Anmeldt af Bjarne K fra "Vorbasse" den 30. jul 2010Hotellet ligger bekvemt - tæt på interstate. Værelserne er pæne, rummelige med senge, køleskabe og bord. Meget venlig betjening. Pool åben 24 timer. Lige overfor ligger restaurantkæden DENY´s, som giver Super 8-gæster 10% rabat - stedet kan varmt anbefales. Vi kom til dette motel omkring aftenstid med en beskadiget bil efter påkørsel af rådyr, så den lejede bil skulle udskiftes. Personalet var meget behjælpelig omkring modtagelse af erstatningsbilen, der først ankom om natten.

"Front Desk Staff Not Helpful"
We returned from our conference late at night, around 2:30am, as I was searching for a parking spot my wife was hit on by two very drunk hotel guests in the lobby. Then we got to our room and the room next to us was up partying and loud enough that we could clearly hear their conversations through the doors and walls. I walked down to the front desk, […] the person there didn't even come out of the back room, they sat within sight and shouted from there. I told them of both incidents and they said they would take care of it. Taking care of it was to call the room and let them know there were complaints. It took another hour and 4 more calls to the front desk before someone walked down to the room, and even then they did nothing except watch some people say they were leaving and quieting down. And at no time was there an offer to compensate us in anyway, only an offer for US not the loud guests, to move. Extremely annoyed. Won't be staying there again unless we have to. "Not a bad place."
It's located on the main highway, so it's very hard to make a left hand turn out. Also, I almost didn't get a parking spot when I came back late at night. Pool is open 24 hrs. Parking was very convenient. Extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was great - especially the croissant sausage wraps. The room and bed was nice. We had to have room close to an exit since I can only walk a limited distance with crutches. As a result we had a room on the first floor close to the lobby. As can be expected, there was more noise and we could hear the people of the room directly above us until midnight. It did take away from the overall experience of the […] hotel. The room itself was nicer than most hotels we stayed in in the last two weeks for the same price. It would have been nice if the hotel had a wheelchair. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast included biscuits and sausage gravy in addition to waffles, which was a nice surprise. The carpet in our room was lumpy and dirty....but other than that, the room was very clean. The pool area was great and the fitness room good. We unfortunatley experienced a fire alarm around 8 a.m. due to burnt toast which is not common I am sure, but other than that the hotel was clean and staff friendly. I was disapointed in the breakfast as the danishes seemed stale and even though the waffle maker is nice, when families are making 6 or seven waffles at a time we never had a chance to […] try it...the pancake maker seems to be a little faster.
