Vi fik utrolig meget for pengene da vi bookede Little Saigon Boutique Hotel. Hotellet ligger tæt på natmarkedet og i gå afstand til Mekongfloden og de store forretningsstrøg. Værelserne er indrettet med alle bekvemmeligheder, men varierer i størrelse og ikke mindst udsigten. Første gang vi boede på hotellet, havde vi booket et standard værelse og boede på 2. sal, hvor vi kunne kigge ind til naboejendommen. Anden gang blev vi opgraderet mod ekstrabetaling og fik værelset på øverste etage med stor terrasse og en fantastisk udsigt over byen. Men også værelserne på 4. og 5. sal med balkon er rigtig gode.

Yderst fornuftigt hotel til prisen. Ligger lige i backerområdet i Ho Chi Minh. Pænt og rent og god service. Morgenmaden er dog meget anonym, men mætter.

Vi boede i hotellets gamle fløj. Skønne værelser med højt til loftet. Gode senge komfort. GHS har noget skønt gammeldags over sig. Små smilende mænd i røde uniformer, en venlig betjening, der snakker engelsk når man har vænnet sig til accenten. Der er et pænt stykke at gå til morgenmadsbuffeten, hvor det venlige personale trænger til en,der kan organisere deres ildhu. De manglerlidt systematik, så man venter undertiden længe på kaffen. Hotellet er under ombygning - og den frenske restaurat, som hotellet praler med, findes endnu ikke. Vi havde i øvrigt probkemer med internetforbindelsen på 3. sal Fungerede dog perfekt da vi vendte tilbage og fik et andet værelse på 2. sal over svømmepølen.

Silverland Hotel & Spa Fortjener fuldt ud de ****, det er meget velholdt og personalet er meget professionale, flot morgenmad bufet. Hvis vi kommer til Saigon igen, skal vi bo på Silverland Hotel & Spa.

Overprice and heavily charge for everything! It was more expensive then staying at a New York City hotel.

"Lost its luster"
Overall disappointing compared to other high quality hotels in Asia. Starting to become run down. Stains on the walls. Service was fair but not great.

"The New World is first rate"
This is a terrific hotel. Accommodations are excellent surpassed only by the service. Stay on an executive floor for more personalized service, free internet and free drinks and snacks between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. "Very disappointed."
I normally stay at this Hotel and it was great, clean and great service. This time, I was very disappointed. I always upgraded to executive 10th floor level to get the most confort. This time, the sheet and cover was smell like someone has not taking bath for days. I was suffer with the smell all night long. The room smell like mildew which is not very […] pleasant at all. "Nice Location, Bad location"
OK - this is a 4.5 star business hotel except for the rooms, which are 4 star at best (and I stayed in the executive floor). Sure there's lots of road noise, maybe too much - however being too close to Ben Than markets is a bonus also. The rooms are a bit dated and worn, and needs more than replacing the TV box with a Plasma. However, the food and pool […] area are excellent. Yet, this is just another business hotel. If you some VN cultural experience, then I would prefer the Majestic despite its tiny pool and so so food. Læs mere
"Fantastic Hotel"
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service is great and the staff are very friendly. The location is right in the centre of District 1, about 3 min walk from the big market. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfort feeling of living in this hotel. Executive privilege is a must for everyone. Distance to everywhere is very convenient. Customer service is the best. Lobby is spacious for meeting.
"Executive Rooms Nice, Buffet Heavenly, Staff Great"
Floors 10 to 12 are the "Executive Floors" and require a card key to access when riding the elevator. If riding the elevator with guests staying on Regular Floors (floors 2~9), this can look pretty snobbish. Nevertheless, once on the Executive Floor you feel like you're in a hotel within the hotel. These floors have their own lobby, concierge, meeting […] rooms, restaurant, breakfast buffet, and outdoor patio: all very nice amenities. The staff at the front desk (ground floor) of the hotel is very professional yet refreshingly unpretentious, really easy going, in fact. I was very impressed with them. The dinner buffet is astounding, albeit a bit pricey (about $50 per person). If you're too tired to brave the busy streets and meandering taxi rides, enjoy the buffet in the comfort of New World, then venture out for deserts, because frankly the buffet deserts though they look nice, did not satisfy. True Vietnamese deserts are among the world's best, and should not be missed. New World Hotel should celebrate that fact by introducing more of these delights to its guests. "Good location but will charge you for almost every"
We started our trip in Vietnam from the north and headed south. We stayed at many hotels in all the other cites in vietnam. New world was the most expensive hotel we stayed in in Vietnam. The hotel is nice but for the value we had better in other parts of VN. No free internet in the rooms(they did have free wifi down in the lobby though), Food is over […] priced. "New World Saigon"
My friends and I found this hotel randomly online. We booked something above average so we had certain expectations of how our experience would be.....we were not disappointed one bit! In fact, we were so impressed that for our last stay after our VN tour, we booked there again! The service, the place, the facilities were fantastic. The staff members […] are extremely friendly and everyone is so unpretentious. I don't know what we were expecting from the stuff but that humbleness and modesty really stood out for us. The rooms were so comfortable that after a long day outside we would hang inside our suite and it felt like home. Everything was always so clean and neat. The live music at night, cocktails and food by the poolside and on the Executive level were major highlights of this hotel! The experience was fantastic. "New World Hotel in HCMC"
I expect pretty good service from a 4.5 star Hotel at the rate I am paying. I would say everything was pretty expected. However, I had a very bad experience over at the restaurant located at the ground floor. I walk into the relatively empty restaurant at 5pm. Having sat there for more then 15 min and no one attended to me. Waiters/waitreses and even […] manager walk pass me. I have to even call out to them before someone came over. This was my first visit to Saigon and I did not know what to expect. The people at this hotel are so friendly and accommodating. They did everything they could to make my stay a pleasant one. The restaurant on the ground floor is good. Executive Suite (11th floor): vey spacious (700 sqft) and comfortable. All amenities provided. Free WiFi connection, perfect for business. View was excellent. There were 2 dead roaches in the room, yuck. Staff: Check-In was a breeze and was on the 10th floor, for exec suite reservations. Friendly and efficient staff. I speak several different languages, […] and found that the food service staff responded with the best service when I was speaking English. My French got an even response, however, when I spoke Vietnamese, the restaurant staff gave me the cold shoulders. Example: There were two British guests at breakfast (on the 10th floor), one of the staff member almost tripped over herself asking them if they would want coffee or juice. She hurried her way and the guests had cups of coffee and juices on their tables before they got their food. I spoke in Vietnamese and asked if they could whip together an iced-latte for me. Not only did she not do it, she totally ignored me. Same thing happened on the ground floor pastry/cafe shop in the main lobby. So, my perfect English got me perfect service. "落ち着けました"
デラックスに2泊しました。部屋は広く清潔感があり、市場近くの大通り沿いですが、騒音等は気になりませんでした。WiFiは使えませんが、NHK WORLDは視聴できます。1階のラウンジで朝食ビュッフェを食べましたが、品揃えが豊富で、飽きません。ただ、2泊目のメニューはほとんど変わらなかったのがちょっと残念です。緑茂る公園を眺望しながら、吹き抜けの開放的な場所で食事を楽しめ、商談があり、昼食も同じ所で食べましたが、昼食のパスタもおいしかったです。
"まあ、よかったです"
周辺に食べるところはあるし、観光にも歩いて回れる便利な立地でした。エグゼクティブに泊まったので、カクテルタイムはラウンジでビールやカクテルが飲み放題で、おつまみも食事と同様なメニューで、夕食はなくても大丈夫でした。エグゼクティブのスタッフは誰も気持ちのよいサービスをしてくれました。ただ、どこかの情報で部屋が改装されているとあったのですが、そうではなかったです。また、エグゼクティブのラウンジでのアフタヌーンティーはありませんでした。(クッキーなどの軽いおやつはありました。)フロントには日本人スタッフもいて、いろいろと相談にのってくれました。ベッドの堅さや枕も最適でした。情報が混乱していたこと以外は、快適にすごせました。
