Fin og glad stemning. Rigtig god service og super flot arkitektur og smukke mexikanske farver. En særpræget og unikt springvand ved indgangen er i sig selv et besøg værd.

Very dissapointed 4 star hotel 2 star service. I arrived late Thursday evening and ordered room service . Meal very poor quality it had obviously been reheated, potatoes inedible rest not much better.Bar meal Friday night slightly better but certainly not a good standard. Tried to get restaurant to deliver their meals to my room Friday night as my partner […] was unwell but depite explaining this to restaurant in person they said they could not do it. Discovered restaurant was not available either Saturday or Sunday night what 4 star hotel does not have a restaurant open. Check in delayed at least half hour as they could not find my booking. "Hotel near central train station"
The hotel was easy enough to get to by Metro from the airport. The room was large and the two twin beds were pushed together to make one large bed. I don't think Europeans know about King size mattresses. Anyway, after my first night when the maid cleaned the room, she took all of the towels and never replaced them. It was like she did not want me to […] use them. She also took the bedspread. She used a harsh acidic chemical to clean the bathroom without rinsing, and I received chemical burms and rashes from touching the bathroom fixtures. The location is great. The train station is right there, there are shops and restaurants close by. Internet service is very poor. It is a building with poor sound insulation. The only good thing about this hotel is the location since it is located right above the train station....rude staff, old room ...thanks God I stayed only for one night!

Everything was fine. The Hotel is in good condition and clean, and the stuff is friendly and helpful. It is far away from most landmarks but it is well connected with downtown by rail, subway and bus. Interiors are a little out dated. Very good.

The only advantage is the location, where is right beside the Chamartin. However there's a noise from the station during all the night if your room is just facing to the station. A pair of ear plug will help.

Hotel was next to the train station and the metro. Also plenty of taxis and buses to use. Many good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent. Staff was friendly and more than willing to assist you with any help you might need. I have already started recommending the hotel to friends and family.

The hotel was adequate. It was next to the train station making it easy to carry my bags directly to the hotel. However, the neighborhood was not very nice, and there was little to walk to. We needed a simple hotel in close proximity to rail and metro so we could make connections. We had planned an overnight train from Lisbon and needed a room in Madrid for one night before our flight. The electrical outlet for the desk in room 923 was blocked by a bolted down television. There were no other accessible electrical outlets in the room except for the bathroom. A small power strip plugged in behind the television would be an cheap solution to the problem. "The hotel exceeds expectations"
Railway station hotels are frequently sub standard. The Husa Chamartin is not. It fully deserves its 4 star rating. Comfortable, clean & good breakfasts. Very convenient for travel links. Beds a little dated & due for replacement.

The one good thing was the efficient air conditioning, the importance of which with August temperatures of 38 degrees, should not be underestimated. Lo que menos me gustó del hotel fué la habitación, la moqueta dejaba mucho que desear estaba rota y roída y no daba mucha confianza el andar en ella en calcetines o sacar cosas de la maleta en el suelo y el agua de la ducha salía a trompicones. El servicio amable y la situación del hotel buena ya que necesibamos el tren para la vuelta a casa.

I had to take an early train from Chamartin, and the location for this hotel is ideal. The hotel is a bit worn, holes in the carpet etc. The staff was not really smiling, but I came in late and left early, so I did not meet that many staff.

"FAMILIA DE BARCELONA"
Poco recomendable para ir en familia por que se realizan botellones alrededor del hotel y esta junto a una discoteca discoteca con mucho follon nocturno. Las fotos son de habitaciones restauradas, pero la mayoria de habitaciones estan sin restaurar y le falta mantenimiento.

リスボンからの夜行列車で到着後このホテルで１泊し、翌日バルセロナ行きの夜行列車を利用しました。駅構内にあるので荷物の移動が殆どなく便利でした。また、朝９時過ぎ頃到着後すぐチェックインできたのも助かりました。（ただしＡＶＥの多くは電車で１５分ほど離れた別の駅から発着するので注意が必要です。）
