Vi nød at bo 5 dage på Homewood Suites i Minneapolis.. Gode værelser, god mad, hyggelige omgivelser, god beliggenhed og et meget venligt personale.. Kommer helt sikkert igen.

Virkelig et kanon godt hotel... Der var alt hvad man skulle bruge. Super flotte og gode værelser samt en fantastisk mini-bar og en rigtig god stemning på hotellet og en hyggelig atmosfære!

Vi var generelt meget tilfredse med vores ophold på hotellet. Det var rene og rummelige værelser. Bilen kunne parkeres tæt på værelset, hvilket var et absolut plus. Steffen fik en god snak med personen i receptionen, der gav en fantastisk service og vidste kulturelt meget. Et stort plus. Venlighed og velvidende i receptionen. Sengene var gode. Vi sov godt. Beliggenheden tæt på lufthavn og Mall of America var et kæmpeplus. Vi kan kun anbefale hotellet til andre. Det var billigt, men vi fik meget for pengene.

"Very Good hotel"
They started cleaning up the breakfast table before we had finished eating. More types of bread and another pancake iron would help during breakfast. Friendly and acomodating staff. Helpful shuttle bus to Mall of America and MSP airport.
"easy airport access"
Hotel very well laid out in common areas. Fitness centre well equipped. Bed/pillows wonderful!
"Can't be worse"
Really Bad. Room was dusty, used toiletries were provided, no plug point close enough to work on my laptop. Overall a really bad experience. Would never choose this again , now that I am going to travel there more often with my colleagues.

"Farther away then thought"
Farther away from MOA and not easy to get there. Hotel staff great. Room good, shower head needs replacing. Breakfast awesome even with all the high school kids eating it.

Rooms were great, very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was above and beyond, pool area was clean. The only thing I didn't like was that they closed the restaurant and bar area for a private function and I thought that was rude for the guests..

We were pleased and very comfortable. The staff answered any questions we had with a smile and were very courteous. Breakfast was great!!! Took the shuttle to the Mall and the drivers were very nice.
"Sporting event"
The staff was very friendly & helpfull. Breakfast was great-hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles. Even though hotel was booked solid the serving staff worked deligently keeping hot plates & food stocked. Beds were very compfortable. Didn't get woken up by loud people & running children. Which usually happens when hotels are booked up solid.

A group of four of us stayed at this hotel. They were very accommodating, suggesting places to go and the best part was the shuttle service they offer to and from the mall of america. This hotel is located right by the highway so it is easy to get to and from the hotel to other places of interest. A wonderful stay. From the shuttle bus driver that picked us up from the airport to the housekeeper that shared an elevator ride, everyone was friendly and welcoming. "Carlson Inn: nice hotel with friendly staff"
Our room was clean, though there was some wear on the carpet and footstool. A plus was our room had a microwave and small fridge, although the fridge was not very cold. Very comfy bed with feathertop and the room was quiet. We slept as well as we do at home.

This hotel needs to be updated. Rooms/hallways are very worn. There was not enough food in the morning for guests and the hotel staff seemed overwhelmed and were not polite to guests.
"Great Hotel"
Great hotel. Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast could of been better but it was still okay. The hot tub and pool area was very nice and even had an option to watch TV or listen to the radio although the TV did not work. Great, clean hotel!

The beds were super comfortable and the location could not be beat. There was a great bar/restaurant right down the road and short car ride to Mall of America and other sites.

Our overall experience was OK. The room was clean. Nice bed. However the bathrooms are uncomfortably tiny. The only sink, whch is outside of the bathroom, had a very small countertop which made getting ready a little difficult. But what stood out above and beyond was the friendliness and thoroughness of the staff. Hotel was great. The pillows were awesome, very comfortable. Under the dressers and nightstands must not get vacumed very often as I went looking for a lost toy and found more than that. Very helpful staff with easy check in and check out. The breakfast was great. The location is a little hard to get in and out of, but it was quiet at night.

as always, our stay at Country Inn Bloomington west was enjoyable. Breakfast was better than at home! Appreciate the entire hotel being 100% no smoking. Only wish they would enforce the no smoking by the front entrance.
"Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Bloomington West"
The hotel in and of itself was fine - even though they have been renovating so a little construction stuff here and there. The room I reserved however was supposed to be a 'King Studio Suite' and it was only a King room. We were quite disappointed in that. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was nice.

We enjoyed this hotel so much that we actually stayed a second night. Wonderful room. Great breakfast. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Very kind staff. Close to many sites. We would definitely stay here again!
