It was a pretty depressing place. The staff tried, but it was not a place you'd chose to stay.

The service is good. The room is clean and tide with high internet speed. It is a good place to stay.

Upon arriving the employee checking us in was very rude and not accommodating. Waiting for the sketchy elevator was two drunk men. They shouted comments toward me and my fiancé and where very strange and made us both nervous. The employee working didn't tell them to leave or go to their room.

HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE BUT THE ROOM ABOVE ME FLOOR WAS SO LOUD AND SQEAKY IT WAS HARD TO SLEEP. COULD HEAR EVERY FOOT STEP ABOVE AS IF IT WAS AMPLIFIED! HOUSEKEEPING WOKE ME UP POUNDING ON DOOR AT 9 AM EVEN THOUGH DO NOT DISTURB SIGN WAS ON DOOR KNOB.

Room was dirty and run down. I picked up trash under the bed. Not too comfy, but if can put up with it being a bit dirty- you'll be ok.

Had a King suite this stay. Nice space. Hide-a-bed sofa is a little hard. Good sized table in kitchenette (microwave, undercounter fridge, bar sink) with two chairs. Bed was on the firm side but comfortable. Was able to have wonderful visit with family and come back to hotel to relax. It is on a busy highway so expect an occational siren but didn't […] hear much other noise. Nice restuarant (Black Bear Diner) joins parking area. Like the under cover parking and elevator. If you have a tall vehicle parking outside is still near elevator in center of building. Læs mere

It was nice and quiet in the area and I was pleased to see underground parking. The free breakfast was nice and plenty of food choices. Also there is a restaurant right next door so if you don't want to go far to eat you can enjoy the walk across the parking lot. We were also told by family that the restaurant is good. A depressing place. There was trash scattered in the parking area, that someone probably tossed out of their car and stayed there for a whole day. Someone made alot of noise at 1 in the morning. But it was a place to spend the night.

Not luxury but very clean and good basic room. Lots of space in bathroom. Convinient location. Great breakfast bar in hotel and wonderful restuarant just steps away. Only stayed one night but will use this hotel again. Could see remodeling was almost done. We liked the table and two comfortable chairs by the window. Would love to see a big overstuffed […] chair and reading lamp. This is on a busy highway so there is a little road noise but not bad for an in town location. The underground parking is just 7feet and was a little scary in our Tahoe but we did clear it. There is also lots of outdoor parking so if you have a tall vehicle we highly suggest you use it. Horrible rooms. Tried a two queen and two long suites. Excessive noise from everywhere, stale breakfast. Not worth half the price.

The hotel although under renovation was shabby and very little vending service as well the front desk knew very little about where vending was located. All in all very unimpressed with my stay. Flat screen tv in room was nice.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. Close to most of the things we wanted to see. However, we were very disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel. First impact, the elevator floor carpet was dirty and needed (badly) to be vacuumed. We were there for 2 nights, nobody bothered to vacuum it. We had a room with 2 beds. On one bed the covers […] and ruffles has stains all over. On the second bed, the white sheets had many big stains all over. Nasty. Luckily my wife always carry sheets with here when traveling, lesson learned from previous stays. Noise from next room carries through easily. You can hear steps (crackling noise) from the room above. Besides did not have a fridge or a microwave as Shilo for example. Overall very disappointed, specially with the lack of cleanliness. We won't be staying in any confort inn in the future. Læs mere

It was okay, but could not keep up with my email, etc as the wifi would not connect that evening and only allowed short access in the morning. Definitely NOT good for a business trip. Breakfast choices were very, very good.

Hotel needs a major update; water leaked from bath tub onto the floor, wireless internet was broken, no fridge or microwave. The room just wasn't very comfortable as the name implies. It was great to have a restaurant in the same parking lot. So nice not to drive for dinner after being in the car all day. It was a great stay.

Well I booked this hotel as I was writing an exam in Hillsboro on Aug 7-8 and first impression of the location was good. It was near by a diner and a few strip malls with places to eat nearby as well. Also from the testing center it was a 10 minute drive. The room itself was a clean, however I found that the bathroom sink did not drain very well and […] I found clumps of hair on a couple of the towels and that was disappointing. Also I found a few ants on the small coffee table. The wifi connection here was spotty at best. For the three nights I stayed there the wifi worked completely for only one night. We attended a wedding in Helvetia, and your hotel was conveniently nearby and easy to find. We had a clean, quiet room, and comfortable beds. The bathroom was huge! The outdoor pool was heated.

Neighborhood is not great (Strip clubs nearby) but lodging was adequate for our family needs. Pool was heated and was a plus for the kids. Breakfast was ample. belgian waffles, hooray. kids loved it.

The room had a smell to it. We opened window and left ac on not to bad. The elevator felt like you were going to get stuck stick with the stairs much safer. For what we paid not bad.

Was convienient to expressway and was clean and comfortable. Pretty good breakfast included which included scrambled eggs and bacon. Hallways are interior and hotel entrance is by room card only.

It was a great stay except that the elevator was not working. Our room was on the 3rd floor. We were able to get up via the elevator, but couldn't get down the next day with all our luggage. That put a damper on the whole stay, but if they get the elevator fixed I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Staff at front desk was not friendly. Timed lock on pool door was locked @9:30pm (pool hours are 10-10) desk attendant stated she could not override the lock. Door was locked again the next night @9:00pm, this time the desk attendant had a key to override the lock. Breakfast room was way to small for the number of room, no were to sit, very crowded […] during breakfast time. On the second day of our stay our door keys were deactivated (no explanation or apology given from front desk) this happened to multiple people. Læs mere

at first i had doubt of staying here cause of some of the reviews i read, but then I figured how EVERYONE ALWAYS COMPLAINS, you expect this real fancy place but at a low price, everyone is different and not everyone is picky, in my case i've stayed here about 4 different times got the king with living room suit it was great, bathroom clean everything […] was clean at a great price! i didnt expect much cause all I needed was a place to sleep bed is comfy and so are the pellows I liked it :) everything is close by, i be coming back :) Læs mere

The room was clean, and reasonably comfortable. It was oddly designed, making wonder if it was a conversion from some other use, but it was certainly servicable. Staff friendly and helpful. Very good restaurant next door.

My stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Tualitin was very enjoyable. I loved the space in my room, the available amenities, and comfort of the bed. Awesome! Gilbert at the reception desk was more than helpful. I asked if there were any iPhone chargers available; my phone was nearly dead, and my car charger was not very powerful. He brought out a box […] of chargers left over from other people's stays (that had not been picked up), helped me rummage through them to find the right charger. When a charger was not available, he brought a "lost and found" box to rummage through. The hotel did not have a charger that met my needs, but a fellow guest and fastpitch team did. I appreciate Gilbert's help tremendously. I feel like the Comfort Inn and Suites in Tualitin is an oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Thank you so much!!! Læs mere

The breakfast was really good. The key card kept on rebooting. We ended up getting three different keys for the room and the last one rebooted while we were checking out and we needed to keep the door ajar while packing our car to leave. The toilet overflowed and the plumber accused us of putting something down the toilet. We only used the toilet for […] its intended purpose. The 1st room they put us in was a disabled room with the closet clothes bar placed at 1/2 height for wheel chair access. We had to move into a regular room. Overall, we won't be staying in that hotel when we go back to Beaverton in the Summer. Læs mere

Very professional service from front desk personnel (19+ times I stayed here), except from Chelsey D.. She is rude, loud, hostile and intimidating. Very distressing. I don't recommend this hotel based upon this.
