The Excelsior Hong Kong - Hongkong

Meget centralt i shopping gaderne ved Causeway Bay. Har boet på mange 4-5 stjernede hoteller i HK og hvad skiller sig ud ved dette er morgenmad-buffeten, som er excellent og 21 tommer TV'et som var til grin når man bor på Executive floor.

TERRIBLE - ROOOMS TOO OLD AND EXPENSIVE BUT STAFF RESPONDED WS BEST THEY COULD TO THE COMPLAINTS,

Location for the tourist is very central. The hotel was old and the rooms very rundown and badly require refurbishment. Even the most expensive full harbour room was very poor. This is not a cheap hotel and much better value can be found in a higher class hotel

Can't beat it's location in Causeway Bay However, needs serious updating of hallways and rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Superior side harbour room had partially obstructed view. Overall can't recommend hotel eventhough service was above average.

Excelsior is located in Causeway Bay, great location for shopping and restaurants. This hotel is part of the Mandarin hotel chain, is well managed and with reasonable size rooms. Most rooms have full or partial views of the harbour.

everything is good except for the check-in service, we paid and expected can check-in once arrived but were told the room can only be ready at 10:00PM...when was 7:00PM and we were holding our luggage

Good quality hotel with great service in a ideal location. One major advantage was the ability to allow very early checkin at no additional cost (crucially important when you've just got off a 14 hr flight) Certainly would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The Excelsior Hotel in Hong Kong is located just off Gloucester Road in the famous area of Causeway Bay where there are plenty of restaurant and amenities. The hotel room was very clean and spacious and the staff is very well prepared to accommodate any request we had. You can tell the hotel is managed by the Mandarin Oriental. There is also a famous restaurant for ex-pats "The Dicken's" quite famous among the community for there for a selection of beers. My staying was great, I really recommend this hotel for whoever wants to stay in a central location with amenities around such restaurants, bars and shopping centres. Læs mere

Room was dated and couches were built into the wall and cannot be moved, but the cushions were no longer stuck to the frame as it is old. Cleanliness was questionable as a spoon that we used to take cough mixture the previous day still had the stickiness the next day. Unsure if the used drinking glasses were changed as well. Great location. It's only a few minutes walk to subway stations, shopping malls and eateries. The rooms are of a good size with essentials needs met. I had stayed in this hotel several times. Harbourview room has been my favourite. Pick a high floor else you see too much of the highway. Very pleasing view especially the night view. I travel to Hongkong at least twice a month and I have stayed in a lot of hotels but I consider The Excelsior to have the best location so far, just a few steps from the hotel is the center of Causeway bay, home to various malls, restaurants, and a mere 5 to 10 minute ride to the financial district, the airport express station, and a catholic church. […] Though the hotel may be a bit old, the service is still excellent and the service is very very satisfactory Læs mere

I know Hong Kong well, but never stayed in Causeway Bay. Didn't know that this hotel was part of the very upscale Mandarin Oriental group either. Had a fabulous room facing the harbor with loads of space and nicely appointed. Great location with easy access to shopping and subway to Central. 밤늦게까지 영업하는 상점들이 많고, 지하철에서 접근이 매우 용이하며 특히 홍콩에서 유명한 맛집의 분점들이 영업하여 멀리 구룡반도 쪽으로 굳이 이동할 필요가 없다는 점.

I am happy to stay it and enjoy the environment. The location is also nice...

Отель расположен рядом с метро, трамваем, паромами и в 20 мин на такси от Оушен парка. Персонал отзывчмвый, в номер заселили без проблем в 10 утра. В 100 метрах "Парк Виктория", место для активного спорта.Уборка номера дважды в день.на 34 этаже ресторан с видом на залив Виктория и стейки там превосходные.Замечательная кухня.Все очень понравилось.. Доплату […] за третьего взрослого человека не взяли. Если брать Executeve floor( спец предложения) , то интернет бесплатный и целый день можно приходить на 31 этаж кушать. Завтрак, ланч, ужин. Только спросите время , когда в наличии горячие блюда и закуски. Постоянно в наличии только напитки и фрукты . На первом этаже итальянское кафе с выпечкой. С третьего этажа выход в торговых комплекс. Из отеля каждые 30 минут идет автобус в аэропорт, оплатить и зарезервировать место необходимо заранее на ресепшен. Рядом находится выставочный центр. Много бизнесменов в отеле.новый тренажерный зал.
