Facilteterne er meget fine til prisen, morgenmad, fri parkering og fri internet inkluderet i prisen. Kun morgenmaden lader noget tilbage at ønske, den var industrielt fremstillet og serveret i engangs (pap) service, ikke særligt lækkert! I've stayed here over the years 2 or 3 times. It's clean, friendly staff, full breakfast and a great location. You can easily walk downtown, and it's just a 5 minute drive to the airport.

The hotel was in a great location, we walked everywhere! The staff was super nice even though we bothered them all the time about what current activities were going on. They even gave us a map every time we asked where something was and explained what was the best way to get there. The continental Breakfast was really good... This hotel is clean and has free parking, but . . .there is no refrigerator, the location is on a busy street and the street noise is audible from the room. The hotel is fine, but not anything special. Salt Lake City's downtown hotels tend to be more expensive than in other comparable cities, in my experience.

This hotel totally met our expectations and more. Clean room, clean pool and hot tub. Walking distance to many eateries. Mac, the morning breakfast host, was adorable. We will miss him, for sure.

The Hampton Inn Downtown SLC had a number of amenities that more than met our expectations. The beds were outstanding! The breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning were included in the price. They include a number of "hot' items, such as sausage, eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy. One morning we had cheese omelets, sausage links, eggs. Walking distance to everything downtown.

The complimentary breakfast rocked! You got a lot more then what most places offer. The surrounding area was a bit shady. Saw a lot of homeless people and when my husband ventured to the store, he actually had to wait for the cops to finish wrestling with the homeless folks. Good Location ... Quick drive to Gateway Shopping. Great Breakfast and Pool was open 24 hrs. Stayed by elevator but didn't hear a sound.

True to Hampton Hotels it is convenient, clean, great service, wonderful breakfast at warm cookies at 500P! This hotel is close to the downtown area and within 30 minutes of the Cottonwood ski areas. Would stay again!

We stay here every time we go to Salt Lake. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast is great and the rooms clean.

Spent just about a week there. Overall stay was very nice. Staff friendly and hotel clean. Hot tub and pool area adequate and spa was nice for those cold winter nights. Lots of kids in pool unattended but that is the parent's fault for not supervising their kids. Breakfast buffet very nice. A little repetitive after a few days but still good. Don't […] expect to find a weight watchers diet here. Lots of good comfort food like omelets (pre-cooked) hash browns, sausage, oatmeal, cold cereal, waffles every day, donuts, juice etc. Lots to choose from. Gets very crowded around 9 a.m. so get there early.Free newspapers and good coffee made it very pleasant. Perhaps the only drawback to the hotel is that it is on the western edge of downtown and it is a little sketchy there but I never felt threatened or alarmed. Parking lot gets full at night so you might have to hunt for a space or wait for someone to leave. Staff very accommodating. The good news is, there is a state liquor store on the corner behind the hotel within walking distance. (If you are into that sort of thing) Beer in the area is 3.2% if I recall correctly. Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast itself for our family of 7 was probably a $50.00 value.

This was a nice hotel. Great breakfast. There wasn't a fridge or a mircrowave, but the second day we asked for one and they brought one right up. What was kinda bothersome was everyday they emptied the hot tub and refilled it and put new chemicals in. Two times we couldn't use it because they were filling it up....it was kind of a pain. Stayed at this hotel one night prior to heading into mountains for skiing. Great location for walking for dinner. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good for kids. Breakfast includes waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit, drinks and more. Easy to get to from interstate.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Malted golden waffles are awesome and complimentary breakfast was good until the skiers cleaned it out.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. They anticipated our needs and provided for them withoutneeding to be asked. Very friendly, I highly recommend this particular hotel.

It was good, but my wife was upset that they didn't have access to a dvd player to watch a movie she had rented, so bring your own portable one. Other than that, it was good.

We traveled as a family for a holiday trip to see the lights at Temple Square. Needed three rooms and staff was very helpful to make them together. Cookies at check-in, complimentary hot cocoa afterwards, ending the day with dip in pool. Hot breakfast was excellent. The pool and hot tub had way too much chlorine. Our eyes were red and burning when we sat in the hot tub. The pool temp is a bit cold.

Nice and clean. It was quiet and the staff great. Well stay here again on our next trip to SLC.

They were very courteous and breakfast was decent with more than just normal continental choices. The room was spacious and clean. I would go back.

Very well run. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave me the option of what floor I wanted my room on when I arrived! Room was very clean. Breakfast was good and plenty of options. My room was across from the elevator but was still very quiet. The room was worth the price and I would stay there again if I go back to Salt Lake. Gave a 3 for the surrounding […] neighborhood only because it borders a more industrial area on the south end. It is still just south of downtown so only a short walk to that area. Everything was perfect! Couldn't have been happier.

The Hotel is in the Downtown section of Salt Lake City which has a great deal of homeless people that wander the streets both day and night. The surrounding neighborhood leaves a little to be desired as many of the buildings are abandoned and not well maintained or secured. The pool area is indoors but is quite small and doesn't accomodate very many […] users. The rooms other than suites do not include refrigerators or microwaves which would add to the overall hotel stay experience. I just stayed one night, but then went to another Hampton in another locaton. Both hotels had the same level of wuality and service. Excellent for the business traveller, as they offer free internet and breakfast (or rather included in the price), which is essential. Great everything in this hotel, independently owned with an owner that makes the hotel look fresh and modern. The streetscape was amazing a weekend food and art market in the park across the street. Good food within a couple blocks and a short walk to Temple Square. The view from our room was refreshing too. We had bicycle shops nearby to check out […] as well art galleries and museums. Close to downtown events - Pioneer Park/Squatters Pub/Trax.

Arrived and were welcomed - Room was nice and relaxing after the drive. Got out and saw some of the Salt Lake area. Great place. Next morning the breakfest was GREAT. No problem stay.

Stayed here on my way to Yellowstone National Park, was easy to get to off the 15 freeway. There's a park right across the street and you can walk to downtown SLC. There's a little place near the park named Bruges Waffles & Frites, this place was awesome. Hotel was nice with freindly staff, clean rooms and downtown location. Breakfast was good, but crowded with long lines for some food. One elevator door had spasms sometimes; both were very slow. Downtown location made waking to sights easy and the Saturday farmers' market across the street was a bonus. We were approached a couple of nights by panhandlers […] when returning from dinner. The hotel was quite conveniently located with regard to the airport and downtown activities. The staff were helpful as well. The breakfast had a nice selection of foods. It was a nice bargain for the price.
