God service på hotellet. Det er ikke det bedste kvarter i san diego, men det var ikke ubehageligt at være der. Det ligger dejlig tæt på motorvejen (som ikke kan høres på hotellet)

Hotellet var valgt fordi der var mulighed for morgenmad. Morgenmaden bestod af en bakke med diverse kager. Når bakken var tom blev den ikke fyldt op igen, så stod du i receptionen efter kl. 8.45 var det bare bad-luck. Skulle hver eneste dag bede om ekstra håndklæder, der blev kun leveret 2 stk. på trods af at vi var registreret med 4 personer. Fjernbetjeningen […] til fjernsynet virkede ikke og på trods af påtale af dette skete der intet. Filtret i kaffemaskinen på værelset var stoppet med det resultat af hele badeværelset sejlede i kaffe. I enjoyed my stay, The room was clean with no problems. I plan to stay there again the next time I in San Diego. The young lady at the front desk did a great job. She was very helpful and kind. A big plus for the hotel.

The only downsize was the continental bfast...... just coffee and danishes. Very nice hotel otherwise.

We just needed a place to lay our head without any major amenities required. This hotel for the price, was very clean, comfortable and met our needs!

The worst hotel experience ever. As soon as we start heading to our room we smell weed coming from the downstairs neighbors and we smelt it the next day. The next day after housekeeping cleaned our room, we came back to our room. My husband notied the bottom drawer of the dresser sticking out. He tried pushing it in but something fell behind the drawer […] and blocked it from staying shut. He pulled the drawer out and to our shock and disgust, it was an enormous pen- is. I immediately called front desk and she said she was the only one and she couldn't come to remove it. I would never stay here again nor recommend this hotel. And we were trying to have a nice romantic V-day weekend. Læs mere

It could be a great motel! But... It needs to be updated in a major way. It advertised breakfast, a Danish and coffee? I looked for a inexpensive motel close to Coranado ,but didn't expect such a dump.

The Vagabond Inn,Chula Vista, is a nice little hotel south of San Diego. It's frwy close and there's plenty of of resturants close by. Not an upscale neighborhood but felt safe and walked to nearby shops. Only negative, continental breakfast? Which continent??

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast runs out very early.

Clean and convenient for downtown Chula Vista and close to I-5. John F.

Hotel served its purpose, a last minute choice convenient to the end destination.

I have enjoy the time I have spend at this motel. I think for the price and the room it is a great deal. All the staff and maids do a great job.

Very comfortable beds. Had great sleep. Will return again.

The bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and heater was quiet. Staff were very polite and helpful. Convenient to the Interstate and easy to find.

A good price for a good room to stay for a little. I was a little paranoid about the ants that I read from pervious comments but when I got there I was impress on how clean and comfortable the room is. And the best part no ants. I will recommend this place. =)

They charged me $5 for a lost room key. The credit card sized piece of plastic cost $5. And there is a nice view of the trailer park next door. I don't recommend this place.

Room kind of small, but not horrible. Did not like the bathroom because there was no bathtub- there is a drain under the shower spout and another one in the middle of the bathroom floor. The shower head is also not fixed- it's one of those portable ones. Otherwise, the rest of the room was fine.

There was a lot noise by the morning for the people cutting the grass very close at the rooms

VERY QUITE AND HAD A PLEASENT STAY. I HAVE USED THIS HOTEL FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. I ONLY HAD TO ASK FOR ONE THINK AND THAT WAS THE HEATER NOT WORKING. BUT THE ROOM WAS NOT THAT COLD AND WE SPENT THE WHOLE WEEK-END IN THE SAME ROOM.

My husband and I stayed at the Vagabond and I was a little skeptical when we approached the location. The staff were freindly and efficient, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room isn't spacious but it was enough for our needs and I felt we got a great bargain. Conveniently located near I-5, a few minutes to downtown San Diego, Las Amricas Outlet Mall in Chula Vista, Tijuana, Coronado, etc. Don't judge this hotel by "the look" from outside or by the surrounding neighborhood. Make sure to ask for a renovated room; comfortable clean bed & clean bathroom, fridge, microwave & wi-fi avail. Coffee & pastries avail […] in the morning, nothing more. this is a moderate hotel with a pool to hang out in the center of the parkade. close to imperial beach if your driving south to mexico good final stop before crossing boarder.

My family and I stayed in two different rooms each nite.When I attempted to contact management they were never available, I left my number with the front desk employee but I was never contacted by any one from the hotel, Both rooms were infested with ants. On the beds and in the bathroom. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a romantic get away and we just loved it! The bed was ultra comfortable and the location was great!!! I definitely recommend this to anyone who just wants to relax and have a good time.

Nice room, good location with easy access to the freeways. The price was great, but an ant invasion was not. In response to my first call, the office sent a maintenance guy who spoke no English, but nodded and smiled as he hauled into the room a can of ant spray and a big bottle of some sort of insect control liquid. He sprayed all over the walls and […] the floor. I was more frightened of the chemicals than the ants! Unfortunately, this scary drenching didn't stop the ant party and I called the office again. The maintenance guy returned with a tube of caulk to seal off the ants' access points. This largely worked and we saw only a couple of critters during the rest of our three-day stay. Two other issues: One, there was one hand towel and one face cloth in the room for two people. A housekeeping person brought extra towels but rationed them like they were gold. Two, the room was not as clean as I would have expected. The wall in the vanity area looked like it had not been recently cleaned. The bathroom floor didn't seem to be very clean, either. Interestingly, the inn provided free wireless Internet access, but blocked access to Yelp. Curious! Læs mere

Its located near stores, restaurants, and the beach its not far from hotel location.

The room size was big enough for 3 adults. Enjoyed a hot hot tub and quiet location. Front desk personnel very friendly .

It would have been nice to know at check in that a breakfast was served in the mornings and where the ice machine was. The location by the pool seems to me to be an unusual place. The shower head was loose and no preasure. The check in service people were less than friendly. Not sure how they maintain their jobs.
