Super hyggeligt hotel, gode resturanter, men knap sa god service i cafe pool side. men alt i alt super hotel, gode maskiner, og tat pa temahotellerne.

Internet kostede nov.2011 ca. 10 $ per døgn Oveni værelsesprisen, skulle vi betale "Resort fee" 7,84$ per døgn.

efter nogle nætter på forskellige hoteller i vegas så er dette det bedste hotel af dem alle poolen ligger godt i læ. og servicen er i top. maden er go..

Vi valgte dette hotel, da jeg har boet på det for 6 år siden også. Vi ville ud og se alle de store hoteller og opleve casinoer, så vores eget hotel skulle ikke koste for meget. Man kan sagtens gå ned til de store casinoer som f.eks. Bellagio, Ceasar Palads osv. Værelset var super fint, men morgenmadsbuffet var dog lidt kedelig. Kan anbefales at spille […] på et af de større casinoer, da vi syntes udvalget var lidt småt på dette hotel. Læs mere

Når man opholder sig på Riviera for man lidt fornemmelsen af, at hotellets storhedstid ligger et par årtier tilbage. Dette skyldes både gæster og personalets aldersgennemsnit, værelsernes tilstand og navnene på de stjerne der har besøgt hottellet i gennem tiden. Deres servicemindedhed fejler dog intet, der er et udemærket pool område og buffetten er […] ganske hæderlig til prisen (specielt til morgenmad). Hotellets helt store ulempe er dog beliggenheden, da den ligger 3-4 km. væk fra de mest populære hoteller og casioner. Området er dog under genopbygning og med Stratosphere og Circus Circus, for Riviera måske snart en ny storhedstid. Læs mere

Vi tilbragte en uge på dette hotel juli 2011. Udmærket, men alderen har sat sine spor! Poolen og området omkring var fint, men ingen specielle aktiviteter. Vil ikke anbefale det til børn (selv om der var flere af dem). Hotellet ligger i den nordlige ende af the strip overfor Cirkus Cirkus og der er vel ca. 10 minutters gåtur til de store temahoteller. […] Men bussen, der kører op og ned af the strip, holder lige uden for døren. Buffeten besøgte vi bare en ankelt aften og der var den ganske udmærket med varieret mad og ok kvalitet. Alt i alt et udmærket hotel, hvis man bare vil se Las Vegas til en rimelig pris. Læs mere

Et okey fint hotel. Billigt og med pæne værelser, kunne bare godt ha' tænkt os en noget bedre rengøring af badeværelse/værelse!!! Der blev kun redt senge og skiftet håndklæder. Måtte selv tørre wc'et rent de dage vi var der, men ellers fint. Lækkert poolområde og med gratis poolhåndklæder. Hotellet ligger en pæn gåtur fra de andre flotte hoteller inde […] i centrum. It's pretty close to the exhibition hall, convenient. But soundproof system is bad. Hard to rest.

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. Booked a renovated luxury room but advised by front desk when I asked to be moved due to the condition of the bathroom, only the area with bed had been renovated. I contacted Hotels.com & they organised my move to another hotel after the first night & being told by hotel, I was in one of the best rooms, […] also had welts on my skin after being bitten by something in the bed! place needs a Reno or a bomb

We liked this hotel and we also liked how spacious the rooms were. For what the cost of the room was, we were more than pleased. The only thing that is on the bad side is that the walls are paper thin. You can hear every thing in the hallway weather it's walking or talking or in the room next to your too! Riviera rocks!!!! Best hotel i've stayed in EVEERRR!!!!

I was pleased to see the the rennovations. I love the cabanas! My room (with a view of the pool) was neat and clean and the staff was courteous and efficient. The service was excellent and so was the food. I appreciate the location because it is located between Downtown (Freemont Street) and the excitement of the newer hotels where there is much traffic […] and congestion. I was very surprised mhen I checked in to my room. The carpeting was shredded in parts. The bathroom was very bad......tiolet seat was discolored brown. The pipes were dirty and rusty. The grout was discolored also. The air cond. unit was very old and outdated. The bed was made however, was shortsheeted and not tucked. I called the front desk and they […] switched me to another room. Upon examination of new room, I was better as far as cleanliness. The room was still outdated and worn. This was my 2nd stay at the Riviera. The 1st time there was no pool. However my room was farely decent. This 2nd time the pool was nice, but my room was awful! It's like they freshened up the bed linens & put up a flatscreen tv, but everything else was still old & not fres. I know you get what you pay for, but this was ridiculous. Not to mention you […] had to walk a country mile from check-in and valet to your room. It may have been which tower I was in, but it was very inconvenient. Læs mere

The Rivera is a nice place though that end of the strip is getting pretty isolated since they have torn down so many other properties. They have closed up many of the small shops in the Rivera and added more slots in those areas. We had a classic room which means in the old section, two double beds only and a very small bathroom with no place to set […] any items out. The room was clean but I would upgrade next time. The only real complaint was check in is awful slow everytime we went to the desk there was a long line and it averages about 1 hr to check in. Also the TV checkout system only works from 6AM until 2:30 PM which isn't much good for early morning flights. Food prices have gone up everywhere in Vegas, a sign of the times since gambling is off some. Parking is convenient and there is a CVS drugstore not far away if you forget something. If you have kids there is a McDonalds across the street and Circus Circus is also across the street if you want to do their kid activites. Rivera has a very nice large pool but it closes at 6 PM. I was in the room less than 5 minutes and the maintenance man showed up telling me the maid had reported a clogged bath tub. After three visits and two snakes he cleared it. One hour later the toilet was full of hair I guess he tried to flush it down the toilet.

i found a bed bug in my room and security said it was not a bed bug but i know what a bed bug looks like because i work for a hotel and i've seen them before, they didnt offer any upgrade or anything

Too far off the strip. The hotel is dated and needs an uplift. Comfortable room, but no atmosphere.

The hotel was fine for the price. It was not a luxurious hotel like some of the other hotels on the strip, but it's clean and comfortable, and it's on the strip. The only complaint I had was that it was a little noisy. I think the walls are a little thin.

Check in was a miserable experience. No perks with room, not even a morning cup of coffee. Only good experience was the pool but even that closed too early. Overall, won't be back.

The hotel is at the far end of the strip, so the closest hotel is about a 10 minute walk. Everything else is much further. The dining choices in the hotel weren't too bad, some over priced but for the most part fair. The staff wasn't very helpful with information, and it's really hard to get drinks in the casino unless you are at the bar or a live table. […] The room was outdated, one of the beds was very worn & sunk in in the middle, but room service was awesome at bringing clean towels & freshening up our room when asked. Hotel was old and dirty, it was located in an unsafe area, it was very far from the main strip by all the big hotels. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all!!!!

I like to try different hotels when I stay in Vegas and a few of them I've stayed in more than once, but I won't stay here again. The room was dusty (it would've failed the white glove test). The picture of the outside looks better than the inside. Very outdated. Not satisfied.

the rooms in the san mateo area of the hotel are horrible...which is where they put us...hate to say I would never stay there again...

The place is just OK. A decent value given the low price.
