Godt hotel med højt serviceniveau helt centralt i Denver. Værelset dejlig roligt og rent. Rigtig fin morgenmad. Alt i alt et godt hotel til en fin pris.

Noisy, I can hear the noise form my neighbour room. The hotel itself is quite old and looks not good. Breakfast is terrible. Overall not worth the price.

We had a wonderful time. Comfort Inn was our "Way Station" for 18th birthday party activities. The fitness center is perfect and the staff was the best! The hotel is old, but extremely clean and comfortable.

hotel was conveniently located to the conference hotel I had to go to. Rate included free breakfast with eggs, waffles etc, and had free internet. The room did not have a fridge/ or minifridge in the room.

I had a kind corner room. It was nice, the bathroom was nice however, you can hear your neighbor using their facilities, talking on the phone, playing music, etc. I had to call the front desk to have the room next to me turn their music down so I could go to sleep. I was very disappointed considering it was such a nice room. The price was half of The […] Brown Palace which was connected on the second floor for the conference I was attending which is why I decided to book this hotel. This isn't a luxury hotel, but for the location it is in, this place served my needs for my trip. Service was very pleasant and the free breakfast was nice. Beds weren't the most comfy though (on the firm side). The room and bathroom were clean. I really liked this hotel it had really nice upgrades and was very clean. It is located in the downtown Denver area which is a great location for many activities. I will stay there again!

Upon arrival, which was late into the evening, we went to our room and found that the TV reported no signal. We called down to the desk, and they sent an engineer to our room within 10 minutes who fixed the problem immediately.

While the room (queen + fold out sofa) was small it was well appointed and appeared fairly recently updated. Cleanliness was very good and the complimentary breakfast certainly adequate. This hotel is located just one block from the fantastic 16th street mall, and is the best value compared against its local competition. The rooms were surprisingly well arranged and stocked. As the title states, finding the parking garage is a nightmare. It took us 3 attempts in heavy traffic to finally figure it out. The fees for parking overnight were outrageous. The rooms are quite small, but the complimentary breakfast, exercise facility and proximity to 16th Mall more than made up for the close quarters for two people. The staff were very nice and it's a nice looking hotel on the inside. Outdoor parking less than a block away is available for far less than the hotel charges.

This hotel served our purposes very well. The quality of the hotel is 'fair.' Centrally located downtown, easy walk to everything fun downtown. Parking was pricey at $28 (not including possible gratuity to the valet staff), but I used it to its full advantage and felt it was worth it. We liked our stay. The only part we did not like was when we read the description of the parking we thought we could park ourselves. We ended up with parking for a fee of $29 a night and no choice. It made the price of the room higher than other rooms in the downtown area. We would have chosen another hotel instead.

This was a great location for an event at the Pepsi Center and shopping at the 16th street Mall. Only had to walk one block and get on the shuttle bus on 16th street Mall. Great stay and a reasonable price.

Overall I was satisfied with the hotel / room. It was fine for a 2-night stay. The room was smaller than I expected, would have been cramped with 2 people. This place is a good deal considering the location. It is close to the 16th St shopping and dining area, so that is a big plus. The hotel wi-fi was no good and the beds weren't great but room was in good condition. Staff was very courteous, so I was happy with the service.

This hotel is quite outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. My main reason for choosing it was the location near the Capitol. Everything was worn and outdated. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Heater fan ran all night leaving me dried out. Breakfast was horrible powdered eggs and almost nothing fresh or appetizing. We were looking for something not too pricey near 16th street. This was perfect. Very high quality for Comfort Inn, definitely on a par with the top tier hotels nearby. I would not hesitate to stay there again when in the city.

The hotel was nice except for the construction going on. We had to deal with hammering and saws until almost 10 pm. It was ridiculous. There was not another room to move to because the entire hotel was being remodeled. All we got was a lame apology.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice location and convenient to downtown. Older rooms but overall well maintained. I have two complaints. The first is that while the wi-fi was free, it was terribly slow. The second is that the bed was not very comfortable. The mattress seemed old and I woke each morning with an achey back.

I was generally quite happy with this hotel-- it was clean, cheaper than others in the neighborhood, had good internet connectivity, and the breakfast was really good (eggs, make your own waffles, yogurt, muffins, juice, etc). This hotel did such a great job from start to finish. When I checked in they informed me that they had upgraded me to a suite. It was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Very close to 16th Street Mall which is where my business event was located. Cab stand located directly across the street which made it even more convenient. I would recommend!

The management fixed a few strange housekeeping issues upon arrival. However, the room was smaller than expected and I was particularly disappointed that there was no reading lamp or lighting in the room other than above the queen size bed. This hotel had an immaculate staff and a really nice complimentary breakfast. It was in a super convenient location and the hotel was in nice condition. My only complaint is that the rooms are a bit small, but they were everything needed for one night.

I've stayed here in the past & I can say it has greatly improved! We were upgraded to a two room suite, was very nice. Could use some new carpets though. It was in great location, we walked everywhere. There's a couple close parking lots I suggest to use since valet parking is $29.

Don't confuse this hotel as budget rate. It is connected to the Brown Palace Hotel, and it is super well located; advantageous. There is a taxi stand literally across the street at Brown Palace; it's on 17th, 1 block off the mall line; and Steuben's and other great Denver restaurants/bars are a slow 10 min. walk just east of this place. Booked into a room that had no towels and one thing in the shower - what looked like a used container of shower gel. Weird debris in the shower, but nothing else really amiss, so we mentioned it to the front desk as we headed out for the night. Upon our return 8 hours later, we find that nothing had been done to remedy our requests - mentioned it again, […] in front of three hotel employees. We were assured it would be taken care of immediately, so we left for another 10-15 minutes...still nothing by the time we'd gotten back. Just after getting into bed, we hear a knock from one of the employees who brought what the room was missing. I was very disappointed that it took two requests, hours apart, to finally get some results, especially for the rate we'd paid. I'm also not sure if it's just the style of how the beds are made there, but our bed was not made with the proper "form-fitting" bottom sheet - instead, it was another flat sheet that was haphazardly tucked in and slipped off as soon as we got into bed. I don't know if there was just confusion or a lack of staff, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the room and the (seemingly) uninterested reaction of the hotel staff when we brought the issues to attention. We have stayed at this hotel in the past, but this trip has certainly made us consider somewhere else on our next trip to downtown Denver. Læs mere

it wasn't very good....the hotel let us know via letter under the door that they were testing the fire alarms the next day at noon.....they started testing the alarms at 10am...my boyfriend and i got the hotel room because we like to party and we had tickets for the who....waking up to loud, obnoxious, fire alarm testing is not exactly what we had in […] mind...also, the rooms are so close together that you hear the slamming of doors throughout the evening and morning....will i stay there again?? probably not...the ramada inn on colfax is batter than this place:) Læs mere

The room was very clean and tidy, but there was not much room. With two double beds and a dresser with tv stand and a table, it was cramped. I had two suitcases and I couldn't open the up and leave them with the amount of space on the floor. The bathroom was nice also and the shower was good.

The hotel it self was nice, room was clean and staff was friendly. Cant beat the location. My only issue was the construction they were doing during my stay. I was not made aware of it when I booked. When I arrived at the hotel there was a notice at front desk saying construction was being done and would be active from 9am til 7 or 8pm at night. They […] were right above my room and started hammering/drilling/making as much noise as possible right above my head at 8am, not 9am. I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Hotel, Denver. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had all of the things I needed. Having a complimentary breakfast was also a great help and much appreciated.

The hotel is shabby. The rooms are tiny. The breakfast is awful. The service is substandard. Great location, and the price is right. But you get what you pay for.

There is a free shuttle from the Amtrak station to the hotel, but it's not advertized, so I walked. Food was okay - yogurt, scrambled eggs, oranges and apples. Lots of white bread. The receptionists were very nice.

Somewhat satisfactory. We had difficulty with the heating system. Room never heated up satisfactorily. The second night when we returned at 11:00 PM we were advised we had to change rooms due to some maintenance issues. They were going to work on the plumbing on the floor above and the management felt that there was a chance that leakage could occur […] and cause harm to us if we touched the light switch.
