Wonderful Beds, Great lounge. Close to NOS Center and restaurants.

This is a great place to stay for business or pleasure. There is not a lot in this area but you can not go wrong with this hotel especially for business. I travel two to three times a week and I have never received such good customer service. Everyone went out of their way from the top to the bottom. Thanks everyone!!

This hotel I always choose because of its location. It is close to the NOS event center and restaurants. Perfect for events.

The hotel and staff were fantastic and even let us check in 3 hours early for no additional fee. My only concern was the area of town.

I will not be staying at the Hilton again. Very disappointing hotel. Not a good value for the money. I will stay down the road a bit and get breakfast, internet, a microwave and refrigerator added to my stay.

This is a bare bones hotel if I ever saw one! Most hotels are competitive and want to entice you to come back and stay with them again. The Hilton, apparently, could care less. If you want anything more than the bed, you pay for it - including internet. There is no microwave, small refrigerator, beverages in the lobby, or customer service area where […] you can purchase small items you forgot. There is also no fan in the bathroom - time to update! Nice and comfortable. Had a problem with the door but I informed the front desk they fixed it while. We were at breakfast. Very quick response. My stay was relaxing.

Had the best stay. Luxury room and all that comes with it. Great price! So many wonderful places to eat nearby. Right off the freeway! Wonderful Staff! 5 Star experience!

I was very pleased with my stay at the Hilton - San Bernadino. Mostly, the beds were awesome. I've been frequenting a lot of hotels lately, and this one was by far the best! I slept great -- it was quiet, and they put me in a room facing on the other side of the freeway when I asked. Well, we chose this hotel for their 'complimentary' internet and ease of access but it turns out that if you want to access it wirelessly from your room you have to pay, otherwise you have to plug your laptop at the business center or use their desktop computers. Amenities in the hotels.com website for this hotel say that internet is 'complimentary' […] but they forgot to add that is complimentary in the business center. I must first say that the staff was always very friendly and helpful. Beyond that, this hotel was extremely disappointing. I learned a valuable lesson - don't wait until midnight to turn down your sheets and check your bedding. When I was ready for bed I found dirty tissue and long black hair (I'm blond) among the sheets. At that point it was so late […] and I was too tired to switch rooms or have them come change my sheets. I just slept on top. The next morning when I went to take a shower I found the drain and walls of the shower also had that same long black hair in multiple places and there was no shampoo or conditioner. The tub drained slowly, which was particularly gross with someone else's hair in the tub. The last disappointment was the internet service or lack thereof. I was there for business and luckily have a mobile hotspot because the internet was extremely weak and too slow to use. I expect more from a Hilton. I'll just stay at the Hampton Inn next time. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very affordable. Our son's baseball team was in town for one night and the boys had a great time in the pool. Great stay, good night's sleep, no complaints - I'm always good with that.

Very nice staff. So cordial and welcoming. The hotel was nice and the location was ideal for my visit to the nearby hospital. The only gripe I have is the size of the elevators. If you are traveling with children in a stroller, be prepared to split the family up and take the elevator in separate trips. The two elevators were EXTREMELY small. This Hilton in San Bernardino was on Hospitality Lane. And the service of this hotel was such...people were very hospitable. hahaha...However, one thing should be addressed...the elevators were way too small and even tho there was a bell person to haul your luggage,,,he wasn't there at all times of the night and also there were only 2 trolleys to haul […] the suitcases if you had to do it yourself. This is where the elevators come in. Once you got the trolley onto the elevator, you barely fitted saying nothing about anyone else going to the same room. Another thing, if you have more than one computer in the family and you wanted to use their broadband service, you had to pay 45 dollars A PIECE for the whole week. I realize that there is a business section in the lobby for all to use. But, if you are in your jammies and wanted to do work in your room and another person wanted to use thier computer, you should be able to run off the same broadband service for ALL computers in the same room. The food in the restaurant that was in the hotel, was delicious. But, we are used to having free breakfasts from other similar chain of hotels. I had a nice stay in this hotel, but when I left in a hurry I forgot a brand new Shirt hanging in the closet. I called the next day and the day after that. Nothing!! We found Nothing, Bull!! Where did all the Honest people go, I know 98 percent of honest people work for Costco. Too bad I didn't leave my shirt there:(

It seems we've run into this problem more often than not lately. I believe hotels are cutting costs and reducing staff so that fewer hands are preparing rooms leading to delayed ck in times. We were told 3:00 PM, got back 4:30 PM room still not ready. A few walkie takies later the rooms were ready. About 4:50 before we got into the room. Very clean and comfortable room with excellent service, good amenities. Convenient to I-10 and junction with I-215, and very quiet.

Great hotel to stay in for any event in San Bernardino; it's only 2 miles away from the NOS Event Center. A taxi ride from the hotel to the center was $20. Only problem I had with the hotel is that you need a room key/card to use the elevator. Which was annoying because we had a large group and not enough keys. Also, the elevators are REALLY small […] . This hotel is close to Loma Linda, CA and Loma Linda University Medical Center. Convenient to many dinning locations along hospitality lane. Rooms were clean and simple decor. Hilton Garden Inn is likely newer property but found rates here very reasonable. Would recommend Hotel upgrade to flat screen TV's and quieter AC units. Found staff, helpful, […] service good. Wednesday night they have a reception to meet staff and they serve food and drinks. Wireless wifi not in room. Business center was functional. Læs mere

While we stayed there there was a wedding each night. Our room was still quiet and comfortable. The staff including the bar and reasturant were all very pleasant and took the time to greet my family and wish us well. The beds were comfy and the breakfast buffet was above our expectations. I will be staying again.

We (two adults, my wife and I) spent two consecutive nights, Saturday and Sunday at the hotel. We had used this hotel several times in the past. I initially I booked one night (Saturday). Big surprise! An extra person fee ($16.50) was added to the quoted room rate (two adults rather than one adult?). I thought the quoted rate was always for double occupancy. […] Evidently, the quoted rate is for a person, not a room. I don’t know if that is a one time charge for multiple nights or a per night charge. Later, I realized that I needed reservations for two nights. When I tried to modify my reservations to include one more night, I was informed that I couldn't do it online so I had to call an agent at Hotel.com. There I learned that if I modified my reservation there would be a penalty so I would be better off making a brand new reservation for the extra night. The rate for Sunday night was $20 more than the rate for Saturday night. Again I was charged an extra person fee of ($16.50). Now I had two separate reservations for a two-night stay. Upon checking in to the hotel on Saturday, I was told that I could not check in for the second night even though we would not be changing rooms. I would have to come to the desk the next morning (before 12 noon to avoid a penalty) and check out for Saturday and then check in for Sunday night (goodbye sleeping in late on Sunday morning). The room was an ordinary room, supposedly non-smoking, but it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. When we complained to the desk, we were informed that the whole hotel was non-smoking so there was no better room to move us to. So, why do they offer the option during the booking process? The fan in the room was so loud at its lowest setting that we had to turn it off (this also turned off the A/C). Then the room became too hot to be comfortable. We could still hear the fan in the rooms adjacent to ours going on and off. Since all we used the room for was to sleep, groom, and change clothes, we would have Læs mere

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was nice and all the facilities were in excellent condition. The location is great too-right off the freeway and in walking distance to many restaurants.

I enjoyed our stay at the hotel, I would recommend it to anyone who needs a room in the area. Unfornately, the area was not of choice. But, we had a wedding to attend in the area and this was the nicest most reasonable hotel around. We were very grateful to find this hotel. My only complaint was I had asked for a refrigerator and crib to be in our room […] and it wasn't. I was ok without the refrigerator but, I definately needed the crib. This hotel worked well for our trip to UC Riverside's Cross Country Invitational. There we several restaurants located nearby. Overall it was a good value.

All the great amenities of a Hilton hotel at the price of a budget hotel. great service, excellent staff and clean and high quality facilities!! would definitely stay here again!

The stay was comfortable. The location was very good as it was just off the highway. We would not have mind paying a little bit more if breakfast was included (at least continental breakfast). IHOP is just next door so it still worked out well. Staff was friendly! The crib was brought to our room promptly at night and the staff even spread out the […] sheets in the crib for us. This hotel is located right off the 10fwy and is in walking distance to a number of nice restaurants. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable...although it was a little softer than I am used to. I was annoyed though, to pay about $50/week for internet services. We also had to pay $10/day for a fridge in the room. These seem like small things […] and should be included. They do have a nice restaurant on site and a nice bar/lounge.
