Great hotel! It was my second stay, and I would go again. Breakfast is A must!

Nice hotel but not worth the price. Shower head was awful barely enough pressure to rinse soap out your hair. Tv reception was poor. Everything else was good clean room and friendly staff. We also stayed at the Hutton and it is much nicer.

Sheets nice and clean and pressed and the bed - very comfortable. hallway floor rugs a little outdated and unstylish. The lobby upholstered furniture, one had a stain on the seat- kinda ghetto looking for a 'classy' hotel. I was nervous that they 'were still wet'. GRoss. Someone mentioned in my group no room refridgerator..

Stayed here on a short vacation to Nashville. The hotel was very average. The elevators are undergoing a renovation and could take 5-10 minutes to catch one. The room was basic. The furniture pretty beaten up. The bed was clean, all white duvet and no nasty coverlet. The bathroom was clean for the most part, the shower a little scummy. I knew going in that the elevators were an issue and so I was prepared but still it could be frustrating. The bellmen and valets were excellent.

The room was clean but was a little small for the price. You are paying for the location. I believe some updating had been taking place. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall great! Parking was pretty cheap ($4) per night. We asked for a rollaway and they provided us with one with no additional charge! Love the aveda products in the bathroom! The pool and jacuzzi were very nice too! The only issues were the elevators (not enough and many ended up taking stairs) and there was a weird initial smell coming from the […] vents to our room (wasn't bad). The smell disappeared over night. There was also a sign for the elevators that said they were going to renovate/update them. Læs mere

Walls were paper thin, everything out of date, $250 for one night is about the going rate for downtown, but come on! The water consistency in the shower, BEWARE!

The room was small and there was a strange smell, but the girls enjoyed the hot tub and the free ice cream delivered to the room was a special touch. The staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel itself just seemed a bit tired.

I expected more considering it was a 4 star hotel. Bed creaked, carpets dirty. A lot of noise in the hall. Elevators took forever. $5.00 for a bottle of water. A drink cost less. Water should be free. Parking was outrageous. However, the staff was friendly and the food in the hotel was good. I would never stay there again.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville in the future.

Really neat features, such as bar in overhead crosswalk, but the rooms could use an update and the elevator in the parking garage was out of service. This really shouldn't happen and it appeared to have been out for at least a few days. Hard to bring luggage up stairs with kids in tow. Self-parking was cheap though at just $4 for the night.

Hotel has best location to broadway in downtoen nashville, however the hotel for the money is very dated, and needs facelift, staff was less than friendly, I'll look somewhere else next time i need to stay in downtown nashville near arena

We had a great stay and will stay there again. We attended a concert at the Bridgestone and this is a perfect place to stay. We just walked to the concert after a great meal at the hotel and then walked back for a great night's sleep. We had breakfast at the hotel the next morning and were on our way back home. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bar and bar food were excellent. I was disappointed that most amenities such as internet, bottled water etc. carried a sizable premium. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great location downtown Nashville in close proximity to bars/restaurants but without the noise that can be heard in other hotels. Access to the club lounge is totally worth it.

This is in the HEART of downtown LA, which is great cause it's safe to walk around, and return back to the comforts of your room. The day I stayed here I had dinner on Broadway, walked up half a block to the Ryman Auditorium for a concert and decided to call it a night. desk personell was nice and helpful. saw obvious dust on table with phone in hallway near elevators on the floor we were staying (15th floor). outside windows are dirty, the windows you see out of when in elevators. otherwise, we loved being able to look out onto the city while riding the elevators. Wish the vallet was complimentary ($30.00) but, they […] gave EXCELLENT service. i was in and out all day and they even let me keep my vehicle with them on the curb when i needed to run in my room for only 30 mins.!! First of all,The front desk person said we have a view of Broadway, we get up to the room and pull back the curtains and there is a building view. You had to look way to the left to even see a peak of the Broadway. there was no fan in the bathroom, when I took a shower there was still soap and hair inside the shower curtain inside the tub. There was […] no coffee pot in the room. You charged me 9.00 for a bottle of water that should have been free. The next morning the maid kept knocking at the door when we had the privacy slip outside the door. I opened and told her no thanks. We are from the area but stayed here for a downtown event so we didn't have to drive home. Great walking distance from activities. Clean and comfortable. Had breakfast in the restaurant which was very good!

Great location within walking distance to Broadway and all the nightlife activities. Very nice hotel with lots of amenities and covered parking for our motorcycle.

Blood stains on the side of the bed, a dirty washcloth in the shower with makeup on it, very thick dust on everything. Drunken brawl all night in the room next door which we had to call security on. After security left, they went at it again. I was expecting so much more out of this experience from the hotel reputation and overall appearance. I've had […] cleaner rooms and linens at much cheaper hotels where I was not charged for internet. Internet access should be automatically granted to guests, not charge for it. The location of this hotel is awesome. All staff at this hotel were wonderful. Only one thing I was not impressed with was the Starbucks in the hotel. Hours at Starbucks would state open until 6pm but would close at 3pm.

Not appropriate for families on weekends. Very Vegas-like. Couple in next bedroom loud and smoking. They did move us upon request but then that night someone made fire alarm go off at 3:20 a.m. so had 2 unrestful nights. Hotel was nice, just the Nashville scene on weekends got a little crazy.

The only down fall was a evacuation at 3 am. Someone pulled the fire alarm.
