My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his hotel. They were very amendable to our needs from providing a last minute crib (in great condition) to an additional cot so my son, 8 and daughter, 6 didn't have to bunk together. The hotel was very clean. I love the embassy suites..very nkce hotel...especially the buffet breakfast...only problem I had was the heat in the room...the room was chilly the whole time of my stay...other than that best hotel ever...

I thought the hotel was beautiful from Miami like bar to the indoor pool and Jacuzzi to the Cooked-to -Order buffet breakfast. The prices weren't bad except for the $50 incidental hold they add to ur credit card. And the room should come with free wi fi. I mean they need to get with it. Even motel 6 offers that for free. We really enjoyed our stay here, I really wanted the kids to have a place to swim for the weekend, the breakfast was very good , the pool wasnt too cold. Friendly staff all around. If the other parents would have watched some of the kids/ preteens better than we would have stayed another day, but thats not the hotels fault. My family and I attended a wedding over the weekend and stayed at the Embassy Suites. We were extremely happy with our stay. Staff were friendly, suite was beautiful, complimentary drink and appetizers in the evening and full breakfast in the morning were generous and delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel overall was nice but may I suggest, confirm your reservation 5-7 days before arrival and then again upon check-in. I requested smoking and this was confirmed several weeks in advance. When I arrived I did not have a smoking room therefore I had to go outside - big big inconvenience.

I love Embassy-this is our first time at this particular hotel, but I loved it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The help was especially helpful in all areas. Their breakfasts were awesome in both food, presentation and staff! We appreciated the Manager's reception each night after being out and about all day - very relaxing and staff, again, was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The only down fall was that we had to pay extra for internet […] service in our room. I don't understand why some of the major chains follow this and others don't but I don't appreciate attending meetings, etc. at these hotels and then have to pay extra to review agenda's, etc. each day. My daughters and I stayed in an Embassy Suites in Denver, CO, so we thought we would stay in one when we went to Baltimore. Wow, there are major differences between hotels. This hotel was definitely run down when it came to our room. The bathroom in particular was very old looking. The vanity in the bath looked handmade, in a bad way. We went to the […] pool and the pool was just plain old looking. Also, they had a lifeguard on duty, which is good, except that the pool rule, which was not disclosed to us prior to staying, is that persons over the age of 16 are allowed in the hot tub. My two girls were crushed. They love to swim and then warm up in the hot tub. The lifeguard didn't speak english and was just creepy! This was not enjoyable at all. The restaurant was closed on site, so we couldn't get room service. All in all, I will choose a different hotel chain from now on! Læs mere

Great hotel and I had a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast in the morning was really awesome. I wish I would have known there was 3 family reunions going on during my stay - but thankfully I was on the top floor, so it wasnt too bad. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

I had a great stay at the Embassy Hotel at the Baltimore Washington Airport. If in the area I will use it again.

The Embassy Suites Lithicum provided a high quality venue for our youth baseball team as we participated in a tournament that weekend. The team loved the atmosphere and ambiance of this Hilton brand hotel. It is among the nicer hotels that we now stay in due to an experience that we had with the standard accomodations at popular hotel chains such as […] DI, M6, S8, HJ, etc. The cook to order breakfast was a bonus. My only complaint would be is that it is a loud hotel on the weekend with special events and people constantly hanging out of there rooms on the atrium. It would also be great to at least provide free wireless in the common areas. The fee for wireless was almost $10/day and the business center was always full. Læs mere

The entire hotel seems a bit dated. The rooms were fine, but the beds were so soft- felt like the matresses needed to be replaced. The staff was okay, but not super. Our family of 4 was on vacation and we needed to call down for 1-3 towels every day (they would only leave 1-3 towels in the bathroom each time they cleaned). We had to wait to check in […] and it seemed like they were understaffed. Every evening when we returned to the hotel, you could see the room cleaning carts still in the hallways. There are not a lot of choices for food nearby- none within walking distance, although the hotel does have its own restaraunt. The hotel has a limited room service menu,but oddly, no coffee on the menu. The breakfasts were great nd the staff there was very kind and on the ball. Læs mere

This hotel was beyond what we expected! Staff was extremely nice, hotel very clean, rooms are very comfortable not to mention spacious! The Manager special at 530pm to 730pm is something I have never had before at any other hotel, very nice added benefit. we were so excited when we arrived then we got to our room and pulled out the suites pull out sofa and there was a half eaten candy bar and popcorn in the sheets and the sheets had stains, so that was it we did call the front desk and they did bring some clean sheets. the breakfast was outstanding the grounds were nice and clean

We were very pleased with the quality of the service and the over all experience staying at this hotel. It was very clean, well staffed, great prices and friendly service. we will be staying there every time we go back to MD.

It surprises me that not every hotel has free wifi for all there customers especially when it's tailored to people who need to stay somewhere for a long time. I liked everything else about the hotel, but there are better hotels with kitchens that have free wifi in the same neighborhood.

The room was cold. the heat did not worked. someone came up to fix it but it still did not work.

Upon arriving I knew this was a great place, the lobby was clean and fresh. The staff at the desk was attentive and professional. The hotel is breath taking. The pool area was as nice as Ive seen. A STEAL of a DEAL :) The room was quiet and spacious. I am very pleased with our stay. I felt safe and comfortable.

We arrived early and was able to check-in with ease. The room was spotless! It was very comfortable and cozy. There was a family reunion there that weekend but our room was cleaned and serviced by 10 am the next morning. The breakfast buffet was hot and free! We love Embassy Suites because you really get your money worth with this chain. From the spacious rooms to the welcome "Happy Hour" to the wonderful breakfast.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The included in price breakfast was outstanding. Eggs to order however you prefer them, good juice, fresh fruit, yougurt, pastries, cereals coffee and juice selection. My checking in took longer than ususal. I wish hotel people would think to ask your location preference for a room especially when the hotel is half […] full. Everything was in order when I arrived. The rooms were very clean. The free breakfast was very good. I enjoyed my stay.

We were finishing off our vacation of ballparks and saved a ton of money by staying here rather than a downtown hotel. The drive to the park was short and the comforts of the stay were much appreciated. Comfy bed and great layout as usual.
