The hotel was within easy access to where I had to go.It was clean, and had the comfort that i needed after a very long drive. Overall it was comfortable and there was no " uninviting smell" in the room. As a result I had a very restful night, and I would definitely visit again.
"Very close to Presque Isle"
We had a nice stay. Our bathroom fan did not work so it was a little steamy. Also, the heat was turned up really high when we arrived so the room was overwhelmingly warm. We had to open the window for th evening. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! We were very close to Presque Isle which was our reason for being there.

This hotel is close to highway. It had all the extra comforts necessary for a short stay. Microwave, mini refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Complimentary breakfast was hot and kept up well. However., the mattress was not very comfortable. The room upstairs had children running over the floor through majority of the day. Cleanliness […] was not perfect; my daughters room was never cleaned on Saturday. Refrigerator had old taco sauce packet left in there and the bathroom floor needed to be swept. "Okay for the price"
Stayed overnight. The price was cheap and the breakfast okay. Overall the hotel could use a refresh as everything seems out-of-date. The rooms are noisy and you can hear people in the rooms across the hall. We has a problem with our toilet get clogged.

Sister & I booked for black Friday-Sunday. Hotel was close to lots of stores. Hotel was clean & staff very friendly. Would love to stay at this hotel for sure next time we're in Erie as we had a great stay.
"Great stay...but...."
The only issue I had was breakfast wasn't great at all... No variety :( at other hotels I've had a much better variety of food... The other hotel at least has sausages and Danishes. As for the room... It was clean and the service at the front desk was awesome!

"Hotel in Erie, NY - Convenient location"
I was happy with the overall cleanliness of the room as well as the comfort, but unfortunately the walls were very thin. it made it very difficult to get a good nights rest : ( Also, the refrigerator, microwave and television should be updated. Most hotels have flat screens now.
Clean, comfortable, breakfast buffett was adequate. Beds were a little saggy. Overall what I expected from a Comfort Inn.

"The Comfort Inn near Erie, Pa."
The staff was friendly, the room clean and well appointed. The room rate was very reasonable. If Erie was an important destination, the hotel is a little out of the way, but for an overnight stop as part of a longer journey, the hotel was fine.

Hotel, Room and Breakfast was good, only fault regarding Hotel is my wife and I had a remove close to the ice machine and Housekeeping closet which made alot of noise throughout the night. Besides that it was good.

"You get what you pay for!!!"
The hotel is not new....it offers clean and friendly service. It is a 10 min drive to Millcreek Mall! The only thing close by is a Tim Hortons and Bob Evans. The staff were quick and friendly! The hotel was clean but worn down! The bathroom was large and clean(no mold) and plenty of towels to use. The room was good and the beds were soft(not to my liking) […] lots of small pillows 4 in total. Would I stay again....for the price YES for a WOW factor NO...Travis was a great help at the front desk and gave us a good place to grab a cold one!! Hope this helps!! Læs mere

Really enjoyed our stay, great breakfast, friendly employees, very comfortable beds, clean hotel minus some of the carpeted areas. Extremely close to everything that the area has to offer. All in all will stay again.

I was truly disappointed with two things in regards to this hotel. First our check in. I had booked two rooms together and we were given rooms on different floors. The staff stated there was nothing they could do. Secondly, my room's towels had been used and refolded to look like fresh towels. Makeup was on one and the other towel was damp with dirty […] hand prints. I will give the front staff credit about this complaint. Within a couple of hours I had clean towels. Otherwise, I feel this hotel could use a little tender care with some new linens. Overall, clean. Pool was ok, and breakfast was satisfactory. I would stay again because room price was in my budget. Close to most attractions. Hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby, but the rooms leave alot to be desired. Our room had a musty odor and the bathroom door would not close from the inside. Uncomfortable beds. Most likely will not return.

Overall, this is a good stay for the Presque Isle area. You are a close drive to most areas and the hotel is clean and has a nice free breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the outdoor heated pool was not open, but other than that, we were pleased with our stay.

This hotel was one of the cleanist and comfortable hotels I have been in. The room was very clean and had no smell. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful on all shifts. The continental breakfast was more than I expected. In all I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Erie area.
"Good for 1 Night"
My wife and I stayed one night on our way to Dayton,OH, the bed was hard we both woke up with minor back pain, that was about the worse part of it, the breakfast was good, I would of liked to see cheese to make a Breakfast sandwich. Not a bad stay for a 1 night stay. Front desk personnel was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area

AFter driving for 7 hours it was very comforting that the hotel was ready for us. The lobby was inviting, the staff was wonderful, they even made sure that our room was on the first floor and close to the entrance (my father is 80). Only non-pleasant thing is that they were doing construction on 12th St., however you wouldn't know it unless you were […] outside. Hotel seems sound proof from the outside noise. "Great family vacation destination"
This hotel is a close (about a mile), easy drive to Presque Isle State Park and Waldameer (amusement park and waterworld)... the hotel has a very nice outdoor pool... located close to other family necessities (drugstore, food, fresh fruit, adult beverages, etc.)... the hotel provides a variety of breakfast choices for a healthy start to the day... pay-per-view […] choices made a nice in-room end to our busy days... we had a great visit! "Erie Comfort Inn"
The Erie comfort inn is a ok kind of hotel. When in the room the dressers were missing handles, and the bed covers had many stains on them. The air conditioning unit leaked water and made the carpet wet on the socks.The bath room shower curtin was falling off and was poorly repaired with drywall screws. The wall had coffee stains on them, and cob webs […] in the corners. The 24 hour coffee service was a joke, because there was never any coffee in the lobby, and the in room coffee pot was missing the carfe. We went to the continental breakfast at 7 am which opened at 6am and there was no food left, so we were forced to eat out. All in all I feel as if I waisted my money. Læs mere
