I love the stay at this hotel. Courteous Staff, clean hotel, delicious breakfast and close to everything I need it (since was my first visit in Pullman). Definitely will stay there again when I have to go back to visit my son at the university.

"Nice place a little steep in price."
Considering the limited places to stay in Pullman, a traveler has really no choice but to pay a crazy amount per night here...makes the drive to Spokane more desirable.

We enjoy coming to this hotel when visiting Pullman. Our only complaint this visit was the comfort of the bed. We had a 2 bed room and the beds were very hard & not very comfortable at all. Everything else was great though.

The hotel was perfect for my short stay. The rooms were comfortable and well apointed. It was easy to get to, and close to everything. I would liked to have had better breakfast choices, otherwise, perfect.

"Excellent Hotel"
We spent the night while visiting our son at the U of I. It was close enough to Moscow that made it worth the trip. Nice staff and clean room. Good breakfast options in the morning. I would recommend this for anyone whether staying in Pullman or Moscow.

We only stayed one night so I don't have much of an opinion. We arrived late, the gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and attentive even though there were cheerleaders practicing in the lobby. "Brought twin 1-year-olds and had a great stay!"
We stayed at this hotel with our one-year-old twins when we were in town looking for a home. The hotel was clean and contemporary. The staff was friendly and accomodating and they brought two cribs for our babies and extra blankets. My husband loved that they had extra pillows already in the room, because he always has to call down and ask for more. […] We used the business center a lot in our house-hunt. The staff was very helpful, even giving us some envelopes so that we could mail things. I forgot my phone charger and found in the business center they had an assortment of chargers, which was something I had never seen in hotels before. The breakfast was fantastic! It's nice to have a break from the standard stale pastries and weak OJ. And they had highchairs! Two of them! So my husband and I and the kids could all enjoy breakfast. We thought this hotel was very convenient and comfortable. It was quiet and the staff was very accomodating. We will be back next month and are staying here again!!! We were completely satisfied.

We went there for labor day long weekend, the hotel is very nice and clean and looks like brand new. Nice pool, free coffee all day, free cookies at night, free breakfast buffet, nice pool.......Denny's just right next to the hotel that you may walk there, Cinema is only 1 minute away, safeway just 5 minute away, 15 minute to the mall in Moscow.........very […] convenience location.... only.....their king size bed seems not so "king" size.....it's little bit smaller...... The hotel was perfect for ours needs. We were visiting the campus of WSU with are daughter. The rom was clean and comfortable. The front desk asked us for our preference in regards to which floor we wanted our room to located on.

It's been a while since I've been to Pullman and it's become much larger. The Holiday Inn Express is in a newly developed area--close to the movie theater and restaurants but low traffic so you can sleep at night. The breakfast menu is excellent and I love the cookies and juice in the evening. Fast Internet in the business office and good connection […] in my room. Only problem was drying clothes. Clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff helped make our stay with our High School soccer team a positive event! Cannot think of anything that was a negative from this hotel - girls LOVED the milk and cookies out in the evening too!

I ended up staying in a room with a jacuzzi tub in the room (separate from bathroom) which was fun. Rooms were clean and comfy though the bed wasn't as firm as I like and the toilet ran a bit. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was much nicer than a typical continental breakfast. Eggs and bacon or sausage every morning, plus warm pastries, […] all sorts of muffins and breads, canned peaches or apricots, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, yogurt, granola - pretty much anything you could want. "Wouldn't stay in the Room above the Pool."
Suite was on 2nd floor right above the pool. Was too hot and noisey from pool activity. For the price I paid I would expect better comfort and less noise. Other than that was happy.

"Great value"
Hotel seemed to be fairly new. Everything was in good repair, looked and smelled clean. My room was comfortable, well thought-out, and well stocked. The complementary breakfast had good variety, and pretty tasty options. Very convenient location for anyone with business at WSU.
