Hotel.com's tilbud inkl. morgenmad var utroligt attraktivt. Tilgengæld var værelset i en fløj, som kun var slidt motelstandard og ikke vanlig Hilton hotelstandard. Det ville også have været for godt til at være sandt til prisen, men det burde alligevel have fremgået af beskrivelsen! Havde en meget dårlig oplevelse ved poolen, hvor der manglede badehåndklæder. […] Efter 4 henvendelser til receptionen og ventetid over 1 time lukkede poolen uden at vi havde fået håndklæder. Parkering på 20USD er urimelig høj i forhold til normal US-standard og internet på værelset er heller ikke gratis. Hellere inkludere det i værelsesprisen i stedet for at irritere gæsterne. Morgenmadsrestaturanten var suveræn! Og beliggenheden 500m fra indkørslen til lufthavnen kunne ikke være bedre. Læs mere

Kan klart anbefales. Vi fandt det på Hotels.com og der var noget rabat, så vi tænkte lad os prøve det i stedet for det vi plejer. Vi var meget positivt overrasket.... og tager gerne tilbage....

meget flot hotel med fine faciliteter. Velfungerende shuttle bus til og fra Seatac Airport - gratis halvtimedrift..

Great hotel. It is definitely worth a few extra dollars to stay at, relative to the discount motels/hotels.

Typicl Doubletree Standard for an airport location. Nice heated outdoor pool in a central courtyard. Would stay again.

Paying 20. for parking was a shock. I will not be back.

Perfect - as we were checking in , we were given options of rooms and I said to my husband"it's your birthday ,you choose" Upon hearing that is was his birthday, the reservationist said a room upgrade was on the house - so we got room 928 - and 2 extra warm cookies! Very nice staff

it was a dirty doubletree, but a good location to the airport. Pillows were uncomfortable, and wifi was not free.

Great place to stay overnight when you have early morning flights or returning late - Park and fly is a great deal, avoids AP parkling hassles and you get a clean comfortable bad and a chocolate chip cookie.

The bed was very comfortable but the shower didn't drain and there was no hair dryer. There was also excessive noise from slamming doors.

Excellent experience in every way. Don't know if the employees are happy in their jobs but they sure act like they are. Very enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Well located hotel for business men. Internet however is very expensive compared to competition.

This is a nice hotel with HUGE rooms that provides a free shuttle to the airport, less than 10 minute drive.

Room very comfy, bed was like a cloud. Perfect after long travel day! Very convenient for airport, shuttle ran frequently. Link line to city ran right out of airport too.

I made reservations at this hotel because of the proximity to the airport. We were flying out the next morning at 6:00am. The shuttle picked us up and had us at the airport by 4:05. The hotel was large and very nice. There was a very nice enclosed pool(which we didn't use). The only dissapointment was that the shuttle only went back and forth to the […] airport. We need to be picked up at the car rental, but luckly they brought us back to the hotel. The car rental was nearby and we probably could have walked but it was raining. We arrived late and left early both nights that we stayed here. I choose this hotel based on other reviews and was not disappointed. The cost for the area was in the middle but the hotel was way better than other hotels in the area that i have stayed at before. The cookie is great, the rooms are clean and well kept and the bed was very comfortable. […] we had dinner here and it was very good, the sever was very friendly even though it was about 5 minutes before closing. we were not rushed at all. Although the hotel seem like an older building, it was well maintained and kept clean. Parking fees are a bit steep plus there is an additional fee per person. My wife and I stayed one night before our flight. Hotel bar and restaurant was open late but had a very limited menu. We were awoken by some noise from the room next door with yelling and screaming […] and some thuds. Security came very quickly. Hot water takes quite a long team to heat up in the shower (30 minutes). Læs mere

Receptionists at the front desk were unfriendly after we arrived from an 8 hour flight. They also informed us that parking would cost us a ridiculous amount extra per night!! We stayed for 4 nights so that racked on a crazy amount to our stay. I was appalled, absolutely appalled. They do give guests checking in a chocolate chip cookie which they keep […] warm in little built in ovens behind the front desk. Seriously, keep the friggen cookie and don't charge an ARM and a leg for parking. Læs mere

nice rooms, decor and friendly staff

We had a nice, large, pet friendly room. I would stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel from 10pm Thursday night to 4pm Saturday afternoon (less than 48hrs) and had to pay $53 in parking fees. I was very unhappy about this, as I think the parking should be included in the cost of the room. Also, I was in town to attend a two-day seminar that was hosted by this hotel, and the people that attended the meeting who stayed […] at OTHER hotels received a $6/day parking pass, while I had to pay over $20/day to park. So I felt like they were rewarding the people who stayed at other hotels with cheaper parking. In the future, when the seminars are hosted by this hotel, I will stay at a less expensive hotel down the street and get the cheaper parking pass. Also, I specifically had the do not disturb sign on my door while I was at my meeting during the day, and the maids were clearly still in my room, which is another thing I did not like about the hotel stay. 20 minutes of work with their IT support couldn't get me online. I have a 2 year Mac, this is a Hilton in Seattle - ridiculous!

The hotel is like a large dorm/campus with a single location to check-in. Very inconvenient to check in and then have to drive through a maze to get to your building.

Staff was not to friendly. Rooms good size and clean.Huge turnoff was to have to pay $19.00 + tax to park for the night. Now I know why the parking lot was empty. Would not stay there again for that reason.

Considering what it is, an airport hotel, its a great hotel. The staff I interacted with were all competent helpful and friendly. And its close to SEATAC.

In the past I don't recall paying for parking or for WiFi. Nickel and dimed.

I checked in late and when I walked in my room it was 59 degrees! I'm from LA and just wanted to go to bed so I set the heater to 75 and laid down. After about and hour or so it had only gone up 1 degree! I understand you want to save costs by not heating all the rooms all the time, but coming in from a long night to a freezing room is unacceptable […] ! Læs mere

It was well worth the money. Staff was helpful and friendly. Close to airport and light rail. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed watching the ducks and birds on the little lake outside our window. We had a nice room overlooking the lake. The room was accommodating with two sink and counter areas, which makes it faster for two people to get ready in the morning.Location is across the hwy. from SeaTac Airport and close to downtown Seattle and Southcenter. I was in Seattle during the ice and snow storm. All through it, Mr. Pune, the gent at the front desk, kept a smile and how can I help you today attitude and smile. He was probably stuck with all of the grumbling, stranded people who could not fly but he was always on top of whatever needed to be handled.

Really comfy bed! Stayed one night and slept like a baby. Usually I toss and turn the whole night trying to get comfortable, but your bed was soft and wonderful. I woke up refreshed and ready to face the day!

In spite of terrible weather and my having to change the names on my reservation twice, the staff were very nice. The beds were great! The food good and we all had a great time.

The hotel staff was amazing - I was unable to find my room several times (I'm directionally challenged!)and was pleasantly escorted to my room without feeling like a burden. I even had someone from the sales office escort me when I wound up in their area. The shuttle service people were professional and efficient, the bartenders gave great service and […] easy to talk to.... ALL of the staff could work in a crappy hotel and you wouldn't even notice because they were that good. The hotel was awesome though - beautiful view from my room, clean, quiet.... loved the balcony (a perk for someone that stays at hotels in Vegas). We arrived at this hotel at 1:30 in the morning New Years Day with no luggage after a long flight from Miami on which our luggage did not make the transfer in LA, to find that the thermostat was not working in the room - the heater was pumping in hot air as fast as it could, making the room 85 degrees, even though the thermostat was set at 65. The hotel […] immediately sent up a repair man, who immediately requested that we be given an alternate room. When we got to the alternate room, the fan on the air circulation system was too noisy for us to get to sleep, so my husband had to grease the bearings with a bar of soap. We finally settled down for a great night's sleep. In the morning we were rewarded with extra cookies for our troubles. We had stayed at this hotel a week previous to this stay with no problems. Overall, this hotel is clean, spacious, friendly staff, quiet, in very nice proximity to SeaTac airport with a very reliable shuttle service. It was probably one of those "anything-that-could-go-wrong,-did-go-wrong" type of days where the minor inconveniences that most of us overlook seemed to come in droves rather than one at a time. I wouldn't hesitate to try this hotel again, but hopefully those pesky maintenance issues don't happen too often! Læs mere

I wanted to stay in the nice suite advertised online but it did not meet my expectations... was just a regular room, but i paid extra for it... make sure you get what you want
