"Good value for the money"
The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not much of a breakfast, but not bad considering the cost of the room. The only issue as some level of noise intrusion: walls to the other rooms are pretty thin and there was some road noise early morning

The hotel was easy to find and rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurants were near by so finding something to eat was convenient.

While the customer service at the Days Inn was just fine, I have never slept on a more uncomfortable bed in my life. The pool was closed, and it sounded like they were doing construction in the rooms upstairs.

There were spider webs in the bathroom, pet fur on the carpet, and the bed was so hard that I had a painful neck for days after.

"The room"
The bathtub had hair in it. At least one of the towels had hair all over it. The kitchen area was not clean; the food was not good. Very dispointed for a Days Inn

"Affordable comfort"
As soon as we checked in, we found the pool was broken (one of the reasons we chose this hotle. The room was comfortable and clean. Decor was outdated and bedspread torn. "Excellent for the price"
This hotel is very nice and the people are very friendly. The breakfast is much better than your typical hotel and I always stay at this hotel when I have to go to Ukiah on business. I also feel very safe as a single women and Walter's restaurant, located in the same parking lot is excellent.
"Days Inn Ukiah"
We booked our stay for two nights, but due to a change in our travel plans, could only stay one night in Ukiah. We asked upon our arrival to cancel the second night and were not allowed to do so. We ended up paying for a second night without staying there.

"You get what you pay for..."
Not particularly dirty or clean... Very very old on interior. Not enough light in room. Had our fire alarm going off for 30 minutes because we took showers and hadn't opened the bathroom window... Had to open front door and windows to get the alarm to stop. Guy at the front desk was not very helpful and we had a newborn very upset by the noise of it... "Great experience, very friendly staff ,great food"
Very friendly staff and great breakfast bar. Hotel is very nice especially for the price. I stay there every time I'm in Ukiah which is at least twice a year.
"cheap, but not worth the savings"
Dingy, dusty, creepy. The mattress is like a plastic 40 year old camping pad. The balnket was unwashed and filthy. Carpet appeared to have never been vacuumed. Tub had broke knobs. Creepy people hanging around. No one answers the front desk phone. Id rather have slept in my car

"Great for the Price"
After staying in 4 different hotels in 4 different cities 4 consecutive nights, I can honestly say that I probably enjoyed this one the most. It's in a very convenient location, it has all the amenities that you would want, and everything was in working order. It also has windows in the front and in the bathroom so the lighting was really nice. "Great for the price"
We love staying here for a short getaway. The rooms are always clean and the upkeep is really nice considering it is an older motel. The bed is a little too firm for us. We love the pool area, very clean and well kept. The restaurant next to the motel is the best!! We have never had a bad dinner there.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and accomodating. The room had a wet spot on the floor so the room stunk, but there were no empty rooms so we could not switch. The breakfast was good, and the pool clean and relaxing!
The staff was very rude, but the rooms were ok for the money. Could use a little updating. Breakfast was better than expected.

"Large bedroom, super clean"
We stayed here 4 days on our way up the coast and when we came back down we stayed again for the night. There is no ac which normally is not needed but take a fan for circulation. Also if every hotel that said "pet friendly" would have a clean safe area for our pets I would give them a 10!

"Wet Dog"
We walked into the room and it was decent. All of a sudden we smelled this weird smell. I figured it would go away with the window being open. In the middle of the night I woke up and it reminded me of a wet dog it was awful. I will not go back there.

Good value. The guy on the desk was terrific. On top of everything and a great sense of humor. Nearby restaurant is the only Japanese-Thai-Italian that we have ever seen.

There is nothing remarkable about this hotel in that it is a solid value and located near the north end of the "main drag" of Ukiah. It's convenient to some nearby restaurants & convenience stores, close to Hwy 101 -- but far enough away so that you do not see or hear it. The two-story hotel is in sort of an L shape with outside hallways and rooms […] on both stories facing inward to a parking area and a centrally-located modest-sized fenced swimming pool. A very common / ordinary layout that thousands of US hotels of this type have. The room was spacious and clean. It had cable TV a mini fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortably firm. The bathroom was reasonable and functional -- nothing fancy, but everything that you'd need and in reasonable condition. It's worth mentioning that there was free WiFi -- something that a surprising number of hotels still either don't have or charge money for. There was an included continental breakfast which I cannot review since I was not hungry and I checked out without visiting the "breakfast room" (on the first floor near the office). Læs mere
"It's true about the beds..."
We had a very nice time and were overall happy with the hotel, especially for the afordable price. The reviews are all right about the beds though, they are seriously hard as a rock. It was kinda funny actually. The room also had a musty/shut in odor when we first arrived, but it aired out nicely. Nothing fancy here, everythign was older but was pretty […] clean. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel and the service, especially since the cost of the room was so reasonable. We would stay there again for sure. There were alot of guests when we were there and it was unusually peaceful and quiet. Thank you for the great service and hospitality.

The service at the hotel was awful. I have no problem with people of any race except when they're rude, and the front desk clerk (possibly the owner) had no idea what customer service was, let alone what just being a decent human being is. My stay went very well but the internet did not work in my room, the continental breakfast ended too early and there was an unknown gross looking substance behind the toilet!!!

"Always clean and affordable"
We stay here about 3 times a year. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, with a nice pool area. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The only problem is a very firm bed, if you like soft ones. A very affordable hotel.

We were on a very long road trip and just needed a decent room to stay in. This one was very nice.

We spent 3 nights at the Days Inn in Ukiah and enjoyed it very much. We also visited the Clear Lake area one day. We liked the complimentary breakfast. Everything at the hotel was nice. We will be coming back again.

"Recommend 10X over"
We needed an inexpensive hotel while visiting our son at college. The rate was great, the location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Quiet area as well. We are not ones for extras and did not explore the breakfast nor the property, but if you are looking for a clean, well maintained hotel for a great deal this is the one.
