Super skønt hotel, hvor servicen er i top. Der skal betales ekstra for morgenmad, internet m.m. Til gengæld bliver morgenmaden serveret på værelset, hvis man ønsker det. Hotellet er under renovering. Eneste gene var dog, at poolen ogsåmvar under renovering. Det betød dog, at vi slap for udgift til morgenmad m.m. Udgift til parkering Skal dog lægges oveni. Området er virkelig skønt, og hotellet ligger perfekt. Vi kunne absolut godt forestille os at komme tilbage igen. Her falder man i søvn og vågner op til bølge skvulp.

Rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til LAX og super med shuttle service. Lidt uheldig med swimmingpoolområde var under reperation, vi blev henvist af en lidt smart receptionist til nabohotel, hvor der var mange problemer med at komme ind. Gode værelser.

Virkelig god service fra alt personalet, meget opmærksomme. Dejlig morgen buffet med mange forskellige ting. Svimmingpool området er ok, kunne være mere hyggeligt hvis det var mere tæt buskads ud til hovedvejen evt. sammen med støjdæmpende anordning. Det samme gør sig gældende ved basket banen. Fitnes rummet er meget småt, der er 2 løbebånd og 1 crosstrainer, samt en multimaskine til forskellige øvelser, ikke særlig god. Vaskerummet er ok. Der er rent og pænt alle steder. Madrassen i sengen og sovesofaen kunne være bedre. Et sted vi godt kunne finde på at vælge igen.

Vi blev opgraderet gratis til en suite, som var rigtig fin, ren og rummelig. Vi valgte stedet pga afstanden til Dinseyland, ellers ville vi ha boet tættere på centrum. Det eneste minus ved stedet var, at det gratis internet desværre ikke virkede i de 5 dage vi var der:( Resten var tip top.

Superfantastisk hotel som vi helt sikkert vil bo på igen, hvis vi kommer til LA. De havde mingeltid mellem 17-19, hvor de servede snack = let aftensmad, hvilket var super når man havde været ude på tur hele dagen. Ved dog ikke om det kun var i april måned.

"Unexpectedly nice!"
This was a last minute trip, got to town, needed a place to stay .. great price, great room! The Bistro, also, served a fantastic meal and were all quite friendly!
Wounderful staff. Great stay. Close to Disney. What more could you want?
I enjoyed our stay on the weekend. The staff was very friendly, and responded quickly to any of our needs.

"Good Value"
We were on a vacation to Disneyland, and though it was not too close to Disneyland, we chose this hotel for it's price. The staff was friendly and genuine and the rooms and overall hotel clean. The only negative was music playing at night and in the morning---but I don't know if it was something going on at the hotel or a guest below us deciding to […] play music. We were looking for somewhere to stay for one night close to LA. I would fully recommend this Hotel; it was modern, clean and above our expectations. The location was great and freeway access was easy. Even though it is in an industrial park it was very pleasant and safe. Our room was spacious and we found the bed very comfortable. Wow, the room was great. REALLY CLEAN ,didnt have no complaints here. Even my wife was happy to stay here. For sure we will go back again for another great stay. Also we ask for room service less than 1min they were already there with are request. Thank you guys for a great stay and keep up the good customer service and great clean rooms! :)

Yes, the room was very clean and tidy and the beds and pillows were great. Very comfortable. Possibly the most comfortable hotel room bed I've ever slept in. Even without the deal I received, its well worth the price.

we just stay in the hotel at night time,ceiling is leaking we guess it is coming from the air conditioning from the upper floor, the room is a little bit crowded,bathroom needs more lighting especially by the mirror. employees are friendly,parking is ok.

Great Location, nice neighborhood, right price for a last minute road trip. The room was clean and big enough for the 3 of us. Would've liked a view outside and more windows. A little noisy. Overall great hotel for the price.

"Courtyard by Marriott Cypress"
Overall my stay was good. The hotel fire alarm went out at 7:00am and then again at 7:15am. I had to call down to the front desk both times asking if indeed things were ok. Apparantely the toast had burnt in the restaurant. I would have preferred that they call to check on the guests and at least offer an apology for such a scary and early wake-up.

The maids I guess don't know how to clean a room. The bed was made but the ironing board was out and the iron was out and was recently unplugged because it was still warm, the Fiji water bottels that are 5$ each were both half drank. I went to take a shower and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. We went to get blankets from the closet and an […] open box of condoms fell from the shelf of the closet and that was the last straw. Weekend trip to la. Was planning on going to disneyland but did not. Very close by car to the theme parks. 30-45 mins to downtown la. Love it here only downer was there weren't any restaurants close by that opened late.

We satyed here over the weekend for a trip to Disneyland for my son's 5th birthday. Although it was a 10 minute or so drive it was defintiely easy to access Disneyland. The staff was beyond friendly and the hotel was very clean! I was so happy as I had done a lot of research. Was expecting a little more for a Marriott as far as comfort. The beds AND pillows were the most uncomfortable we have slept on. We were in pain the entire length of our stay from that bed. Other than that, the hotel was nice and clean. The complimentary wi-fi is almost non-existant. They do not offer breakfast but have a restaraunt and bar in the […] lobby. Do not know if it was any good though because when i wanted to take advantage of the breakfast no one was working in that area. There were not any signs with hours or saying they were closed. Ended up going out for breakfast. The fitness room has decent equipment and it is open 24 hours. There is also coin operated laundry. Very convenient to parks and beaches. Located in commercial area, residential was nearby and seemed to be middle class. We felt very comfortable.

This Courtyard is a very nice hotel. The lobby and entry areas a several steps up from the usual in this category of hotel. The room was large and airy. Beds comfortable. Only niggling issues: no fridge or microwave, no room safe. Otherwise, we were very happy with the service and room.

The hotel was under renovation while I was there but luckily I was far away from any noise. It did make the front desk and lobby area feel cramped though. Continental breakfast was a bonus. I liked my room. It was spacious. My only problem with it was the toilet got backed up on the last night I was there. I was not in the hotel room that much so it […] was not a big inconvenience, just something that is not wanted when you are on vacation. I would still recommend this hotel. "Not a satisfied patron..."
The hotel (unbeknownst) to me was undergoing renovations; when I got to my room, one of the t.v's was broke (maintenance had to replace it), the a/c was blowing hot air (it was over 90 degrees in the city)...all in all; it was the worst experience I have had with a hotel & I will never go back.

The main lobby to ck in was under construction. Even though the front desk personnel were located in a tiny hallway at desks they were very cordial and friendly. The hotel was quiet, which was very important since we were attending a convention in Long Beach and had to rise early and get to bed late. Nice hotel, up to the usual Marriott standard although the water system was unexpectantly noisy than it need have been. Although not enought to put you off returning.
