jeg har været der før og er meget tilfreds med alt her, det ligger perfekt til sky-train og centralt til mange ting. morgenmaden er super og gratis, men derudover skal man ikke bruge hotellet til spisning, fik den dyreste, dårligste og mindste pizza der.

Fantastisk lejlighed på 160 m2 med kæmpe balkon og fed udsigt over Bangkok på 23. etage. Venligt personale. Stor pool. Desværre ingen servering ved poolen.

stay here for 4 nights. excellent location. Enjoy shower with rain shower. There is free wifi internet for 6 hours.

The hotel is very clean, nicely done up and has a central location - its right next to MBK. Highly recommended. The only downside was the unpleasant experience during check in. We had to wait quite a while to check in. Also, our requests made via hotels.com for connecting rooms didn't get registered or acknowledged by the hotel staff. nicely located for shopping. nice being able to walk right into the mbk mall where you can spend days shopping. its a little confusing on the taxis at the hotel. it has a sign that says 'taxi here' but people dont stand there as they should in a que. they are all over the place. should put some railings in place to keep people in their position for […] the next taxi. employees are wonderful and willing to do anything to help you with your stay. would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for any type of visit. definately get the free breakfast plan! "Excellent location for shopping"
We have now stayed at the Pathamwan Princess three times and enjoyed our stay on each occasion. The Hotel is of a very high standard and the breakfast is first class. We do upgrade our room from Superior to De Luxe on each occassion and the small cost is really worth it. "Great Place!"
We stayed here during our honeymoon to Thailand. It was close to MBK and the metro train. They hotel looks like new. They hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay special. They even decorated our room and brought us a free cake to celebrate our honeymoon.

"Good location but not others"
We are disappointed that both nights we are disappointed on the Aircond, it is not only very noisy whether high or low speed, the temp get warmer middle of the night though we set at 23-24C. The towels on both days smell urine and towels are not fluffy. The bed end little poly carpet serve not much purpose and did not look clean and tidy, a thick jute […] or cotton carpet will serve a better material alternative. "Location, location & location"
Enough has been said about the great location of this hotel - but I cannot over emphasize this plus point! The weather forecast was for thunderstorms for all 4 days of our trip - what a bummer! With that in mind, we decided to stay at the Pathumwan Princess - for the 4th time - because not only is the hotel connected to the mall MBK, it also has a connection […] to the National Stadium BTS sky train station via the mall - which could take you to the rest of Bangkok city centre & Chatuchak Market! Siam Square and the cluster of Siam shopping centres were all within walking distance. Instead of rain we got scorching hot sun all 4 days, and in the dry heat we managed to walk 30mins (real slow) to Pantip Plaza (IT shops galore!) and Platinum Mall (wholesale fashion goodies!) Just a bit further is Central World and Big C hypermart. As for the hotel itself, the buffet breakfast was always sumptuous, and the hotel looked modern and clean all the time. Now the room - my last stay was 3 years ago and I believe that was when the room was last renovated. The decor was exactly the same (I compared photos taken in 2009!) and the biggest tell-tale sign: yellowing / mouldy grout in the bathroom which is my personal pet peeve. But I am still loving the movable shower head and overhead rain shower! Bliss for aching muscles from all those walking. For once I did not get a good sleep at the hotel because the pillows were too fluffy - 1 was too soft and 2 were too high. Again it's a personal preference / issue because my hubby slept soundly all 3 nights! While the room and decor is showing that tiny bit of age, it is perfectly clean and modern and really, we had a great stay and will most probably stay at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel for our future trips. Hotel overall is good but one mistake ... My boyfriend send email to this Hotel to arrange for me "Happy Birthday " surprise... when i arrival at this hotel they greeted me 'Happy Honeymoon " so funny ...We thought we went in to the wrong room but my boyfriend think they arrange all wrong ;( And my boyfriend is kind that he didnt went to make any noise […] or complain about this matter . "Convenience, service, and facilities"
The direct access to MBK shopping mall was very convenient and accessible. Every employee at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel helped coordinate airport transportation. We booked a couple of city tours with the tour desk in the lobby. And we even managed to squeeze in a couple of hours of tennis on the hotel's carpet tennis courts.

Enjoyed our stay at the Pathumwan Princess the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was very clean had a fresh smell to it. It is located right in the MBK shopping mall buliding which was very convinent and a tuk tuk ride to the Patpong markets where we done most of our shopping. "Perfect - except for children!"
Everything was wonderful! But - there's one thing, and it's about the pool and relax area which generally was fantastic! That is if you appreciate a nice surrounding with a long real pool, two jacuzzi tubs, lots of sunbeds and a restaurant with good (but in Thai-measures expensive) service. IT's NOT FOR KIDS! :-( They are not allowed to do anything […] - jump or dive in, the're little area in the big pool, and children under 12 are not allowed in the jacuzzis! "The True Princess"
Excellent location & comfortable hotel. Service and hospitality of concierge and staff was excellent; 5 stars! Would strongly recommend to families on holiday or shopping trip. Right smack in the centre of shopping belts and spooky for choice of food too.
This is the most perfect hotel ive stayde in. Benne here a few times now and always staying in the hotel. The only negative during my stay was that the Payoerview movies on the TV wasnt set up. If you want brilliant location with good shopping on your doorstep and fab food in the hotel then this is it !

The Hotel Facilities are excellent, the fitness centre very clean and staff very helpful. The 25 Metre salt chlorinated pool and surrounding area is fabulous and very relaxing after a long days shopping. The rooms and service are great, we have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years and it is well worth the money
"Terrific Experience"
This hotel has a fabulous location and the facilities are great. Staff were extremely helpful in arranging long-distance taxis and advising of appropriate pricing of goods and services. The only negative would be the charge for internet access if you don't have your own computer, but this seems to be the case wherever you go.

The hotel is located atop of MBK, one of largest shopping mall in Bangkok with variety of Thai & foreign restaurants. Transport and tours can be easily arranged from the hotel (You pay a little bit more but for peace of mind it is worth it). Reception/security/luggage staff are polite and friendly. Rooms are clean and well maintained (We stayed in 3 […] different de-lux rooms during our 5 nights stay there). It had been a great experience staying in this hotel where I felt very much like at home. I felt no restrictions and being very well pampered with all the friendly, approachable, kind and helpful hotel staffs around. Everything was great, service, location, environment, entertainment and massage services. However, there is a tiny downside. The pillow is a little too thick. Will definitely go there again.

This hotel is very conveniently located next to the BTS train system so you can easily get from place to place with a little effort in finding station names. Definitely recommend this hotel. Do go to MBK for food at Tops grocery store to get large gallon sized waters so you never run out
