Amazing, room service was excellent..

There are certain qualities that I expect when it comes to the Sheraton brand name. This hotel should not have that name attached to it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle buses were a bonus and convenient. But other than that, this hotel is nothing but average at best, so you're not getting any real spectacular deal on hotels.com.

This hotel is 30-40 minutes outside the city. The Hotel was a holiday inn or some low class hotel turned into a Sheridan. They did zero remodeling and the rooms equivalent to somewhere you would pay $49.99 a night. At $130 a night it was ridiculous and very disapointing. I stayed in the 5 floor tower on the 4th floor. Our room seemed like it was 400 sq feet. The King bed was very comfortable. the only reason I gave it a 4 was the bathroom was a bit small. The free breakfast was expected for such an inexpensive hotel. The shuttle was perfect for us, The shuttle took us right to the T and from there it was only $2 to […] get into the city. I only wish they had explained that the pick you up at the wonderland stop, we thought we got picked up at airport which is where we were dropped off. Room was clean, bed was clean. Service was good. Location was good for the price range - downtown rates are sky high. The complimentary 24 hour 'on demand shuttle service' between the hotel and subway and/or Logan airport was super great. Neighborhood was safe. Everything was magnificent, the location was great. The beach was so close and the airport was just a hop, skip and a jump was not difficult for me. the local people very helpful and overall I recommend my stays in this location always. I have to say the breakfast could have been little more better but that was about it..

We got a room right near the elevator. We were told it was the only king bed room available. The elevator was old making unbearable noise when running. The AC in the room was also out-of-date and extremely noisy. Very disappointed.

Not really a Boston Logan Airport hotel, although in the vicinity. Not up to the usual standard of this chain.

the hotel location is nearby to any restaurants just a distant walk which might could be easy access to dine out ,hotels has it"s own surrounding with atm just distant walk and not far from the Boston Logan Airport. It"s not bad place to stay especially when you are travelling trough the airport.

the hotel was great, there was a shuttle that took you to the airport or the train station, the staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet and clean.

The room we had was unsatisfactory: newer carpets (so somewhat bearable), but dingy walls, *teeny* bathroom, and old decor. There was a full-sized dining room table in the room, complete with six worn out (nearly fall-through-the-center) chairs and plenty of space overall, but had a bathroom that was smaller than a closet. I thought it was a joke. The […] sink was behind the door and the tub and toilet immediately inside the door. To get to the sink, you had to crowd up to the toilet and close the door. A lot of maneuvering to get around in there.... The plumbing and overall bathroom quality was very, very low. There were rotting exposed pipes, holes around the fixtures in the tub, and not-quite-hot-enough water. The furniture in the room was at least 30 years old. Only the carpeting and bedding looked somewhat recent. The staff was pretty nice, but warned us of thefts from vehicles. I appreciated the warning as we did a more thorough job of hiding anything that could be perceived as a valuable in the car, so I can't fault the hotel for being upfront. The hotel is quite a distance from the airport, but the hotel does offer a shuttle. We chose to avoid the extra coordination and just drive ourselves the ~10 minutes to Wonderland Station and park there to get into the city. Læs mere

The service was spotty. They failed to make my wake up call. I had to call three times for the shuttle bus to pick up. The accommodations were fine. Parking is awkward.

This hotel was very pleasant to stay in. Do be aware that it's well outside of Boston proper. However, if your itinerary includes Salem, it's a great in-between spot to base yourself in. All the usual hotel amenities were very well done. Wi-fi connection was very slow, though, and very limited TV channels. For kids, only Cartoon Network, no Nick or […] Disney. Læs mere

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Good continental breakfast too. A little out of the way from Boston, but we had van service to the T station, then took the T to Boston. very clean and nice hotel. A little out of the way but terrific shuttle service to the Blue Line T. I will stay there again. Great Complimentary Breakfast too

Me and two of my co-workers recently stayed here on a business trip. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself was clean and very comfortable. They provide a shuttle service with very friendly drivers to and from the airport, and also to the local "T" station if you want to take the subway into Boston. We had a room on the 1st floor (really it was the basement). I'm glad we were there only for one night. Don't think I'd want to stay any longer. The bathroom was cramp and there were spots of mold on the shower curtain. The bed was fine and the room was spacious. Easy access to the hotel.

On arrival, the bemused receptionist was somewhat reluctant to explain what was meant by "incidentals". It would have been very helpful as a solo person to be given information about the facilites available to guests. I know it doesn't take a genius to work it out but it would have made life a little less stressful. Consider putting putting a kettle […] in the rooms. The shuttle driver pulled up behind a parked bus. I had to walk around it and when I got there, he had the audacity to roll down his window and say "sorry, you should have come here faster. won't pick u up now" and drive away. At 1130pm. Had to call another shuttle. Total wait time greater than 45 minutes. Not doing this again.

waited over 1 hour at airport to be picked up. we were told it would be 5-10minutes. hotel itself was great

The hotel was fine and the staff was pleasant. The main drawback was the hotel is pretty far from the airport and downtown Boston. You have to take a hotel shuttle just to get to the metro. In the morning it took us about 30 minutes to take the shuttle to the airport because of all the traffic. On the bonus side the rooms have free wi-fi.

I stayed at this hotel while flying in from Europe en route to Canada. They have a free shuttle from the airport which I called and it came in 20 mins to get me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't do anything or eat at any of the restaurants -- I was exhausted from traveling. The hotel had free WiFi that worked well. great location for getting to/from airport my only major complaint was the bathroom - I was assigned a semi-basement room which had the smallest bathroom I have ever seen note to hotel: Have door open OUT not In a bit noisy w/all the door slamming/closings as well

I really enjoyed my stay at the 4 star. It's location is in the right place. The mall, the Dunkin Donuts( my favorite), plenty of choices to eat from. I just didn't care for the food cooked by the room service. the food had no taste and the chicken fingers for the children were absolutely too hard and dry !! My grandkids loved the pool . Very pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant, efficient staff. Good shuttle service to both Logan Airport and the "T". Restaurant onsite and several others within walking distance. Recently added complimentary breakfast was a pleasanr surprise.
