We had a great stay in spearfish, the room was clean and the bed was very confortable. Everyone was very friendly. I would stay there again when ever I get that way again.

This hotels pool must not be cleaned regularly my son picked up a skin bacteria from the pool. Also once we checked out I was charged 15 dollars for dirty Towels. Really dirty towels isn't that why they wash them?

This was a very nice and comfortable hotel. Nice bedding...so soft and inviting. The room was clean and very nice as well. We would stay again!

Reason for a "3" under Quality of Hotel Service is the check- in clerk seemed to have the attitude he really didn't care if we stayed there or not. We had reservations and upon arrival I went to check in and the clerk was not at all friendly. Everything else was very acceptable.

After carefully considering all the other reviews about this hotel, I decided to go ahead and book our stay, and am very glad I did. Beds were very comfortable and room itself was spacious, although the bathroom was a little tight. We checked in about midnight and the desk clerk had a little trouble accessing our reservation, but everything ended well! […] Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but everything else was very much to our liking! Breakfast was pretty good, usual hot and cold choices! No real complaints, like one other reviewer said, you can hear your neighbor in the shower, but no other noise, very happy with our stay!!!! Not too big, but big enough for all the amenties. Nice continental breakfast and convenient location. We've stayed here before and will again.

The staff that checked us in were extremely polite and helpful. We liked our room and the breakfast was wonderful. I only wish that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. Overall we really injoyed our stay.

Great place to sleep when crossing the country. Easy access off the highway, reasonable rate - I booked online the night before and that worked great. The breakfast was nothing special but I have learned to not expect anything from continental breakfasts.

Not much to look at from the outside but the rooms were nice and clean. My wife would have approved of the cleanliness. I would stay there again

The room was nice and the people friendly. The breakfest was better then most. Over all a nice place. Some small problems. 1)the curtains were not black outs and pretty thin. So when the sun came up the room got pretty bright. 2) I don't know if the wall were thin or what but you could hear went anyone close to your room took a shower or used the bathroom. […] 3)For some reason the Electronic keys would keep losing their program. We were there for two nights and had to have them re-programmed 3 times. Just saying. Læs mere

There were no major problems in this hotel, however, when carrying lots of bags the last thing you want to do is go up a bunch of stairs. An elevator when traveling is a must-have for us so we were very disappointed about that.

We likked the hotel because Spearfish is very close to everything we wanted to see. It was very easy to get in and out of the holel and go where we needed to go.

We were more than pleased with our hotel stay in Spearfish. The kingsize bed was more than confortable - and the jacuzi in the room was a perfect touch. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. I am not sure if the hotel is new, but everything appeared to be fresh and clean. If ever in that part of the country again, we would definitely stay there.
