Stayed in one of the 2 bedroom villas. Very spacious and well appointed. Perfect for a family or golf buddies looking for privacy and room to spread out.

We stayed in a Villa, 2bed 2bath. The rate was less than renting two separate rooms. This was more like renting a house vs. staying in a hotel, granite countertops, very comfortable furnishings, clean, modern, 2 master suites, and very quiet. Pool was immaculate, smaller size hot tub, and too many chemicals, but overall OK. Great location, can walk […] to lots of local eateries, trader joes, walgreens across the street. Læs mere

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The room was beautiful and very clean. The hotel was near to excellent restaurants, some in walking distance. I left some clothing items in the room and security fedex them back the next day without charge, and very happy to do so.

First off I would say this is a hotel that does discriminate against hotel.com patrons. I was giving a room next to a room they were rennovating so there was non-stop noise every weekday until 5 or 6pm. I was in AZ for business and even using earplugs I could not take an afternoon nap one day or get work done another day. The hallways also make you […] ill when you get off the elevator becuase it smells like rotting fish. When I asked about it they said it was from walpaper glue fumes. Whatever it is, they should not put people on the floor until the smell is gone. Most of the staff was very pleasant but for the fact they are putting people in rooms that should not be used. But I have a peeve with hotels that have maid that cannot speak basic English like shampoo, vacumm, tissue, etc. Also I have a peeve against maids that take things off tables and throw them away. If I wanted to throw it away I would have put it in the garbage. The food in the restaurant and room service was good and prompt. The health club and spa are basic and small. Fine for business travelers but if you want a spa resort this is not the place to stay. In the end, some things were great, most of the service and the food. Other things were terrible, the room smell & noise. Had they disclosed that construction was going on in advanced I would have stayed elsewhere. Læs mere

Stayed in the villas. Gated. Very nice and spacious. Get situated during the day, though, if your first time. Not enough light. Key entry at the gate has no light either. You will be fumbling like I did if you arrive after sunset. Villas are 1000 feet away from the hotel, gym, restaurant and other amenities.

We do a girls trip every year to Scottsdale. We stay at this hotel most years...it is convenient, quiet and always pleasant. We'll be back!!

Hotel and location were great, close to everything, I just wished they would have had a few more things for kids. It was very quiet and we were able to take our dog. I would stay there again but if traveling with our kids I will stay at a different Hotel with more kids entertainment.

My wife forgot her phone charger and sandals.We called 3 times to check at lost & found and they just shined us on all 3 times- not there problem. Hotel was nice, bur, complementary coffee during the week, was charged for over the weekends, fairly tacky I thought.

Took an overnight "staycation" and was disapointed. First the good. The staff was great. Helpful, good use of 10-5 rule, etc. The location was surrounded by some of the nicest neighborhoods in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Lots of very nice restaurants close by. Now the bad. The property did not feel at all like a hilton. Our plans changed and we were able […] to leave the kids behind so we didn't need two beds anymore. When I asked if we could modify our reservation to a single bed they informed me it would be an upgrade charge so we were stuck with two very small beds. One of the beds really needed to be replaced, and both were very clunky and uncomfortable. The pool area was a joke when compared to other resorts in the area. There was no beverage service at the pool despite the fact that there was a lounge located next to the pool. They really should re-flag this as a super 8 rather than a hilton. Læs mere

I would highly recommend this hotel for a number of reasons; the location is just minutes from heart of Scottsdale and shopping at Fashion Sqaure. We stayed in the villas and it was superb; large living area with kitchen as well as 2 separate bedrooms on opposite sides of villa. It opened up into a nice patio area with a pool for villa guests. Quality […] restaurants and shopping were just outside villas within convenient walking distance. For a family with older children or two families traveling together these villas would be an excellent choice. The hotel staff was nice and helpful, the villa size was just right, living space accomodating and the bedrooms very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Læs mere

This was the perfect retreat for our family. The villas are great for a small family; the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. I must say what the hotel lacks in amenities are made up by the quality of service. The hotel employees were great! If you can afford to pay a little more do the villas. Well done Hilton Resort employees.

The Villas at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort more than filled our needs during our girls golf getaway. Excellent location with the added advantage of a kitchen and nice living area for gathering. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great staff

The only real negative was the lack of sound insulation between our room and the room next to ours. It sounded like they were in the room with us. We had to go to sleep with the TV on to drown out their normal conversation. The people in the adjacent room were not being loud.

This place was gorgeous. We loved it. We wished we could have stayed longer. Even in the cold weather we were able to enjoy the heated pools. The landscaping and the exterior was well kept. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Great lobby and excellent dining options.

This hotel was in great condition and the rooms were very nice. I was traveling on business and would have liked to have free wi-fi.

overal quality of the room was nice and comfy. the cleaniness of the entire hotel was very impressive. my wife and i both stated from the start that it was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at and we travel quite a lot being military. the view out of the window wasnt much, but it was nice and quiet and peaceful. i definitely stay at this location […] again Læs mere

Ordinary place nothing fancy. Nice pool though. Extremely thin walls! Person in room next to us was talking on phone could hear every word.

This was a nice hotel and we got a very good rate due to the hot time of year we went. Our first room had a temperature control unit that would make a horrible noise every time it cycled off. After it was not fixed on my first request I called the front desk again and the maintenance guy came up and said yeah I cannot fix it so there is nothing I can […] do. We are full so we cannot move you and we don't have another unit to replace it with so you will just have to live with it until we can move you. I did not sleep for 2 nights very well due to the sound that went off every 15-30 minutes. The unit was 2 feet from the bed. When we did move our new room had no problems. But this had obviously been a problem previously and they had done nothing to fix it before our arrival. They do like to charge for everything at this hotel. We went to the gym a few times and were surprised to find a fifteen dollar charge added to our room for each day we used it making the daily rate on our room more expensive. Other hotels the gym is included in your stay. The internet did not work very well for the ten dollars a day they charged us and when we expressed our frustration over it they just credited us one day instead of more days of charges as the internet only worked 10% of the time. The hotel made no accommodations to us for not being able to move or the internet so my recommendation is that if you can stay at a regular hotel for about the same price that does not have "Resort" attached to it your internet will be included in the room cost and so will the use of the gym. I travel for business often and never pay for internet or gym usage at a regular hotel. And the regular hotels have pools too. The additional charges added twenty five dollars a day to our room charge. Læs mere

This was our final hotel stop of a 12 day road trip starting in Los Vegas. We had already stayed at four other hotels. This one topped all of them.

The Hotel was very good for us because of the condition and closeness to my sons and their families. I was very happy with eveything with the hotel and stay with them. I would definitely stay there again.

Long faces everywhere but the bell boy greeted me. The hostess at Blue Fire (restaurant inside) smiled when she talked to her manager but never to the guests in in 4 days. Front desk acted like we were making her work. Never been to a resort so unhappy to get my money. Funny how that makes or breaks your stay.

We stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom villa. It was great. Check-in was very smooth. Even greeted with brownies. Everyone very friendly and knowlegeable. As for the villa,it was very roomy and clean. The kitchen was stocked with necessary cooking items but would be complete if it had simple spices like salt and pepper. There was a full size washer and dryer […] in room for people staying longer. The beds were very comfortable but the walls between units are thin. You can hear people in the next villa but only when you are in the bedrooms. Was pleasantly surprised that the villa pool is saltwater. Had it mostly to ourselves. We highly recommend this facility and look forward to our next visit Læs mere

Wir haben hier für zwei Nächte als einer der ersten Stationen auf unserer Rundreise hier übernachtet. Grundsätzlich ist anzumerken, dass es ein ausgesprochenes Business-Hotel ist (auch vom Plubikum, es fanden mehrere Kongresse statt) und Urlaubsatmosphäre nicht so richtig aufkommt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön groß. Wir haben nach Besichtigung des gebuchten […] Zimmers gegen einen geringen Aufpreis in ein Zimmer am Pool getauscht, damit wir wenigstens abends ein bisschen draussen sitzen konnten (obwohl das bei guten 40 Grad auch abends noch sehr heiß und feucht war). D.h. normalerweise keine Balkone bis auf die EG-Zimmer. Ansonsten gewohnter Hilton-Standard, die Zimmer sind recht neu und komfortabel eingerichtet. Einmal haben wir das Frühstücksbuffet genommen, dass sehr umfangreich war. Scottsdale ist ein "Retortenort", ohne Auto (auch wegen der Hitze) nicht zu besichtigen. Auch das Hotel liegt etwa 8 Fahrminuten von der Downtown (auf deren Besichtigung man meines Erachtens verzichten kann). Schön sind die Shopping-Center - trotzdem würde ich den Ort für eine Rundreise nicht mehr einplanen. Total überflüssig war nach unserem Empfinden der Besuch von Cosanti, das kann man sich allemal sparen. Læs mere
