Super godt og billigt hotel lige ned til havet. Lille men hyggeligt poolområde. God restaurent - virkelig et besøg værd.

My only complaint was pool a little small for number of guests. And beach access limited and chargeable.

The beach was not up to what we expected. It looked like much of it had been washed away. The hotel was excellent. We could have used a sitting chair in our room. Restaurant was very good.

I loved our stay. The hotel was fantastic. The only reason we booked this hotel was because it had a private beach access however not so much of a beach ... We stayed for 5 days and only got to swim at the beach once... Reason , well the beach had huge rock and it was hard to figure out how to avoid them and get in the water... Spa was wonderful. Restaurant was excellent. Overall service was impeccable. Beach was difficult to access. Room was very small. No really comfortable chair. WIFI in lobby only. Would definitely return to the area, but would try a different hotel.

Of all of the hotels that I have stayed at in the world, this is the worst hotel experience by far! The beds are so uncomfortable that I would rather have slept on the floor. The cleaning service for the room came almost in time for dinner! The in-room safe did not work! And to add the cherry on top, my car got hit by another car in the hotel's parking […] lot. My car was one of three cars that got damaged. The hotel did not have any security in the parking lot, nor security cameras. I was not notified by the hotel of the hit and run until I discovered the damage myself. When speaking with the General Manager about my horrible stay, I got zero compensation for the room or the damages that occurred to my car! Overall, I will never stay at this hotel again and highly recommend the Hampton Inn down the street. Læs mere

In general this is a very well-kept property, but there were two problems that kept my rating from being higher: The beach is narrow, not at all pretty, and the chair rentals are not included. The other problem is that the bathroom is badly laid-out. The hand held shower head makes it difficult to actually stand under the water, and there is no vanity […] around the sink, leaving no place to leave toothbrushes, cups, etc. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced as hotel breakfasts go. After our first day, the room was cleaned real late and the coffee wasn't replenished nor cups left, no new towels were left in the bathroom. The rooms are very dark with the new light bulbs that you can't read. Overall not what we expected.

We booked at the last minute due to a change of plans. People were wonderful through the booking, accommodation, getting a room ready when we arrived early and were gratious through the entire stay. We reserved a king suite & were upgraded to oceanfront with out asking. Room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed morning roomservice and headed downstairs to the spa which was perfect!

I wasn't happy finding out I was being charged 20.00 a night "resort" fee. For a hotel that doesn't offer wireless internet in the rooms, it's a bit much. The hotel is already priced at a premium, as are its services. Adding insult to injury was a bit much. I was told upon checking in that I was being upgraded. Sounded good, only to realize I was given […] the room I paid for. It was to be an ocean view room. The balcony we had, faced the parking lot. The only way to see the ocean was to angle yourself hard looking out one of the window's. If this was an upgrade, I pity what my actual room might have been. The staff was nice, especially the bellmen. The restaurant inside is ok, but limited. Shower head was shooting water everywhere but on us. I feel this hotel is 50% over priced. Læs mere

Your view out of the ocean-side rooms makes it appear that you are at sea. Excellent dining, pool & beach complete the package.

my husband and i loved it and we found the hotel to be very accomidating to our 10 month old son.

The fact that weather was PERFECT!!! didn't hurt. But even though the hotel was full, it didn't feel crowded, staff was attentive and hotel amenities were great. One drawback - I could hear my neighbor a bit if I was close to the adjoining door.

The pool area was nasty! There was lots of construction to outdoor pool area, the llounge chairs were covered w roof debris, and so was pool and me while i was laying by pool. awful!!! they also added $20 a day as a service fee which was added to cost of room

There was construction going on which should have been done off season, however we did receive food vouchers for our troubles.

We have stayed at the Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa three times in the past four years for Christmas. We love the convenience of the location, access to the beach, and the relaxing pool area. Our one complaint is that they keep the public areas too cold, and also tend to set the room thermostats at very low temperatures. I really liked the hotel and would have given it 5 stars but there where a few minor things. First, the jacuzzi wasn't as hot as it should have been it was just warm. The fist night we went to the jacuzzi the light wasn't working so we sat there in the dark and there was a ton of sand at the bottom. Next night they at least put a tiki torch out there. […] 2nd there was no bathtub in our room and the shower got clogged but when we called they came right away. We stayed at Christmas and the Christmas brunch was super expensive $42.50 a person. The last complaint was our view was of the parking lot. However, with all that said I would stay there again because it is a nice hotel that is clean and the people who work there are nice. The Bell Boys def work the hardest. Læs mere

we really enjoy this hotel.they are no respector of persons that frequent the hotel we were in rear of hotel overlooking employees parking lot on a low floor and still enjoyed our stay. we got a great rate the bed was hard is our only complaint.we will be back .

Rick at the valet was our first impression and he was awesome. Rick is a keeper. david in pool bar was great too. everyone was actually very nice. the only negative issue was when we were seated for breakfast, none of the waitresses assisted us. i finally got up and went to the bar and got my wife and i our own coffee. then we flagged the hostess and […] she finally got us taken care of. the waitress was unaware that was her section. the hostess/manager comped the breakfast and apologized for the lack of response. we are very happy and really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I stay at hotels often. Nice hotels such as the Gaylord in national harbor and the Fountain Blue Miami. I have never experienced a more wonderful clean well staffed hotel as the Jupiter beach resort. I will recommend this resort to all my friends.

Jupiter Resort and Spa was an outstanding hotel, both for food and location on the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would return there again for an extended stay.

My spa experience was excellent

NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT! I HAD PAID TOP DOLLAR FOR AN OCEAN VIEW I HAD A FRONT ROW VIEW OF THE ROOF OF THE RESTAURANT AND THE SMOKE SMELL AND VIEW OF THE EXHAUST FANS COOKING! THE HOTELS.COM WEBSITE SAY CHECKOUT AT NOON. NOPE THE JUPITER RESORT SAYS 11AM I WAS A BIT UPSET AS I HAD 4 KIDS TO TAKE CARE OF AND PACK FOR AND LOST THAT HOUR! my husband and i were at the facility years ago (early 90's) and decided to return for a mid-week birthday escape. we live 20 miles away !! from the first moment driving up the beautifully landscaped and tropical dirveway , being greeted immediatly by a friendly and helpful doorman, to the fabulous oceanfront room, it was pure paradise. many nice areas […] to be out of the way, and there was always a helpful staff member to assist, but not be intrusive. the manager came by frequently to chat and check on us. really #1 in customer service and accomodations. we stayed gratis until 2 pm and that was a fab perk. loved it and we are locals so the tourist must think they died and went to heaven !!! Awsome best hotel in the area

I was in West Palm for two weeks with work, then I flew my husband and two year old down and we transferred to Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa. We couldn't have been happier. What a wonderful getaway!! We will definitely go back.

This was my 2nd time staying at this Resort and for the 2nd time it exceeded my expectations. Absolutely a beautiful Resort. A must stay. 5 mins from boat rentals and fishing charters. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful!! Everything was Great!

Very nice resort in a great location. Pool area is small and crowded and the beach area is very small. I ended up going two miles down the road to Juno Beach which is large and beautiful. Great blue/green water. I was in room 226 which had an horrendous view. It was on the second floor and looked directly into the ventilation system and fans of the […] kitchen. These units where above the bottom of the window level and blocked all views. the only view, was the view of the smoke coming out of the fans. When I checked in, the person at the desk was courteous did a great job and told me that the room had a bad room, but the hotel was full and I could move to a new room in two days. When I went to check about moving two days later, I was told that moving was impossible because 125 guest were checking in that day. They took my cell phone number and said that they would call me the next day with a room change, They never called. The horrendous view spoiled the stay in that hotel and the hotel would make no accommodation to get me a better room. Stay somewhere else. Læs mere

This hotel was perfect for a family...the hotel, room and staff were great...We preferred to eat poolside than inside. The beach in front of the hotel is indeed small and rocky...however, my kids enjoyed a short walk on the beach to a strech with no rocks...problem solved! I would definitely come back again.

We were at the hotel for only one night but enjoyed happy hour at the bar by the pool and had a great run on the jogging/walking path along the beach in the morning.

We booked this hotel based on their website and it wasn't at all worth the price they charge. We got a good deal thru hotels.com but even at that rate it wasn't worth it. We checked out the next day and went down the road about 2miles to the Fairfield Inn got suite for $95.00 and it was great! The young lady at the front desk & the 2 gentleman who […] always opened the front door were superb!! However, when we went out to the bar by the pool around 6:30 it was apparent that the bartender was ready to close and go home. Great place for couples or families. We had an amazing stay with our family. We stayed in an oceanfront room and had breakfast on our balcony each morning with an amazing view. The hotel has access to lounge chairs/umbrellas on the beach but it is an extra charge from a private company. Staff was attentive.
