nice hotel for good price

Everything was very nice and clean, the only thing I did not like is that the pool and hot tub were across by the parking lot and not close to the building.

There was a mechanical problem with the shower in my room. I brought this to the attention of the front desk worker when I left and received only a "thank you for letting us know" response. I would have appreciated some further accommodation for the inconvenience but none was forthcoming. Also, I don't like having animals in the hotel. I find it disgusting […] to have animals staying in the rooms, walking through the public areas and then urinating and defecating outside the hotel. We've been to many hotels, including 5 star hotels in the past. The service amazed us!!! The front desk staff went out of their way to help accommodate our special requests for our son in the autism spectrum. We asked for a fridge and received one with a microwave for $15.00 in less than twenty minutes. Our son enjoyed their hot tub outside. The temperature […] was in the 70's but windy so it felt much cooler. Towels readily available. Awesome restaurant on the premises with average prices to Applebee's or Red Lobster. We did not try the food but heard it was great from other guests. We ordered Dominoe's Pizza and it was awesome!!! LOVED EVERY MINUTE. THANK YOU GUYS!!! Læs mere

I am very particular regarding cleanliness of a hotel room, especially a bathroom. The bathroom tub had hair and "debris" still in it upon our arrival. Front desk sent someone up immediately to clean it. Very friendly and accomodating staff. A/C did not properly cool the room while we were in it but I i did not report it being as it was 3am. Had a great one night stay, reasonable price and close to everything I needed. For work or play this is a great hotel. Restaurant is stuck a bit in the late 80's but food was OK!!

Great room, great service. well maintained Hotel. I have stayed twice within a few weeks and I would certainly stay again. they have heated pool, and hot tub, tennis court as well.

The hotel is very nice, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Even though I had booked through hotels.com at a lower rate, they treated me like my comfort/experience was important. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a good job keeping up with the toiletries. The bell captain was attentive and took note of my coffee creamer preferences. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. I wish I could have stayed longer.

While it is an older, renovated hotel and the bathtubs extremely narrow and small, the staff and room/housekeeping were outstanding! One elevator seemed to be down while we were there but had no real significant wait. Our rooms were made up beautifully and once we had the air conditioning on and continuous running, it stayed very comfortable. However, […] we had brunch in the restaraunt and the hostess was rather rude and unpleasant. DId not care for the 20% gratiuty added to our ticket when the servers were stretched way too thin and we had to ask/wait for everything long after we needed it (tea refills/silverware/salt & pepper, etc). Again, not the servers fault, they were always running and trying to keep up, no slacking from them at all! Plus there was no air conditioning on while we were eating and it was three walls/ceiling mad of glass and 85 degrees outside. Would NOT recommend eating in. However, we did use room service one night and they were fantastic for both service & food quality. Doubt that we will stay there again, but it is handy location and excellent customer service. The hotel and its staff was excellent! Everyone was very helpful and we were able to check in early when we got into town earlier than expected. Will definately return!

We realized on our first morning there that our shower had a stopped drain. A maintenance person visited our room within a few minutes but couldn't fix the problem. We were promptly upgraded to a suite, and a bellman was at our room within minutes to help move our belongings. I was very impressed with the service. I was a little surprised that, although […] the room was quite nice, there was no refrigerator or microwave available in the standard room - you'll have to book a suite or executive room for those amenities. I worried about the noise level, since this hotel is close to the airport, but it was not a problem at all. You should request a room away from the elevator if possible, since the sound of the elevator dinging is very audible in surrounding rooms. Overall, we were very happy with this hotel! Læs mere

My wife and I came down to visit family for Christmas. We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The woman at the registration desk was very nice. I wish I remembered her name. She was exceptional as well as the bellman. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed a great few days in this hotel. We had to be in Florida for a funeral and it was great being able to retreat to a comfortable environment.

Very convenient to visiting Florida tech campus.

Nice hotel. Did not have a refrigerator for my restaurant leftovers.

I was not impressed by this hotel. I thought the Lobby gleamed and was impressive, but once I arrived on the my floor and entered my room. I was not Impressed. I have an expectation of the Hilton name, to be a premium. But this is not what I received. The bath tube had rust, and the drain would not stay up. You have to prop it open to drain the water. […] I would have complained but I'm not changing rooms at 10PM when I finally decide to to use the shower. Overall, I expected more from the Hilton name and was left disappointed. I'll be choosing another hotel chain next time. Læs mere

We had a good night after a day of air travel. The hotel is clean and quiet. I was very pleased with the gym and found it to be well equipped, clean, and spacious.

Great room, slept very well after a long day. Front desk staff are very friendly. Definitly worth coming back to stay.

The bed was very comfortable.. However, the a/c did not work properly and I was very hot during the night. I was busy in the am and did not have a chance to speak to anyone.

plus a lovely restaurant with very reasonable prices and the same menu served in the bar. The swimming pool was great with towels supplied as well as basket balls & tennis gear. All the staff seemed to be busy all the time but all had time for every guest, nothing was too much trouble. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Located very near the airort and about 10 minutes from the beach.

This was a tough one for me. I had a nice stay at the hotel, but there were some down sides. Negatives: First, I love a hotel with Breakfast and this one doesn't have it unless you want to fork out some major cash in the in hotel restaurant. Second, no fridge in the rooms. Plan to take a cooler with you. Third, there was a definite conference feel […] to this hotel. I know they have the facilities to host one, but it wasn't that warm "hotel" feeling. Fourth, The neighborhood is a little on the run down side. There were some places to eat, but lots of strip malls with closed shops seemed to be the norm. Lastly, there was one gentleman running the desk when we were checking in. He proceeded to answer two phone calls before helping us check-in. They appeared to need more help at the desk. Positives: The hotel was very clean and orderly. The lobby was beautiful with plenty of seating for the bar and restaurant situated between several fountains and falls. The gym is spectacular it you want to get your sweat on.The very busy gentleman at the desk was able to make a recommendation for a nicer place to eat and called them to make sure we would be able to eat out of the rain (major bonus points here). Last positive, I'm not a huge fan of people coming in my room and the hotel staff was mindful of the "Do Not Disturb" sign and didn't enter during my stay. Overall, I wasn't super impressed with the place. The Hilton name helped me to pick this place because they tend to be a little nicer. I've found better accommodations for cheaper prices elsewhere. Would I go back to stay....Probably, but my expectations would be lower. Læs mere

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable but you would think the Hilton could afford a contintental breakfast. Also when we checked in we could have been told that the pool was being worked on. That was a big disappointment. I also could of done better with a room away from the elevator. I heard dings all night!

This hotel was very clean and nice. Although we really wanted to enjoy the pool and spa-which happened to be closed and we were not informed/notified until we checked in and was ready to enjoy the water, overall the stay was amazing. I would definately stay again, maybe next time I'll get to enjoy the pool and spa.

We were there for Memorial Weekend. Great stay. Friendly staff, nice work out room and comfortable bed. Only thing, pool wasn't available and the rooms have no refrigerators. Other than that, typically what I would expect from Hilton.
