Fint hotel med meget kort gå afstand til Universal Studios. Gode parkerings forhold, og behagelige værelser.Også nemt at komme videre rundt i LA, hvis man har bil.

Rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til LAX og super med shuttle service. Lidt uheldig med swimmingpoolområde var under reperation, vi blev henvist af en lidt smart receptionist til nabohotel, hvor der var mange problemer med at komme ind. Gode værelser.

Hotellet er lille, men rigtig hyggeligt. Værelserne er rimelig små, men pladsen er udnyttet godt og har alt hvad man skal bruge. Værelserne er pæne, rene og hyggelige. Personalet er super søde og MEGET hjælpsomme. Morgenmadsbuffeten er lille med et lille udvalg, men stadig fin og nok til at starte dagen på. Hotellet ligger et par hundrede meter fra Beverly Centret, som har et hav af butikker (inkl Macy´s og Bloomingdales) og en håndfuld spisesteder. Skråt over for hotellet ligger der også et supermarked/stor kiosk som har åbent 24 timer i døgnet. Beliggenhed er lidt svært at tale om når man er i LA, da byen er kæmpe stor og har mange områder, men Beverly området er et af de pænere områder og Hollywood Boulevard og Sunset Boulevard ligger ca 10 min i bil op af sidegaden. Hotellet kan helt klart anbefales og er et hotel vi godt kunne vende tilbage til hvis vi igen skulle komme forbi LA.

Vi blev opgraderet gratis til en suite, som var rigtig fin, ren og rummelig. Vi valgte stedet pga afstanden til Dinseyland, ellers ville vi ha boet tættere på centrum. Det eneste minus ved stedet var, at det gratis internet desværre ikke virkede i de 5 dage vi var der:( Resten var tip top.

Residence Inn on Torrance is just at the corner of Hawthorne where all the activities are. When we arrived we were in time for a guests cocktail hour. After a 3000 miles tour of Calif, Nevada, Utah and many nice hotels and nice guests, we ended up in this hotel. Honestly, we have never seen such a poor service in the USA.... Our rooms (2 queens + sofa beds booked) were sold to someone else, we ended up in a small room with not enough space for all of us, the lobby folks were rude, the breakfast was […] terrible with 200 people in the line, at 9:20 am the waistress decided to close the buffet when the guests were still in line and the buffet was supposed to close at 9:30... I would have to say that this hotel was probably the cleanest hotel I've been in and I have been in many, some much more expensive and higer rated. The service was excellant and the room was very very nice. The beds were very comfortable and we slept like babies. The surroundings were attractive and quiet. "Nice hotel- rooms could've been more spacious"
The Suite hotel is not exactly spacious...more like the Extended stay rooms and not bigger as we were hoiping looking at the room photos. B/fast is good....its close to several Food stores and restaurants and few miles away from beaches...so all in all satisfied.

We got into town earlier than expected and they allowed for us to check in early. The rooms were huge compared to a regular hotel room. We didn't get to stay long enough to enjoy their pool, tennis court or basketball court, but to have them there and at the price is pretty awesome. It was nice, comfortable residence. Good location for shopping, dinning. Rooms were very clean, Internetm people were very nice. Good for stay with fmaily.

Enjoyed my stay at the Torrance location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Exceeded my expectations. Pool was nice, jacuzzi was relaxing, BBQ grills were clean and the firepit was a great way to end the night. Made smores...yummy. Definitely would stay again
We were pleased with everything. Make sure you request an upper level room. Footsteps and kids running around above were unsatisfactory.

This is definitely going to be my hotel choice in Torrance from now on. The hotel is very well decorated, warm color combination and brand new condition. Breakfast is awesome and so is the staff. A two thumb up hotel, especially for the price.

"Refined decor but painfully loud"
Wouldn't recommend a stay here unless you can guarantee a second floor room. Sleep was destroyed by the hollow thump and light creaking of every step taken in the room above me.

The hotel was very clean and the daily breakfast was convenient and more than your typical continental breakfast. The staff were accomodating and helpful. The hotel itself was conveniently located with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We would stay there again. "Close to everything"
This location allowed me to visit friends and family in various parts of Redondo Beach, Harbor City and Torrance in 20-30 minutes. The room had a full kitchen, and the property was well lit, clean, and had security late in the evening. I will stay here on my next visit to this area.

when I checked, I noticed a slight dog odor. It apparently came from the carpet. The Residence Inn is a perfect place for families. They provide a buffet breakfast, which was more than your standard continental breakfast. Overall, the staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful, the rooms were spacious, and the hotel grounds itself were very park-like (e.g., basketball courts; picnic tables) and family friendly. We wanted a hotel during all vacations close to Los Angeles and the beaches and this was a perfect intermediate location at a good price to accomodate the whole family. We are a couple with two daughters, plus my mom, so this hotel rooms are excellent, they have pleny of space, two double beds,plus sofa bed, beautiful kitchenette with big fridge/microwave, […] utensils, everything that you need to cook if you want to stay or make something simple for your kids. "No king size beds in this whole hotel"
My husband and I usually stay in a room with a king size bed. However, this whole place had NO king size beds. It was really unfortunate given we had to stay here for 4 nights. It also smelled like a smoking room even though we were told it was not a smoking room.

I took this room because I wanted Residence Inn and needed a room away from airport and freeway noise. Little noise so it was easy to sleep. Service was great and food was fine. Overall great but I would get if on sale. I have always been blessed with outstanding rooms by Residence Inns but this one had old fixtures that were falling off. We chose this hotel based on the favorable reviews on hotels.com. The staff was excellent, friendly, available, and always willing to assist. In room internet was dependable and included. The lobby has 2 computers with printers should you need to print something. Breakfast was good.
