Great place to get away from it all and see a concert at the Cobb Energy Center. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. Sweet, sweet ladies behind the counter, and overall service was Superior!

Downtown hotels were booked during convention so ended up staying further north. Could not have been better situation! Embassy Suites was beautiful, staff was excellent and very eager/attentive to all our needs during our visit. Buffet breakfast and happy hour were as good as any place we've stayed. The hotel was nice, rooms good, service nice, free drinks great, and shuttle very cool. But the pool, YUK. Disgusting - a simple bleach cleaning would be great. Puddles of green crud.

The manager's reception was so fun and the bartender was very personable and fast. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of: made to order omlettes and pancakes with grits, fresh fruit, an assortment of juices and hashbrowns. The hotel was very clean and the rooms well decorated. The location was great for the conference we had at the Renaissance Waverly (3 blocks away). Rooms were great size. Bathroom had unusual smell. Friends room was a little dated and in need of repair. Hotel was having work done in common areas to fix water damage at time we were there. They had a good complimentry breakfast buffet. We had a wake up call at 7:00am on a Sat morning that was entirely unwelcomed! Someone came over the loudspeaker at that time telling us to ignore the siren that had been going off for a while. Ignore it at 7am? Please. My daughter had a cheer competition that day and really needed to sleep in.

Great hotel and location. Highly recommended!!

We were shocked to find that you had to pay for a wireless connection! Don't take anything for granted!! I hope management will soon try to accommodate customers with FREE wireless access. Desk staff couldn't give information as of specific location when trying to get idea of location from downtown nor could they give directions.

The hotel was older, and the room decor was dated. That's the extent of my negative here. The staff was wonderful. Robert at the front desk made sure our anniversary was extra special once he found out that was our reason for our stay. Thank you, Robert! The manager's reception was a nice surprise. Although the snacks were lacking the drinks were not. […] The bartender was extremely friendly and polite. We also utilized the shuttle service for dinner. The driver was knowledgeable about the area, made recommendations for our next stay, and was very prompt. I used this hotel as the halfway point from Florida to Chicago. The health club has several machines, indoor pool is nice/warm and hot tub. Room is exactly as you would expect at Embassy Suites. Breakfast was cook to order for pancakes/eggs/ French toast + breakfast bar for fruit/cereal/pastries/oatmeal.

We were quite surprised with our accomodations. Nice large suite with many nice ammenities. We loved the large hot omelete or egg buffet in the morning as well as the free drink(s) with munchies in the evening. Lovely desk help. Lots of great restaurants in the area and a shuttle (free) services a 3 mile radius. Wish we could have stayed another night! […] The only problem we found was that their restaurant was undergoing renovations and they provided underpar room service fare. Læs mere

Enjoyed my stay here. Stayed here for New Year's Eve & New Year's Day. The room had personal climate control, but the thermostat was broken, so the room got very hot. This was fixed by the maintenance guy, but it still took HOURS for our suite to cool off. Amenities listed included a DVD, but arrived to none in the suite. Loved the Manager's Reception […] (2-Hour Happy Hour). The Free Cooked to Order Breakfast lasted until 10:30am on weekends, but on the Weekdays, it ends at 9am. I would suggest they extend it to 10:30 am everyday. But overall, I was highly satisfied with my stay. Will definitely stay here again Læs mere

Great beakfast and Manger reception. Dont like the elevators as I am afraid of heights

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. First, I will start with the complimentary breakfast. The best omelets I've ever eaten and made fresh and hot right in front of you. Then, the variety of choices from fruit to cereal to juices, just WONDERFUL. The area the hotel is located is so peaceful and quiet, and its easy to get from the hotel to downtown […] Atlanta area. The Cumberland Mall is up the street from the hotel with great restaurants attached to the mall including my personal favorite Cheesecake Factory. The hotel lobby is very spacious, and my husband and I went during the Christmas Holiday, and the Christmas trees and holiday decor was absolutely breathtaking. The customer service was professional and very friendly, just great. The suites was beautiful. The suites had ,just to name a few, two 50 inch flat screen tv's, king size comfortable bed, refrigerator, and microwave, and spacious living room area and bedroom. Truly, I could go on and on with high praises of this suite. For the money one pays per night for this suite, it is truly well worth it. It will always be the hotel of our choice every time we visit the Atlanta area. Please keep up the good work. Læs mere

The hotel was wonderful!!! I'm sorry, but I did not get name, our check in lady was not as friendly but the rest of the staff, was amazing. I had spoke to a gentleman on the phone the day before and teh day we checked in, he remembered us. How nice to know people are about people instead of just a job. There were soooo many events. The lady who was […] behind the counter during the breakfast buffet who brightened our morning everyday!!! She was such a delight and a ray of sunshine. My husband and I spent the night after attending my company Christmas Party nearby and truly enjoyed the stay. We were both pleased with the room and the staff. If there was one thing that we could change it would be the length of time there.

This hotel is right across the street from the concert venue. About a 2 minute walk ant we were there. Can't beat that. There are also many restaurants in the area. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. We are booking again later this month.

Had an awesome stay!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Bed was awesome and I loved the manager's reception. Nice and simple. The breakfast was great!!! looking forward to staying again :)

We were with a group of 200 kids plus adults and the Embassy Suites went out of their way to make the stay not only convenient but also enjoyable. They even tried to make sure that parents who traveled separate from the kids were located in the same area of the hotel as the kids in order to help out with them as well as have fun with them. I have stayed at Embassy Suites for years now. I have always had good experiences. The hotel room was very clean, front desk staff was accomidating, and grounds were well kept. The managers cocktail hour was awesome too. Free drinks you can't go wrong.

We were visiting our son in college and were very pleased with this hotel. Our room was plenty big enough ( we had our two teenage boys with us). Also, having the full breakfast is nice when you are feeding teenage boys! The location was great, with close access to the interstate. We will be staying here whenever we visit this area

Really nice place to stay, location is fabulous and the staff is wonderful, pricing is very reasonable and located next to a mall. So if you plan to shop, this is the place to be

Buffet was supposed to be on till 10.30 am. Got there at 10.20, everything was already taken down and cleaned. Staff were busy eating meals and could care less

We had a nice visit at this hotel. The rooms were quiet and we enjoyed the cook to order breakfast. The pool was nice as well. It is however, beginning to show its incense ownership. Maintenance is OK, the lights in our room would suddenly turn off then just as unexplainable turn back on, the doorway to the bathroom had the carpet tacks thru the carpet, […] which with bare feet is irritating. The faucet in the bath dripped, after requests to repair - no real results. Blankets on the bed were thin and on one of our beds literally thread bare with a large hole. Læs mere

We have been guest at this hotel on 5 or 6 occasions. It is always clean and well maintained. Seldom is there an issue with any phase of our visit. Breakfast has a nice selection of items available. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We would have not returned so many times if we had issues with the hotel. One nice feature is the free parking, which […] is steps from the loby door. Many Atlanta hotels charge $15-$25 daily to park. We were attending a concert on Myy 26 at Chastain Park and found the park easiely wit the directions from the front desk. The hotel staff is really very nice. We try to stay here whenever we are in Atlanta...great for families...all standard rooms include a seperate living area with fold out couch. Breakfast is WONDERFUL, made to order omlettes and the Manger's happy hour is a very nice bonus! On our last stay, a tornado just happened to hit the block the hotel was on. […] The staff bent over backwards to make sure everyone was okay (which included a couple hundred kids on a band trip...I'm sure it wasn't easy to keep them calm). We didn't have power, but the backup generator kept the lights on in the central atrium, and kept the elevators running. That was all we needed and power was restored during the night. Easy driving to downtown and all tourist venues in Atlanta. Super close to a mall, shopping centers and restaurants. Will stay here again and will always recommend them! Læs mere

If you had to only rate this hotel on the staff, it would be a 5-star, however the room we were in was too hot all three days, maintenance did change the filter, but that did not help, bed was bad, both side of bed had dips where people sleep,unless my husband and i slept in the middle of the king size bed we felt like we were rolling downhill

Enjoyed everything, except the fact that there was a large band competition in the area which caused hundreds of kids to be present at the hotel. Not a real problem except when it was time to use the indoor pool. The kids took up the entire pool so adults could not enjoy it. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

Breakfast coffee was great. Easy on/easy off the hwy. We've stayed here two years in a row on our way home from Florida spring break vacation.

food service/room service was terrible took forever and forgot half our food.

This hotel shows signs of aging. I thought the bedding should be upgraded. Other cheaper hotels have better beddings than this one, that was disappointing. Our room had one of those cheap brown "blanket", given the brand of the hotel, Hilton should provide better blankets for the guests. Otherwise, the room has spacious suite, with two TVs. a nice and clean hotel, our room was everything we expected at embassy. clean carpet, no smells and the bed was very comfortable. We spent our anniversary there four night and was very pleased. happy hour was very nice also with all the drinks you can drink free and free breakfast buffett plenty of food. We will definite stay there again.

We enjoyed staying at the Embassy Suites Gallaria in Atlanta Ga. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. We did have a small issue with the temperature of the room We could not regulate it.
