Beliggenhed og service er i top på dette hotel. Der forefindes de fleste faciliteter dog skal man som mange andre steder ikke forvente morgenmad og internet inkluderet i prisen. Overall en god oplevelse selv om værelserne er af noget ældre dato. Og så er der ikke trådløs internet på værelset - man skal plugge kabel i. Findes dog i lobby området. Everything was just perfect. My only negative comment is, $12 for Internet? That is archaic. Internet is free most anywhere you go. Even the lobby of the hotel!!!!!! It's free for visitors but costs for paying guests? Fix that please. It will stop me from coming back next time.

My boyfriend and I decided to stay here, and even though we got off to a rough start, overall it was a nice experience. It was a little difficult to find because the hotel doesn't sit directly on the street, there were quite a few ramps to get there. I live in this area of town and was still having a difficult time finding the entrance. When we arrived, […] the receptionist was having trouble finding our reservation and was being rather rude about it. She didn't seem to care about helping us and didn't believe that we had actually made a reservation. At this point we were rather unhappy with our service, but then the hotel manager came by and saved the experience. He had an Irish accent, and was very pleasant. He welcomed us to the hotel and made friendly conversation-- he even gave us warm cookies (which were delicious by the way). His personality made up for the hard time we were initially having. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and there was a nice tv as well. The colors of the room were somewhat outdated, but a nice room nonetheless. My only complaints about the room are there wasn't a fridge (we had perishable leftovers from dinner) and there were a few small stains on the bed sheets. Læs mere

We have stayed at this hotel before and we enjoyed the service and staff that we had to book again. The rooms are comfortable and romantic. The bar set up gives off a sexy vibe. The valet men are the best with a pleasing attitude a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

We had a wonderful and peaceful time at this hotel. We spent a lot of time by the pool relaxing. The pool grounds were immaculate. The room was absolutely charming. Very very clean and cozy. We got this hotel in a good price. Had a friend's wedding. It was in a good location, close to galleria, mid town, reliant, Kirby; The main issues was over weekend parking gate was open for Joel Ostein Church but we were still charged for two cars. we had a great stay here, but just as a warning to others, you will not be able to self park a vehicle over 6 feet tall. you will have to valet. this was not a problem but it did add a few bucks to our stay.

On our 16th floor it was very quiet. The room was spacious and very clean, but parking was $14/day extra in their below ground garage. NO breakfast was included.

Overall the hotel was good. The staff at the front desk were very nice, and answered every question I had. The only problem we encountered was with the service in the restaurant. It was very slow. We had to wait for awhile before our waiter came to take our order, and we finished drinks and had to get the waiter to refill them. Not a four star restaurant, not clean enough not worth $120 dollars plus tax, location NOT convenient, had to cross expressway to get to anywhere. nothing near by. didn't want nor need a warm cookie. The staff was excellent though.

I think that it's absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay for parking as well as wifi in addition to the room cost. These are two of most simple things that should be included in the price of the room, just the same as all other hotels I've stayed in. On a positive note, the hotel bar was nice.

I travel weekly for work, and in My opinion this hotel was below average. Nice facility however, horrible parking and costs $14/day. I mean really? I'm paying to stay at your hotel... expensive wirelesz. very difficult to find location. Terribly expensive food (two bowls of oatmeal cost $17 and took 30+ minutes)

The guest services staff was very friendly and helpful. The room smelt like a sewerage system and the bed was SO HARD that I woke up with back and leg pain each morning of my stay. The room had hair left in it from who knows when. The overall stay was just okay...nothing to write home about. The lobby area was very nice. We stayed here for a conference. The hotel was nestled on the Greenway Plaza. It has a Starbucks. The bar is a good place to have a drink at the end of the day! The staff was professional and courteous!

I stay in many hotels throughout the Houston TX area. This one was the best. Room was adequate, customer service was exceptional it was a wonderful experience. However the restaurant availability was based on occupancy. Otherwise it was perfect.

I like to staycate because I am self employed and rarely get to leave the city. Hotels.com makes it possible with the great prices. The hotel was great. The restaurant food is good. You can eat in the lounge and the lounge is very nice. The room we got had a great view of the city and it was comfortable. Ordered room service and the food was very good and the service also. The rate was good for this hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was awesome. The hotel staff including the valet was very prompt and caring. The rooms were the perfect size and the bed was extremely comfortable. The gym is really nice too. checked in 11 pm and turned out the receptionists were very unprofessional and unfriendly around this hour.. First impression of my room was a plate at the room's door full of breakfast leftovers. It should have been cleaned up way earlier. Or it could be that the guest had not even checked out yet. So I went back to lobby and asked for room change, […] staff's attitude was not good.. Place is clean. Location is good.. Didn't bother to try any room service. There were some pretty big events so the hotel garage was totally open, but the front desk still charged me $14 per day parking fee.. I'd very likely try another hotel next time in this part of town. Our floors had huge stains on them. There were no ice machines on the floor, so we had to get ice from room service. There was not a lid on the ice bucket, so it would melt quickly. The"suite" was one chair and a very small space.

Very slow service on getting a roll away (over 90 minutes) made otherwise acceptable stay too short on sleep. For the price, service was underwhelming, and attitudes in the concierge lounge could use some improvement as well.

We were traveling on business for a convention in dowtown. Taxi service was usually quick and available. Parking was available but they charge you per day. You could valet or self park. The hotel was clean and nice and the staff was freindly. The service for breakfast both mornings was pretty slow even when the place seemed empty.
