This hotel was disappointing. The hotel is old and not properly maintain. The room is clean and okay, but the bathroom was old and stool are in bad conditions. We have not had the courage to take shower in it. The breakfast and parking are okay To conclude: cheap hotel and not in a good condition to enjoy the entire stay. Bad name for a hotel. Toilet didn't work. Shower sprayed water all over the place. Soaked toilet paper and such. It was not anything I did, It just sprayed everywhere. 3" gap at bottom of door so anyone could see if there was someone in the room. Real nice for a female traveling alone. When hotels.com got involved after we complained , the management […] got rude and nasty. They asked why I didn't call desk to complain immediatly. Yeah, right. At 3am in the morning, I want someone I don't know tromping around in my room. I was a female traveling alone! After Hotels.com called them to reverse the charges, the hotel said that I had to come back down and formally check out. When I did so the "manager", was very rude and said "you are out of here, we checked you out!" My friends I met for coffee witnessed this exchange. Læs mere

Convient for my purposes. The staff was courteous and the room was clean. It was all that I expected.

Close to the innerstate, near resturants and mall. If you are staying one evening and not much else time in the room that would be appropriate. The hotel itself, along with the rooms, was very aged, very old feeling and seemed to be on it's final gasp. Saggy ceiling tiles, worn carpeting, stains of unimaginable type on nearly every surface of our room, […] toilet that ran all night, a funny smell in the room and stained worn towels, along with wall hangings not secured to the wall, paint on the shower diverter and litterally human hair painted into the shower wall. The front staff was nice, they were helpful and they were pleasant to deal with. The cleaning person was very kind and did well cleaning the materials there that were clean able. The TV in the entry way was red - there were pay phones in the main hall and though it said no smoking, the room we had smelled smoky. When we were leaving for the evening to go out, two police officers were arriving - not sure why. The place was full though, so I guess that's how they can stay in business, but for my money, I'd prefer to go elsewhere, even it if means spending a few bucks more. You get what you pay for with this place, but to be clear, you are not paying for a super clean, modern, quiet and refreshing/relaxing place to stay. All I needed was a place to sleep and shower near the highway. This spot suited my needs just fine. And I didn't bring home any bedbugs!

Check-in at the desk was OK; however, the card key that was issued to me didn't work (being on the 5th floor, one can imagine how "thrilled" I was, knowing that I had to go back to the ground floor). The attendant at the desk was very helpful. He reprogrammed my card key and said that he would watch the security screen to make sure that I was able to […] get into my room and added that he would come up to the 5th floor with a new card, if necessary). The room and the bed were very clean and comfortable, but when I entered the bathroom, I was surprised to find hardened glue (probably from the wallpaper installers) and grit on the countertop. The next morning, I spoke with the Inn manager about the situation, but when I returned to my room at the end of the day, the glue was still on the counter. If you look at the wall in the bathroom, you can easily pick out raised surfaces underneath the wallpaper (the spackling was not sanded). The walls are paper-thin, as well (fortunately, I travel with ear plugs). The Inn is convenient to shopping and restaurants, and the area south of the Interstate is OK (the area to the north is another matter). Would I stay here again? Only out of desperation. Læs mere

This Quality Inn is anything but. We picked this hotel online because we had good experiences at other Quality Inns in the past, but this particular hotel was a real dive. Obviously maintenance wasn't big on anyone's mind. The room had peeling paint, oil stains on the carpet, some mold on the ceiling, a leaky sink, a leaky tub, a shower curtain rack […] that wasn't securely attached, leaving the bathroom floor wet after the shower, the shower head wasn't adjustable (it's an adjustable head), etc. The staff was very courteous, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice (but not heated), but I wouldn't take this over other places where basic maintenance hasn't been neglected. For the price I paid it was what I expected. The walls are very thin so we could hear everything the people next door were saying. I travelled with my 3 teens so I wasnt looking for 4 stars. It suited our purpose and we were comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and accomodating.

This is not a glamorous hotel but it was perfect for a one night stay for business I had in the area the next day. The hotel staff was very friendly and even allowed me to use their computer and printer to print a document I needed. If your just looking for a place to lay your head this place is not bad. The hotel itself was sufficient for our stay. The room had some cleanliness issues, but not critical. The refrigerator had items left from previous guests, the bathroom wall and door had some stains, and the wall behind the coffee maker had a spill. The room was air conditioned upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The beds were clean.

This hotel was better than expected. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. It wasn't a noisy environment. I loved the balcony. You had the convenience of ordering food from a local eatery if u decided not to eat from the restaurant located on the property. Overall i would recommend this hotel to my friends and anyone who come to West […] Springfield. Læs mere

No closet, ghetto but clean bathroom, yucky bed but nice down comforter, air conditioner sounded like a helicopter taking off in our room, no phone in the room, no normal hotel room amenities - ice bucket, coffee maker etc., breakfast was over at 9:30am on Sunday morning and from the look of the hotel I probably wasn't missing it. After arriving I was […] immediately mad I already paid for the hotel through hotels.com or I totally would have left and went with a different hotel. Overall pretty horrible don't stay here. The room was very clean, everything "worked" (airconditioning, tv, lights, hairdryer, etc.) Room was cleaned and linens replaced daily. The "deluxe breakfast" was a little disappointing, but overall I would stay here again and would reccommend it to anyone.

État très correct de l'hôtel et des chambres, mais la propreté de la salle du petit déjeuner laissait à désirer. Concernant l'internet, le Wifi était correct
