Pænt hotel, stort værelse. Stue og køkken derudover. Ingen morgenmadsrestaurant, men mulighed for roomservice. Poolen var lukket. Fint fitness rum med løbebånd, vægte og aircondition

Godt til prisen, rummeligt til 5 personer på værelset, meget venlig og hjælpsomt personale. Kvarteret er lidt kedeligt når man skal spise morgenmad ude, og det skal man, for der er ikke morgenmad. Meget venlig betjening. beliggende midt mellem Georgetown, Dupont og Downtown, med lidt lang gåafstand til det hele. Men trygt og rart.

Exceptionally helpful staff: provided good walking, shopping and other information. Close to Metro Blue Line.

The beds had spiders and bugs. My wife and I were so discusseded to sleep there but then in the morning if I thought it was over then well... I came down to the coffee area and there again were full of bugs.... I would abeslutly NOT recommend enyone to sleep there.......

Only bad thing about recent stay was taxi ride to the motel. Slept better than anywhere on two-week trip. Kids were surprised to have a suite that Dad could afford thanks to winter sale rates. Lincoln monument and national mall an easy walk. Motel adjoins Washington U and there are plenty of places to get good food close by. We recommend the hot wings […] and jamaican turnovers at the 7-11 for a great snack. Staff knowledgeable and helpful, taxis regularly stop out front. Appreciated having laundry facilites available on the eighth floor, and noon checkout allowed plenty of time for morning sight seeing. Læs mere

Had a big room and was very helpful with 3 kids, room was clean but dated. Outlets didnt work and toilet was not working properly. They fixed the toilet for 1 day and then it acted up again, and the outlets just were not a priority. Other than that, it was clean but needs s ome serious updateing, was convenient to metro so that was a plus. But not worth […] what i paid. No pool open and no rest on site were n ot a hit with my kids. Læs mere

Great location for Dog lovers, located close to green space and a short walk to an off lead fenced area by Rock Creek.

I really enjoyed the room itself. However, the associates were NOT very friendly at all! When I needed something or had a question, the responses I recieved were very dry. Almost like they didnt want to serve me or like they hated their job. Honestly, I would never come back here only b/c of the customer service.

My stay at the Double Tree was FABULOUS!!! Starbucks Coffee was served in the lobby; the full cafe was within 2 blocks.Complimentary fruit was available 24 hrs. It was with easy walking distance to the Kennedy Center. The Orange/Blue line Metro stop was literally around the corner. The Grayline Tour Hop On Hop Off stopped 2 blocks away. This is the […] idea location if you don't HAVE to be downtown. You can get there with in minutes anyway., I would stay there again in a heartbeat and will the next time I visit DC. Læs mere

Our family of four had 5 great days in Washington. The suite we had was perfect, clean, spacious and relatively cheap. Very quiet in the room, we slept good all the nights!

I loved the location right next to the GW Univ. but the room definitely needed some upgrades. Sofa pillows were old, the arm chair had seen better days. Rooms are spacious and people were friendly and helpful.

Double Tree Suites, very well located serviced apartments. The apartment was very roomy and the kitchen was adequate, although minimally supplied with cooking and kitchen utensils. The decor was very tired and gloomy. The proximity to Georgetown and the Foggy Bottom restaurant and shopping precinct, as well as the Kennedy Centre were major plusses. […] The subway was close and as well we found we could walk to all of the major monuments and places of interest. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice area and close to the metro. The rooms are quite large. It was clean but I would say it is slowly in need of a renovation. Around the corner close to metro you can get a good breakfast at Whole Foods Market which is good and less expensive than hotel. This DT Suites is a great value. Clean, large rooms in an outstanding location across the street from Watergate, one block from Metro and an easy five block walk to Georgetown. Quiet, quaint street with good restaurants nearby. The lobby and room interior need updating, but overall a great place. Very convenient to Metro and local grocery store. Hotel was clean and accommodating. Hotel listed that a continental breakfast was included, but only room service for a fee was provided. However, a mini-fridge and microwave in the kitchenette was provided and breakfast was not a problem for us. We liked the convenience of having the small kitchen. We stayed here for four nights, the location was great. Close to the metro which is easy to use and gets you easily to all the tourist spots. The hotel was great we had a suite on the bottom floor with a kitchen and separate lounge, there is a great fresh food shop that sells pre prepared hot meals which were yummy and you can heat in the supplied microwave. […] Great if you have kids and are on a budget....ps all of the staff were lovely and helpful!! We had a really good stay. Staff were great. the building is a 70's refurbishmnet, but it was well appointed and comfortable. The bed was awesome. Location is terrific with the T only 5 minutes walk and being in University land, lots of good eats etc. Only three stops to the centre of everything. We would stay again if in DC.

over all i was not satisfied the rate per night was so high. bathroom was too small. i will not recommend that hotel to anybody. staff was very good. one of the night shift staff girl was very rude.

Very close to the Metro which was so handy. Staff really helpful. Business Centre with internet access was a real bonus. Shop nearby to purchase groceries. Short walk inot Georgetown.

Loved the location on New Hampshire NW - very convenient to Metro, buses, circulator, groceries, shops, restaurants and all that stuff. Disappointed that the pool was closed but hotel did make arrangemets with other hotels to use their pools. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Well located and close to George Washington University. The room was comfortable and clean but they originally gave us a room with a different configuration from our reservation (king size bed versus two queen size). When changed we ended up in a room with air conditioning that wasn't working properly so it was hot and stuffy.

Not a large sprawling place, this boutique-sized suite hotel is well-situated to everything (we visited while in town just one night for a show at the nearby Kennedy Center), well-kept, and a really good value. We had two connecting suites and had so much room for the children to wander around(especially the 19month old). It was great having a full refrigerator so we could have breakfast in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean and the towels were very fluffy. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a great experience.

The hotel is in a good location, but is a little bit tired. The rooms are clean and comformable, and staff are great, hotel just needs refreshing. Good location, we were able to walk to Whte house and musuems.

This hotel was clean, the service was very good, and the beds were very comfortable. The suite was perfect for our family of four with two small children and the kitchen was great for packing lunches as we toured the sites. The location was great with a metro stop at GWU just a 1 minute walk away. The building is older (as they all are in DC) but well […] cared for. Our only complaint was the "buffet breakfast" that was supposed to be included with our stay. The hotel does not offer any sort of buffet breakfast and their solution to this issue is to offer a voucher for a room service continental breakfast, which consisted of a muffin, a pastry, and a cup of OJ. Hardly enough for our two year old, let alone Mom and Dad. All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel was close to the Metro Station and several restaurants in a very quiet neighborhood. Most of the staff were very accomodating except for a few of the night desk people who seemed annoyed at any question asked of them. Five people in our party but we only received 3 bath towels each day, had to continually ask for 2 more. $30 a day to park […] the car in a "garage" which turned out to be the sidewalk around the corner located under a cherry blossom tree that was shedding its flowers, what a mess. As for the room, not one comfortable chair to watch the 15 year old television which had about 7 channels most of them local news. The" well stocked" kitchen contained 1 pot and 1 small pan a toaster that did not work along with 3 forks, knives and spoons. On our departure day we had placed a room service order for breakfast, when said meals did not arrive at the agreed upon time we were told that the chef had gone to the hospital, period. It is my guess that he had slept on one of the beds as mine was reminiscent of an old hammock. I would recommend this hotel to others just for the price of the stay and the proximity to the Metro. The hotel was really nice and in a very nice neighborhood. No problems with walking around at night. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was about a block away from the metro station which made things so convenient. The walk to the monuments wasn't that far either. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Stayed a long weekend at the hotel. Great location, friendly staff, good accomodations. There is a Safeway, Starbucks and 7-Eleven within 3 blocks. George Washington University is within a block. Verty convenient to the Mall on foot. There is no restaraunt at the hotel but there are several right around there including a very nice Italian restaraunt […] across the street. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well furnished. Great place for a couple or small family. Enjoyed it and would recommend staying there. Læs mere

We were two families travelling with teenage kids. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for sightseeing in Washington DC. Great experience.

there is not a breakfast buffet, only a fruit bowl and coffee provided. the hotel staff are very helpful and the location is excellent for tourism purposes.

The staff at the Doubletree Guest Suites were amazing. I showed up at around 2 am after a long trip down there, and they were nothing but spectacular to me. They checked me in quickly, asked me if I needed help with my bags, and handed me a nice warm cookie & cold bottle of water as I headed towards the elevator. The rooms were very nice, had plenty […] of room for just me, probably could have fit a whole family in there. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I couldn't have been happier. Stayed here for a week and would stay again. Rooms were clean and comfortable, kithcens though cramped were adequate and really helped keep our food costs low. There is a Safeway a block away and a Trader Joes is also nearby. The Foggy Bottom metro station is very close and from there you can get most anywhere in the city quickly. This hotel was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do during our recent trip to DC. Close to the Metro, Kennedy center, shopping and sight seeing. We had a large group and were given connecting suites which made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is clean with a pleasant staff that was able to help us when we had changes in our travel plans. […] The only thing missing was the continental breakfast that the ad says they have.
