For the most part, we were really happy with this hotel. Check-in was easy, the room was great (included a mini-kitchen), and the location is really convenient (just a few blocks from I-25). The one problem was that the handle of the bathroom door was broken in such a way that you couldn't open it from the inside (!) It would be really easy for a single […] person to get himself locked in. We notified the front desk, so hopefully it will be fixed. My husband and I stayed here for the Labor Day weekend. Our first room was filthy with dusty floors by the kitchen and a bathroom toilet full of disgusting brown streaks. The room also smelled stale and our phone did not work. I went down to the front desk and the man working immediately found us a room on a different floor and was very apologetic. […] The two rooms were like night and day. The new room smelled very fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and there were fewer signs of general room wear. Our stay was pretty pleasant after that. The staff was very friendly and were always eager to assist us. My only other complaint would be that we had a non smoking room both times, but all the hallways smell like smoke and in our second room at night we could smell smoke coming though the vents. I have asthma so my only saving grace was when the air conditioner would come on and provide me with a few minutes of relief. I walked down the hall and every room in the direction the smoke was coming from said "non smoking" but obviously people aren't taking the signs too seriously. Læs mere

Wanted a non smoking room and ended up with a smoking room, desk said they were booked and couldn't change it, and said all rooms are smoking, only to see another guy come over and ask the very same thing, to be moved to the third floor where it's all NON smoking.. Many rooms are labeled non smoking so not sure why tis guy was trying to lie to me. Room […] themselves are OK, kitchenette is nice feature and the guy did come and spray odor absorbing stuff which helped some. The window opens so after a day of fresh air and asking for fresh bedding, the room was OK. Hallway was definitely reeking of smoke. No breakfast, but free DVD's at desk to check out, exercise room and convenient location in Denver Tech center. If you want a NON smoking room make sure to call ahead and insist that is what you're getting! Læs mere

We were traveling across the country and didn't get in until after 3a.m. There was somebody at the desk right away, very friendly even though it was late, and was prepared for our late night arrival. The hotel was very easy to find and there were a few places to eat nearby. I wouldn't suggest staying without a car since we had to drive to the nearest […] restaurant. If you're traveling with a car or don't mind taking a cab, I would highly suggest staying at this location. The room was very quiet and spacious. Would stay here again. Læs mere

I liked the stay here. The hotel was close to Walmart, Target etc stores. It was nearby a freeway. It was also close to a state park. Lots of restaurants within 1 mile.

The room was a suite style with a small kitchen which was great. However, the fire alarm went off for about 30 minutes....not really sure why. And this hotel has no breakfast and no business center...I wanted to check into my flight and I didn't have a computer to do so, so I got seated last on my flight. Great Place to stay..

i feel the hotel was clean, full of all required amenities, full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, surface unit, refrigerator, etc). Completely exceeding the cost we paid for it. I'd definitely recommend it to who ever is travelling that part of town.

Air conditioning unit was very loud. Had to shut it off in order to sleep. Thankfully, the window opened. Refrigerator was loud as well.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was comfortable and convenient. There's no housekeeping service and no free breakfast since this is an extended stay hotel but that was okay with us. They do have free washers and dryers, though. That was wonderful since we take less clothing on trips lately because of the stupid baggage charge. There's a little […] store area where you can get snacks, drinks, and laundry supplies. It's on an honor system where you fill out a little form and they charge your card later. So, again, nice because you don't need change to do laundry. The only thing I would warn people about is to try not to get a room near the front desk. We had the first room outside reception and could hear almost every word spoken at the front desk. Overall, though, a nice comfortable place to stay near tons of restaurants, some within easy walking distance. Læs mere

I found this hotel very unpleasant. When I go to check in their power had been out for two hours and conveniently my paperwork wasn’t among the stack preprinted. I was given a smoking room and told there was no other available room even though I was later able to switch it with the manager. The insulation is terrible. You can hear everything going on […] around you. I was woken up by people arguing, dogs barking, and suitcases being rolled over the tile at the other end of the hallway. This EXTENDED STAY hotel masquerades behind a beautiful property description. Beware!

I enjoyed the fact that I was right next to the hotel in which I attended a conference but much less per night. It is an "extended-stay" hotel so my room was not cleaned daily but, seriously, unless you are a complete slob daily cleanings are not necessary. When I arrived I was very tired and hingry. A good place to stay if you are in town for awhile, nice little kitchen, everything you need including peace and quiet. It was clean, a little updating and painting is needed, nothing major.

We used this hotel to have a family reunion and to visit various locations in Colorado. Being close to Interstate 25 made it very easy to reach our destinations away from most traffic jams. The hotel bathroom and kitchen area are definitely outdated, but the place was very clean, and the bed comfy! For the price, it's one of the best places I've stayed. If you're a budget traveler, this is a must!

We only stayed one night, but I'd definetly stay there again. We were very comfortable, and the hotel staff was excellent. It is a great room and we could not believe the price! It is not difficult to find, and close to restaurants and freeway access. I'd HIGHLY recommend Candlewood Suites.

Great room for the price. Very close to shopping and dinning areas. Fairly short drive to downtown Denver. Stayed for one night before going to a show at Red Rocks in Morrison, CO. Our room was clean, quiet, and had more than we needed during our 4-night stay. We haven't been at any other hotel with such a great rate for all that you get here!

After reading other reviews about this hotel, I was a little skeptical - but for the money and proximity to our destination, I couldn't pass up the deal. It was not hard to find, as other's said and the condition and upkeep of the place was great! The room was a full suite; full fridge, mini stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, everything you […] would need for a long stay. Front desk employees were very nice as well. Though this is billed as an extended stay hotel, we stayed for 4 days and it was definitely the best option. It was wonderful to have a fridge, sink, microwave and dishes around when we needed them. It was great that the bedding here didn't look like the typical hotel styles.The quality was much better and the beds themselves are very comfortable. I […] really enjoyed the fact that there were DVD/VHS players en suite and they had a free DVD library at the front desk you could borrow from. The neighborhood was good with shops and restaurants nearby. Downtown Denver was only a short drive away and all the attractions we wanted to go to weren't more than 20 minutes from the hotel. I was glad that you have to use your hotel key to enter the building after 8pm at night. It makes it that much safer. Hotel was spotless and hotel staff was friendly. Room was very nice and clean and had all the comforts of home. The only down side was there was no pool.

Although the hotel is really hard to find, (I was driving around Denver for a good 45 minutes and asking directions at gas stations) when we got there the service was fantastic! The lady at the front desk was super nice, the room was very clean and has a warm atmosphere. My only reccomendation is find the hotel first by NOT using GoogleMaps! Haha, try […] using MapQuest. GoogleMaps gave me completely backward directions which ended me at a gas station hence why I asked for directions there. Læs mere
