Hampton Inn St. Louis Westport - Maryland Heights

A little out of the way to go local activities. Overall was a nice hotel. Think it was a little overpriced during the weekday. Major complaint was I was in a king room and the sheets just would not stay on bed but hotel management was aware of issue. Went out of their ways to accomade request.

I travel quite a bit and am not usually impressed with hotels - even at the highest end. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel that clicked on all cylinders. I was even mentioning it to a co-worker today, saying, "It was more like an experience than an overnight stay." The experience that stood out was one of hospitality. Our first night the hotel happened to be completely booked. We showed up and they had us in a smoking room w/ a king bed. Our confirmation was for 2 double beds in a non-smoking. Not sure where the break down occurred, but they were able to pull some strings and got us in a non smoking room w/ 2 double beds. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choices and […] delicious. I have always preferred staying in Hampton Inns on our vacations, however this one did not meet the standards that other Hampton Inns have set. The room and hotel lobby were both clean, and it's in a convenient location, however they missed a lot of the little things, the details that make your stay more enjoyable. For example, there is no fridge/microwave […] in the room, the air conditioner is spotty at best (we had to keep turning the temp down, since the room would be hot for a half hour, then cold for a few minutes. It never stayed regulated.). The walls are very thin, we were at the end of the hall with no room across, and we could still hear kids running up and down the hall further down the floor. The bathroom is a bit small, and has no fan, so if you are sharing the room with anyone else and don't want to disturb them, the bathroom becomes a steamroom. All in all, it's not a bad hotel, but it has a lot of areas to improve upon. Læs mere

The employees would go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that our stay was pleasant... One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at...

This is no less than a 3-4 stars, clean, friendly staff, everything is excellent. A little far from downtown, but if you don't need to stay near downtown, this is the hotel to stay.

Great place to stay, just off 270 and easy to get to most anywhere. The indoor pool was small and on the east side of the building so it was in the shade in the afternoon. Other than that it was great, the staff was friendly, breakfast was typical of hotel breakfasts, room was clean and modern. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel. Very new and clean, nice services as well. Good breakfast. Swim pool is a little small.

We love the rooms, so where ever we go we will stay at a hampton inn. Comfortable beds nice spacious bathrooms, love the showers. The breakfast is excellenet also ,love those waffles

This was second time at this location in two months and both times very satisfied....comfortable room...super quality bed...all amenitites offered were first class...would highly recommend.

Good accommodations for the money. Well maintained and very clean. Close to Interstates and easy access on and off. restraurant out back door. very nice.

This hotel was better than expected. We just wanted an inexpensive hotel for a short trip and were very pleased. The hotel was newly remodeled. Staff was curtious. Hotel offered free shuttle for local resturants and attractions. Free breakfast buffet offered both hot and cold item. Had a great experience. Quite satisfied with the cleanliness & comfort of the room! Staff was friendly & responded to my request for a need improvement (ironing board & cover.) Breakfast remained avail later than other hotels. So, sleep in and still have a nice breakfast. (One elevator was out-of-order.)

There was nothing negative about this hotel. Everything was newly renovated and was very nice. The breakfast was amazing. I would reccommend the hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

This hotel is going through renovations currently and are making the rooms warm and inviting. The front desk service is the best! And of course they have the best breakfast of any hotels out their. You can never go wrong staying at a Hampton Inn!

Very pleased with this hotel for the money! The remodeled rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and professional. Would definitely stay there again!

spots of mold in the bathroom poorly designed room: not enough flat surfaces to place things on; poorly designed desk/work area; parts of room too dimly lit to fully utilize; sink & vanity inadequate (too small and in the room with toilet instead of in the large room)

Close to the airport, close to the concert venue, and close to the casino and very cozy. The highway noise was a minor negative, however, the cleanliness and condition of the room exceeded my expectations. You can't beat it for the price.

Hot breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. Hallway was FREEZING; though not a problem in our room. Bar next door (Syberg's) was a blast. Just steps from the hotel.

Rooms were clean, personnel were courteous and knowledgable, location was perfect for our needs

I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall quality of the hotel for the price we were able to get for the room. I would definitely stay here again

The entire hotel is exceptionally clean and the room was quite comfortable. The only complaint I have is that our room did not contain a refrigerator. That's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, we were only staying 10 hours. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very modern. Breakfast was good. I will definitely stay there on my next trip...
