away, several nice restaurants nearby. Overall experience was okay. However, had trouble at check-in as they had problems with hotel.com reservation. Also, we stayed in 1013 that had a double bed. We had made reservation for queen bed at hotel.com.

Had a meeting in the neighborhood so the hotel was very convenient. Staff was very fiendly and helpful. Studio room was great - comfortable, clean, free wireless etc. Knew there was free breakfast but discovered on arrival there was also free dinner - and it was pretty good too. An airport shuttle would add convenience.

The room was great but when I attempted to stay a second night, I was informed that the price would be triple what I was currently paying for just one night more.
