Fint hotel med meget kort gå afstand til Universal Studios. Gode parkerings forhold, og behagelige værelser.Også nemt at komme videre rundt i LA, hvis man har bil.

Rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til LAX og super med shuttle service. Lidt uheldig med swimmingpoolområde var under reperation, vi blev henvist af en lidt smart receptionist til nabohotel, hvor der var mange problemer med at komme ind. Gode værelser.

Hotellet er lille, men rigtig hyggeligt. Værelserne er rimelig små, men pladsen er udnyttet godt og har alt hvad man skal bruge. Værelserne er pæne, rene og hyggelige. Personalet er super søde og MEGET hjælpsomme. Morgenmadsbuffeten er lille med et lille udvalg, men stadig fin og nok til at starte dagen på. Hotellet ligger et par hundrede meter fra Beverly Centret, som har et hav af butikker (inkl Macy´s og Bloomingdales) og en håndfuld spisesteder. Skråt over for hotellet ligger der også et supermarked/stor kiosk som har åbent 24 timer i døgnet. Beliggenhed er lidt svært at tale om når man er i LA, da byen er kæmpe stor og har mange områder, men Beverly området er et af de pænere områder og Hollywood Boulevard og Sunset Boulevard ligger ca 10 min i bil op af sidegaden. Hotellet kan helt klart anbefales og er et hotel vi godt kunne vende tilbage til hvis vi igen skulle komme forbi LA.

Vi blev opgraderet gratis til en suite, som var rigtig fin, ren og rummelig. Vi valgte stedet pga afstanden til Dinseyland, ellers ville vi ha boet tættere på centrum. Det eneste minus ved stedet var, at det gratis internet desværre ikke virkede i de 5 dage vi var der:( Resten var tip top.

I weekenden tager mange af Los Angeles' indbyggere til Santa Monica for at slappe af ved havet og sidde på Third Street-promenaden. Getty Center, et kraftcenter inden for kunstverdenen, ligger i de nærliggende bakker nord for Brentwood. Santa Monicas nabo, Malibu, er hjemsted for The Getty Villa og dens antikviteter.

Hotellet har en fin beliggenhed, i gå afstand fra Hermosa Beach. Mit hotelværelse var pænt rent, men der lugtede fugtigt indelukket, selvom jeg luftede ud hver dag. Personalet er venligt og hjælpsomt. Der er gratis wireless internet på hotellet, men i mit værelse var nettet så ustabilt, at det var næsten umuligt at hente emails ned. Morgenmad er inklusiv. "A nice place to stay"
I was there with my girlfriends celebrating my birthday. I needed a night away from the baby and this was PERFECT!! The room was clean. The staff was great. What I enjoyed the most was the delicious coffee and waffle bar in the breakfast room. I would stay here again but not for any romantic getaway.

"Convenient location"
At first arrival we had to switch rooms because of no safe. The hot tub outside was nice and relaxing. A good surrounding neighborhood, close to libraries, etc. Service was iffy, but overall, not too expensive.

"Quality in hermosa great location and comfort"
Had a great stay with family. Great location, comfy clean and reception staff very polite and helpful. Wifi was fab. Breakfast waffle maker a big hit! All in all great stay
"Hotel at Hermosa Beach"
Hotel was within walking distance to the beach but very soggy in the rain. Everything was wet. The Spa half worked and needed to ask where a working Ice Machine was.

The staff are exceptional. They are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room accommodations are good, although the mattress was a bit too soft. Location is just off of PCH, so its easy to get to anywhere of interest. It is within walking distance of the Hermosa pier. Excellent Peruvian restaurant next door and a great old school surf shop across the […] street. Not a resort, but very good value for someone interested in exploring the area and then coming back to someplace comfortable to sleep. Amazingly the coffee in the Breakfast room was good too!! First, you can't beat the location of this hotel to the beach for the price. Just a short drive or a long walk away. Second, the room was large and comfortable. It is an older motel, but well kept and clean. And to top it all off you could see the ocean from the room. You don't get that for this kind of price. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is a 2 star hotel with a nice size room. The couch was a bit old and fabric outdated. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Just needs a bit updating but bed was comfy, the shower and room was clean, and an overall good experience.

"must be as quiet as in a convent"
The room was nice. Two beds was plenty of room for 3 people. My friends and I were visiting after not having seen each other in over a year and so we were having some fun catching up and telling stories and what not. We were NOT having a party or getting crazy but we received TWO phone calls from the front desk saying that a neighboring room was complaining […] about our noise volume. I was very annoyed by the phone calls as it was just us couple girls. I had to completely turn off the TV (at 10 pm) and practically whisper after that to avoid a third phone call which would result in a police visit. When I complained to the front desk the next morning about the pestering phone calls they told me they HAD to act when a room complained about another. The front desk attendant from the night before wrote in the complaint log that after the second phone call she physically went up to my room to listen for excessive noice but heard none. Wow.. then why the annoying phone call? I told the front desk that it was obnoxious that I had to whisper in a hotel room because of a guest who was hypersensetive to noise. "Air Conditioner"
The air conditioner didn't work in our room so both nights were warm and stuffy. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

PAID MORE TO GET A 2 QUEEN BED ROOM. WHEN WE GOT THERE THEY "UPGRADED" TO KING SUITE. WHEN THEY CORRECTED THIS THEY GAVE US A ROOM WITH 2 DOUBLES !!!! NOT QUEEN BEDS. FREE BREAKFAST WAS NOTHING SPECIAL, BASIC READY TO EAT FOOD (MAKE YOUR OWN WAFFLE). HALLWAY AND SINGLE ELEVATOR WERE A BIT DIRTY AND RUN DOWN. "Surprisingly decent"
I spent a lot of time looking for a decent hotel around the beach cities area. Most were 2-2.5 stars, and most had a few scary reviews. The Quality Inn was a pleasant surprise. The room was very large and very clean. There is a small fridge, which is nice. The sound proofing was quite good, we were only on the second floor, but could not hear the traffic, […] or the rowdy people in the breakfast room right across the hall. It is a little hike to the beach, uphill on the way back, but that is the same for all the hotels by the PCH. "Hermosa Beach - good value but a couple of niggles"
We enjoyed our stay here - big room, good breakfast. But the electrics and plumbing were a bit dodgy. The fridge wasn't working when we arrived, or even after their engineer came to fix it, but suddenly jumped into life with an enormous bang in the middle of the night. "Hermosa POOR Quality Inn"
Desk clerk barely spoke English. Guests made noise ALL night. Manager made no attempt to address the problem or provide satisfactory arrangement. Room smelled musty as did hallway. Will not ever recommend this place.

"I will continue to use this location."
This location has been there for a while but it has been maintained well. The people are super and accommodating. I will continue to use this location when in the LA area.
"Quality Inn In Hermosa Beach"
Everything about this hotel seemed fine. The location was noisy, but it was close to where we needed to go. Check-in was easy. The room seemed nice and clean; until we went to sleep. The last occupant had obviously vomited in the room, and the floor near the bedside was wet. The smell was obnoxious. We thought we could open a window and make it better, […] but it didn't seem to help. We thought about changing rooms in the middle of the night, but knew we were getting up and out early so tried to bear with the smell. When we went to check out in the morning, we explained to the front desk person that they should not put another guest in the room until the room was cleaned again. We got a half-hearted apology and an okay about cleaning the room. Other than the smell, which was hopefully only in our room, the hotel seem fine. - We could also have received a more apologetic response from the front desk. Læs mere

This hotel could use an update. Old beds and outdated carpet gave the feeling I was at a cheap motel I wiould find along Highway 99 NOT in Redondo Beach!
