Best Western Premier l'Horset Opéra - Paris

Vi var glade for opholdet, for vi fik hvad vi gik efter: central beliggenhed, tæt på metrostation, Operaen, de store varehuse og gode spisesteder. Hotellet ligger i en rolig gade, og personalet var meget serviceminded. Værelset var ikke stort, men ok til to mennesker - og fint til prisen.

Rigtig god beliggenhed tæt på centrale dele af Paris med gåafstand til de allermest berømte attraktioner. Sødt og rart personale som virkelig er hjælpsomme og kommer med gode tips til hvad man skal se og undgå i byernes by. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet og pæne værelser.

STilen er ikke ligefrem nordisk, men servicen er fin; de taler langsomt og tydeligt fransk i receptionen (men kan selvfølgelig også engelsk). Dejligt med safe på værelset.

Hotellet ligger perfekt og alligevel i en stille gade. personalet er meget venlige, dejlig morgenmad og alt i alt, et dejligt hotel.

Good location but unfortunately got awoken midnight by a group of women shouting and screaming... should be a quiet place off the main road, shouldn't it? Otherwise nice hotel. Would be even better if a kettle is available in the room to make a tea...

I was expecting a larger and more comfortable hotel for the price as there are hundreds of hotels in the area. This hotel did not meet our expectations.

Stayed here in March. Great location for access to the central Paris tourist sights. 2-3 mins walk max from Opera metro station. Room size is standard, comfortable & clean. Bathroom was small but well used space, clean & perfectly adequate. Breakfast was good choice. Staff helpful & friendly. Would recommend & stay here again.

I know P aris very well indeed and found this one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It is close to metro and many bus routes. The hotel staff we're charming and helpful and my single room was a good size and well appointed. I cannot fault the hotel and the breakfast was superior to many others I have experienced.

Very kind staff, all English-speaking. Breakfast was included for us, which was awesome. Really delicious variety of breakfast items. Free wireless, which was very convenient. Great location near the Opera--we could walk to most of the hot spots. Very quiet room. Comfy beds and bedding. Nice tub and shower--all bathroom fixtures modern/lovely/clean. Front desk staff very helpful and spoke English well. They helped us find terrific neighbourhood restaurants (La Petite Colbert was the best--ate there 3 times!), made reservations, […] called cabs for us, etc. Only complaint was that bathtub ring wasn't cleaned for a couple of days, but with a call to the front desk this was remedied promptly. This hotel is located 2 blocks from the Garnier Opera House, and a 5 minute walk from the Louvre. We walked from the Louvre through the Tuileries Gardens, and from there down the Champs D' Elysees to the Arc de Triomphe. Very do-able if you like to walk. We took taxis to the Eiffel Tower and from the train station, but even those were walkable if you […] wanted to give it a go. We also walked back to the hotel from Notre Dame, although that took about 30 minutes. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and most importantly--quiet! No voices and slamming doors to keep you up at night. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff was accomodating and courteous, if not overly warm and friendly. Great location, we could walk almost everywhere. Room was nice and very clean but rather small. We travelled with our baby. Cot was prepared when we arrived, highchair for breakfast was available. Breakfast was very good but you have to pay extra for things like omelet.

Great location, close to most attractions. Room very tiny, wifi Internet did not work our entire stay. Business centre was in a broom closet where the Internet rarely worked. Breakfast was great.

The hotel is ideally placed in central Paris (easy to walk to the Louvre, river bank, Musee D'Orsay etc). The staff were really helpful and friendly, room a good standard and an excellent breakfast.

This is a really nice hotel located in a side street near the Opera house and only a short walk to the louve. The location is great for all tourist areas. The open top bus stop is only 5 mins away. Very conveniently located for the Opera area of Paris and ashort walk from the metro . This hotel is small but comfortabe. the free wifi is a simply to use and reliable and the staff are helpful and well informed

Great Stay. Comfortable, affordable hotel in a good location in Paris. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely, quiet room. The hotel was in a nice quiet laneway, a short distance away from the Opera, great shopping including the Lafayette and fabulous restaurants. Really enjoyed the breakfast too! Will definitely stay there again if I visit Paris again.

Lovely quiet traditional hotel. Ticks all the boxes for a relaxing stay. Staff always smiling. Very well situated for airport bus, and within walking distance of many attractions. This is our 2nd stay and we will stay again.

Although the room was small by American standards, it was in very modern and in good condition. The bathroom is clean and modern, and there is plenty of hot water. The hotel is in a good location for tourists - only a 10 minute walk to the Louvre, and bus/metro stops are only a block away. A well situated hotel for sight seeing and near the hop on hop off bus route. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.Clean well maintained ,a good french style breakfast ,the hotel exceeded our expectations and if visitng Paris again would certainly stay here.We chose well for our Ruby Wedding.

Staff were excellent and provided help almost without asking. Breakfast was very good, AC was good in July. They have Internet Access on a PC besides Wi-Fi. To print any documents you need to e-mail them to the front desk, they will provide an address. Other than the excessive bar cost, it was a great room at a great location.

This hotel is in the heart of Paris yet on a quiet road. The room was extremely clean but not very big. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast not great but enough to see us through.

Don't be put off by the name...this is great value. A very comfortable bed. No surprises on the bill. The area is great...a few steps from the sights but on a quiet side street. One block from Starbucks. 5 minutes walk from the Rossey Bus. This will be my hotel in Paris from now on.

I would recommend this hotel. The location is great, and the price and overall condition of the hotel is very good. Consider that this is the hotel in the center of Paris, so don't expect new building and big rooms, but the bathroom looks brand new renovated and the room is in good condition also. We had some troubles with wi-fi - I couldn't log in […] with my iphone, but on ipad it worked ok. Staff is also very friendly. So, it's worth the price! Læs mere

Lovely boutique hotel near two major tube stations. Very short walk to many major sites and restaurants. Located on quiet side street so excellent night sleep. Would return again.
