I think it is a good hotel for the price because most hotels that charge similar prices normally look poor. However, the night receptionist at this branch (the old asian guy) gives terrible customer service.

Booked and was supposed to be upgraded to business room, was not..Maintenance being done in hallway they placed us in...Staff was friendly and wake up call was prompt.

Language barrier and is, no one spoke English when needed a hand or something needed to be adressed. All in all not good for me. just no commitment to quality service. When making online reservations certain things especially language should be discussed.

Was fine for the price, however very old and outdated but clean. Stingy with towels and soap. Two seperate buildings. Building with balcony was very outdated. Had to walk to main hotel through parking lot for breakfast and workout room. Only recommend if just staying the night.

The room was fine for the one night I was in the area. Half the price of everywhere else nearby but perfectly adequate in every way. Free internet and the included breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

I was not impressed by this Inn at all. Rooms were poorly furnished, no closed closet. Bed sheets looked dirty and crumpled. Bathing towel was the size of a kitchen towel in a bad shape. It looked like it had been used for over a million times with very little water absorbing capability. They are very skimpy on towels too! Bathroom looked cheap and […] unkempt. Continental breakfast was a joke with hardly anything that was edible. Tables were very limited with people hovering around to find a place to sit. Stayed here the night before heading into New York City. Upon our late arrival was told I recieved a Free upgraded room because hotel was booked up due to Hurricane Sandy construction workers staying here. Not sure what the "upgrade" was because the room we got was not at all impressive. The beds looked like they were low to the ground , not at a standard […] height., and they were the Hardest bed I 've ever slept on. The bathroom needed a makeover - old and dirty looking grout and tile. The breakfast in the lobby the next morning was adequate - coffee, juices, muffins, cereal but surprisingly Fresh waffles you could make yourself on the waffle iron. The toaster was working intermittenly. Overall this hotel served it's purpose of allowing us a stay before heading into NYC, but it is in need of a makeover inside and out. Læs mere

My smoke alarm starting beeping at 330am because of a low battery. I pulled the battery but after almost an hour of more loud beeping I called the front desk. They told me to come down to pick up a new battery. Getting the front desk required me to go outside and get in my car to drive around the building. So at 530am I had to be my own maintenance […] crew. Those batteries last over a year. What are the chances the battery died the night I stayed in that room. Perhaps it was just bad luck!!! Læs mere

I thought my stay at this Days Inn was good. There's not tons in the area to do but it's about 15 min from Morristown which is a cool little town, with lots of shops and eats. The hotel was clean and well kept. The continental breakfast was pretty good too, with lots of different things to eat. I would stay there again.

The hotel is worth the price and has two sections ...an old and newer section. We stayed in the new section about two years ago and we noted signs of wear and tear during this stay. It was fine. We needed a clean hotel for a couple of nights. It's not fancy, but they offer free wifi, and complimentary continental breakfast. Most of the employees are Asian and some do not speak any English, but it wasn't a big problem. We would not hesitate to stay there again if it were ever necessary.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel has an old and a new section. If you book hrough Hotels.com, you will get a room in the old section. These rooms are not nearly as nice as the ones in the new section and an upgrade with a nominal charge into the new section is highly advisable. Service and the included breakfast are excellent.

Second night at this hotel. This time the bathroom was huge. Same good service and same good experience. Eight more nights to go. Best value. compared to other hotels, this was my favorite choice. I would highly recommend it. Breakfast is included, so I don't have to go out for it.

Stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied with everything. Very good choice for the money. Breakfast is included, which is very convenient. will stay there for 9 more nights for a training and will not look for another alternative. I'll stick to this one since I am very satisfied.

The service was good. Staff were helpful. For a single male business traveler on a budget this is a safe bet. If you have a family or a couples vacation planned, however, make sure to request the newer building. For the price of this hotel it was worth the money. It was cheaper and we didn't expect as much. It had a musty oder and that was our only complaint. It was clean and comfortable.

The Coffee maker in the room had a pool of muck under the karaf and they wouldn't give me a new one. The woman at the desk had crumbs coming out of her moth when I was asking her at the desk about coffee availability in the morning and seemed taken aback by the request. Great value for the location. Parking company is seperate from the hotel and had issues with them. Check your vehicle before you do valet parking. Ask them to note sratches and dents on your card. Checxk your vehicle before you leave for damage..

There is a old section and a newer section, I think in time they will knock down the old section and do something else with it. I was very disapointed with my room after I read it had a 3 out of 4 star rating. The room had not been painted or upgraded in years. Bathroom was worn out. Great stay with friendly staff and nicely appointed room. Well run and good value. Also like the option of ordering from local TGIF down the road and having it delivered in lieu of not having on-site room service...

When I arrived they ran a credit card slip from my card even though I had already paid in full. It was for additional charges IF I had any. When I departed, they did not give me back my credit slip. I will be watching my credit card bill from now on.
