Nothing was terrible about our stay and nothing was great either - simply mediocre at best. The room was clean but there was significant noise during the night which carried into the front room and kept our kids awake - there was no hotel management addressing the noise issues. I have stayed at this property for many years, and the recent remodel and tie in with hilton properties has really improved it. I think it is the best value in the area.

OK - we had to ask for pillows for the sofa bed 3 times before they arrived. No maps were given to us when we requested one. The guy at the front desk forgot to mention they were in the business office.

Room was clean and well kept; very quiet. Even though there was a big reception going on downstairs, we heard nothing in our room. We did the mystery murder dinner with friends at the Embassy Suites and and had an enjoyable evening. Complimentary cocktails and breakfast were both great. Did not have an opportunity to use the pool or other facilities. […] Also enjoyed a local farmer's market in the downtown area which we discovered in the hotel book where it listed local attractions. Room was a steal for the price. Breakfast is awesome and location for the Dave Matthews concert was sooooo convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything was excellent.

As typical, a great stay. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Only issue was hair in drawer. I don't like to live out of a suitcase so I put my clothes away when I get to the room...not this time. Not a deal breaker but..really!

I always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites, rooms are large and have refrig. and microwave. Breakfast in the morning is a definite plus when traveling with my family. I will definitely come back to that hotel.

We had an awesome time. Breakfast was great, and so was happy hour. Only downfall was you could not watch the Rangers game in your room. They didn't have the channel.

Clean rooms, great beds, and indoor pool was great for the kids...enjoyed our stay! Less than half a mile from Medieval Times and close to downtown.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were very eager to please and helpful with whatever we needed. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty which was nice since I had 3 picky kids to feed. Indoor pool was convienient and my kids really enjoyed swimming in it. My only complaint, which was purely coincidental, was the […] AC units for the entire hotel went out our 2nd day there. The staff tried hard to accomodate us and thankfully it did get repaired, but we had a couple of warm nights and days. Would I recommend this hotel, most definitely! Very nice, good customer service even though I was given the wrong key and room, she was polite. The rooms were clean and the breakfast is THE BOMB! Most def will be going back.

The hotel is beautiful !! But their service sucks !!! My friends bed had a blood stain on the comforter. We had to call 4times to have some one come get it but they NEVER brought it back!!!! The complimentary happy hour was awesome but when we asked the clerk about it she didn't even look at us when we were talking to her !! The servers in the restaurant […] were very nice. Well Spring break was hectic. There was about 30-40 kids in the pool/hot tub at all times. However my kids didn't mind. There were absolutely NO towels available so we used the small gym towels. The housekeeping lady named Diane or Diana. Was rude an not helpful to me. Iask for towels and it took her 15- 20 minutes to get them to my ro when she got there she was very nosey . She was trying to look in my room ad she handed me the towels. On Sunday morning the pool was not opened an I asked her when were they going to open the pool because the […] sign says the pool opens at 6a.m . She told me she didnt know when ever the cleaning guy gets there but she didnt know when he was coming. There was another lady at the front desk who open the pool for me and said I dont know why she told me that because the pool opens at 6 a.m... We had 5 in our room & only stayed one night. We did not have enough pillows. It took them 2 hours to respond & still could not find any extra pillows. All other aspects of the facility were great!

Well, the hotel has been remodeled so the private balconies are no longer there. The check in was fast and easy, the staff were nice and very helpful. The pool was supposed to provide towels but both locations were empty and when we asked for more they said there were no more clean towels avalible because they were still being washed, so we had to trek […] to our room soaking wet. Also there was a fraternity reunion the same weekend and we heard yelling and running around the hotel at all hours of the night despite several calls to the front desk, nothing was done about it. Not near public transportation...you need a car. Hotel promised free shuttle service, but when we got there, they said they would only shuttle to/from Love Field. Completely messed up room service. Phone calls to General Manager went unanswered for 4 days

I am rating this as 4 stars even though this is really a 3 star hotel. Great for business travelers or family, but not where you want o stay to walk to Dallas restaurants and nightlife. The hotel lobby was nicely updated & clean. Our room (for 4 girls) was very clean & spacious- the living area made it so roomy, & provided enough space for all of our luggage & mirrors to get ready. Complimentary HH cocktails at the lobby bar were minimal, but good (something not offered at most hotels!), & so was the complimentary breakfast in the […] morning- omelet & egg station; bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, muffins, juice- basic but good vriety. We stayed at this hotel twice during the same week and had two slightly different experiences with this hotel. On the first stay, there was a large family reunion and we were not allowed to check in early because of all the chaos. We were given a room that was already occupied -- AWKWARD -- and had to go back down to the front desk to get it straightened […] out. Once we were in our room, everything seemed fine until we had to use the bathroom -- the toilet was stopped up and maintenance took forever to come work on it. AND they left saying they had fixed it, but never did. You could NOT use the toilet in the room -- VERY inconvenient. The bed was very comfortable, though, probably the most comfortable bed we've ever had and that says a lot because we travel all the time. On our second stay, we had to have a room with two doubles and they were made of concrete! But the toilet worked!! There was a trade group staying this time around who were very noisy, but could not be heard from the bedroom. Breakfast was exceptionally good, and the manager's reception each evening is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are many hotel choices in this area, though, so we will likely stay somewhere else when we return next week. Læs mere

The hotel was nice and the indoor pool was a plus. However, I was really dissapointed with the room. It was small, no windows over looking outside but just one looking the hallway. The bathroom was too small and did not even offer a hair blow dryer. The baskets did not have a trash bag. I was also really disappointed that we had to pay for internet, […] a little pricey too. Everything is great as usual. We stay here whenever in Dallas. Good gym, great breakfast, nice rooms and friendly staff. Hunter and the lounge staff are wonderful. The hot tub went down on this visit...oh well. My only complaint is the gentleman making the eggs. I asked for egg whites and he said "NO, Next in Line!"...I was shocked because the others […] always did my egg whites. Later I noticed, it's even on their sign as a choice. The only negative thing we have to say about our room was that the bathtub did not drain well while taking a shower. However, the location could not be beat! Very comfy bed!!!

When we walked into our room on day 2, it was as if Goldilocks had came into our room and slept in my bed. It was gross actually. The room was in perfect condition, having just been cleaned by staff, but it was apparent that my bed had been pulled back and someone laid on my pillow. I was actually quite grossed out.

Had stayed here sometime back and it was showing signs of age then. Because of that, it would not have been a first pick for the area. It will be now. It has been revitalized and I would take my family there for a weekend. Very nice and courteous staff as well.
