Since we were only staying overnight, we expected a good night's rest, but the occupants in the room above us slammed doors, stomped around and continued this periodically between 9pm and 3am. We contacted the front desk 3 times, and they said they would speak to the occupants, but every time we tried to sleep we would hear another loud sound and would […] wake up. Overall the hotel was a great place to stay with kids. Location is excellent. Very clean and comfortable. We had a few kinks at check-in and also check-out. They initially only had one room of the two we booked, however, they handled that and it was fine. Check out is at 11 and by 10:15 housekeeping was knocking on our door. They continued until 10:45 […] when we called the front desk to complain; it's annoying to have them knocking at our door every ten minutes while we trying to get ready to check out. Hotel is older but well maintained. Bathrooms really need updating. Need to choose better window cleaning products. Love the atrium. Pool & hot tubs were clean & perfect temperature. Staff was very nice!

It would have been nice to know that our room was an outside entry room. In order to get to the pool and lounge. Plus there was no elevator on this side of the building which meant we had to lug our bags up the stairs.

The was rust in the refrigerator. The freezer was not cold enough. The springs in the mattress was bad. The birds were a little annoying. Everything else was good.

I could have been more pleased with our accommodations. The front desk was quick, efficient and friendly. The view was spectacular from our balcony room. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The only down side to t was the bed sinking to the middle. Great location and very clean.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting on our private balcony. We had 2 meals in the Atrium Cafe, which were very affordable and delicious. The staff at the front desk and in the Cafe were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in Ocean City.

The room need to be updated a little. the room was clean but old. Most of the time in the room was spent on the balcony watchin the ocean that was great. loved the remodeled atrium area very nice with the pond, birds and fish.

we had a nice stay here. only thing we didn't like was the room ordering, and the food was very little. barely enough for one person. it was on the ocean and view was fantastic. didn't like the hill from the hallway to the office, it is steep and i nearly fell . but i would recommend this hotel to others.

I was disappointed in room and a few other parts of hotel. I tried to take into consideration that there is naturally wear and tear from the sea air. The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom was so old and outdated that it actually gave an unclean appearance with mildew stains and chipped paint etc. The kitchenette was so tiny it was practically […] useless. The first room we had was completely run down. The staff was nice and gave me a different room which was definitely in better condition. The door to the balcony was broken and did not lock. The pull out couch had rust and crud on the frame visible as soon as u opened it. The hallways were dim and outdated. The elevator was filthy and had a foul smell. The atrium, however, was great. The kids loved the birds and the coy pond. The outside pool area was nice. The inside pool and spa tubs, however, not so nice. The pool was in better condition than the spa tubs. When u looked down from the 5th floor u could see the bottom of the spa tubs and I couldnt figure out if it was dirt or if it was just dated. The view from our balcony made it all bearable. That was fantastic. Access to the beach was convenient and enjoyable. This place definitely fits the old saying that u pay for "location". I asked for a refund or to stay one night and be refunded the next 2 but because I paid through expedia I could not be refunded. I was locked in and had to stay. Læs mere

My stay was very nice - this hotel is unique and a lot of fun. There are 5 live parrots and big colorful fish in the pond. There's also a bar and cafe in the restaurant which is very convenient. The hotel is right on the beach, with its own access. I went during Labor Day weekend when Ocean City is packed but the beach wasn't very packed at all. Overall, I"m glad we only stayed here for three nights. We were very disappointed with our room but I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel was very busy. The door to our room had to be pushed very hard to be opened and then to close it, it had to be pushed so hard from the inside, it didn't always close properly. We were always concerned about […] the security because the lock didn't work properly either. When we left the room, it had to be pulled so hard that you had to check and double check that it was actually locked. The carpet was worn and dirty. The bathroom was clean but desparately needed repairs. The microwave did not work. The air conditioning was noisy. The room always felt cold and damp, in spite of adjusting the temperature. The whole place needed updating. We didn't find the staff to be very friendly. We did not use the hotel restaurant. We made our breakfast in our room and went to the south end of Ocean City to have dinner in the evening. There seemed to be a better selection of restaurants there. Overall, we were disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed at other Quality hotels and have never had an experience like this. If we decided to come back to Ocean City, we would definitely book elsewhere. Læs mere

Nice family friendly hotel. Right on the beach with easy access and lot of parking. Will stay here again, hopefully next year.

About average for Ocean City. Beds were pretty comfortable, but pull out couch was not. Room was a bit beat up, but clean. Tropical birds in the atrium fascinated the kids. Cafe in the atrium was fairly cheap and the breakfast there wasn't bad. Staff was friendly. Right on the beach and the parking was free and good.

When you sign up to stay at the Quality Inn, you tame your expectations. It was fine for a 5 day stay, served my needs, and was right on the beach. What else can you ask for? the beds are awful, but again, this is not the Hilton. The staff was nice, rooms were clean, and had no issues. Got to the hotel early at 11 so couldn't check in yet- hit the beach and the outdoor pool for pina coladas. Watched our kids swim in the kids pool and check out the fish and tropical birds. The room was fantastic overlooking the beach! The next day hit the beach and checked out but still had access to all the hotel amenities. We arrived to a nice, clean room. We had trouble with the hosekeeping not coming to our room, we had to go and find them to get new towels, trash emptied, etc. But other than that the hotel was nice, we have stayed there once before and the kids love the birds! We would choose this hotel again.

Our room was very clean. It could be updated. The pillows were very flat, not much to them. The bathroom was also very clean.

Great stay. Excellent room... but the appliances are a little dated. Very clean plenty of towels!! The resturant food is limited . Great for families. Close by excellent eateries!!! Loved the stay!

When we arrived, the elevator was not working so we had to carry our stuff up 3 flights. The beds were not comfortable at all and the room was outdated. The view from the room was wonderful though. It was nice to see the ocean from bed. However, the first of the two nights we were there, a drunk guy was banging on the door next door to us for 3 hours […] straight. We got very little sleep. The next night, the same guy hit the door several times next door before becoming confused and hitting on our door and pushing it. We talked to the front desk and they said they did not have security. They would call the police if needed. I didn't feel safe here, especially traveling with a young child. Our door entry/locking mechanism also broke. With the amount of money we paid to stay here...I would think hotel would be better and have security. It is in a nice location...but that is about it. My wife and I stayed at the OC Quality Inn for a get away weekend and the hotel experience was above average. The location is outstanding being within easy walking distance to Mackey's and Secrets. The beach was convenient and not as crowded as down toward the boardwalk. The hotel shows its age but it is clean and the staff was very friendly.
